New pet owner here and was looking at online reviews inside when Stewart came up and asked if I needed anything. He was very informative, took his time explaining things and overall a great tool in helping. He was great! I noticed the app prices are way better than online, plus you get discounts for in store or curbside pickup, so I looked for what I wanted in store, paid on the app and picked up a couple hours later saving quite a bit. I’m pleased!

Been going here more and more over the years very nice staff and good quality saltwater fish. Love all my new swimming family members! Hard to see but my newest African flame back pygmy angelfish.

Did a great shampoo/cut/groom on my blonde Yorkie. Prices have went up used to pay $78 now like $95. Also, have a tip request at the end of service. Grand total of $115. He smelt great, looked fresh & handsome.Prior some shopper said, look at that cute scruffy dog. I’m not sure we liked that. He has curly hair is all 😂. Needless to say Grooming service was great.

Called to find out if nail trimming was available and told yes until 530pm. Arrive at 515 with 2 crazy excited dogs only to be told we can’t we only have 1 groomer! I had called 15 minutes ago and told yes/ she could have cared less/went to speak to front register person who was male (a male was who had told me available) and was met with same response. To get nails trimmed here at best is a 50/50 shot they always have an excuse!! Which is why I had called! Needless to say will not be going back/save yourself and dogs the hassle!

The Petco associate that helped me (Tara, hopefully spelling is correct) was very helpful. Tara was very knowledgeable in regard to the freshwater fish I was interested in, as well as very competent in making sure I left with what I came in for.These days I find it rare to experience good customer service so when I come across someone like Tara I cannot help but feel compelled to say something !I hope Petco values Tara.

I hate leaving bad reviews but more than that I hate false reviews so here goes. I gave this location 2 stars because of convenience. It's a little closer to my house & in the same shopping center as the Target I frequent. The store always looks unorganized. I've never walked in & not found pallets and/ boxes scattered around blocking products. Whenever possible, I drive up the additional 5 min to the other pet store located in the next shopping center.

Very rude. Wouldn't help. No greeting when I entered. Ask to help return an items, and they wouldn't do so without a receipt. But when I went. They didn't offer one and when I asked. They stated they were out of paper! Definitely don't waste your time on these people who don't want to help or answer any questions!

This is the most pathetic location for dog food. They do not EVER order enough food for the demand of the supply. It’s pathetic that their truck comes on Thursdays and they still don’t have the large bags. Also, they have boxes everywhere and carts full of stuff in all the aisles as well. NOT STOCKED on their shelves as they should be. Seems like a hazard when a dog possibly does something unexpected and causes some kind of incident. Or a child. Or just a random shopper. Do better Petco. Ridiculous

I understand your products/displays featuring mostly dog products however there is an outside world preferring cats! Other than food the shelves were mostly empty and poorly displayed. I left without anything I had actually come in to buy. There were displays missing pricing, products just scattered about, and shelving needed a good dusting. There were almost no collars to consider, and most were size xs. It had been quite some time since I was in your store...all in all very disappointing!

No one is available to answer questions or at register. Phone kept ringing while I was waiting for someone. No one ever answered. I had to go find someone to check me out. I was ready to leave. Don't think I ll come back or bring my pet for any grooming services. Very poor service. Get your people some help!

Got a rope toy. After less than 5 minutes of play the thing split in 2 at one spot on the rope. Otherwise perfect condition. 5 minutes! Not even vigorous play, nor outside! Called the store & manager Kristen was having none of it. "toys aren't meant to last forever". Are you kidding me? I know this, but it is obviously a defect. I'm not asking for $ back or anything, just a straight exchange. Nope! "I'll happily give you 10% off another toy!"Seriously?So I call corporate. Call center is outsourced to India...yay. They do nothing, take a complaint to escalate to corporate. "You'll hear from them within 72 business hours."Nothing.It has now been over a week.This store & manager are garbage. Go to petsmart one shopping center over. At least they care about their customers.As you can see in the pictures the rope is otherwise in perfect condition. It's absurd.

Lots of dead fish this visit. Not included in the photos. Small animals seemed happy and healthy however I wouldn't recommend buying if you care about where they come from.update: just went again, lady helped me with the rats and DID NOT handle them well. one that was struggling to get away from her was shoved on to my chest after she nearly squeezed it to death.... reasonably, the rat scratched my hand up, but she could've been a lot more gentle.

I took my dog to get an ultrasound to count her puppies. The staff was really friendly and my service was quick. I got right in. They had many options to pay for the ultrasound which was convenient. I will definitely recommend them. I received lots of information and the vet was very knowledgeable. Thank you Vetco for your wonderful service.

Just visited to purchase a couple of Pleckos for my aquarium. I usually have to wait until an associate shows up however not this time. She was busy transferring fish from one tank to another but instead assisting me when she finished she started on another tank. I had to ask her to help me, which took less than 3 minutes.I love Petco and those won't deter me from going. I just sometimes wonder where customer service has gone.

I was looking to buy a beta fish. Your sales girl helped us to choose a companion fish to go with the beta. I had always thought that beta needed to be in a tank alone so I was delighted to be able to get more one fish.

I live in Oregon and I often feel distant from my family in Texas. My Aunti living in Texas needed help ordering specialty dog food. Shammah who works at this Petco went above and beyond. He took the initiative and helped my aunt and endured with her to the end. He kindly managed her technology stress when he didn’t have to. Talking on the phone with her about what happened makes me extra grateful.

Had my first experience with the grooming at Petco and it was wonderful! Dominick is an excellent groomer and a dog whisperer. He made my nervous Rottweiler feel right at home and made him look beautiful. Dominick was knowledgeable about his coat, and even made a good recommendation to help my pups dry skin. My pup was very happy with his service!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. Karla was nothing but rude when I went in to pickup my online order. Only reason for two stars was because the man that carried my extra large bag of dog food to the car was terrific.Another visit to this store. Ordered treats online. When I arrived at the store, they offered me the wrong product. The person at the register did not seem to know what to do even after showing them the order confirmation. I went into the store and picked up the correct item and showed the staff. No advantage to order on line for store pick up.

Went for puppy grooming. Anita was amazing! She's the only person our pup will let groom him. Thank you so much again Anita, we're very thankful for you taking care of our little guy Prince.
