My husband and I stopped there are 10:15 am and we waited at the drive thru for 7 minutes. No one ever came in on the intercom, one of the employees were staring at us the entire time. My husband pulled around to the door and it was locked. A man and woman were at the counter ignoring us. Very unprofessional and they will not get my support anymore.

The people who work her are some of the nicest people I have seen in a long while in the fast-food industry. So polite and always saying pleas and thank you. The gentleman who was at the drive thru on Wednesday the 20th of December 2023 was young but had the manners of any older adult I have seen since forever. His name is Matthew! Thank you, Matthew, for your professionalism and kindness ❤️

I'm shocked at some of the 1-* ratings. We're from out of town and don't go there very often but never had a problem. Today was exceptionally great. I'm in a wheelchair and as my husband was helping me out of the car, a very nice lady (I think the mgr. and I believe her name was Sylvia (?)) rushed out to help me and wheeled me inside. A very nice young man (employee) was standing at the door holding it open for us. Took our orders right away and it took no time to get the food to the table. The young lady who took our order was very patient as it took me a few minutes to decide what I wanted. The food was hot and good. The only complaint, if we had to look for one, was that it was too much food. Our leftovers will probably be lunch and dinner for tomorrow. We will definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp at the side door and was very accessible.

Good thing we don't live near this location. It's a clean restaurant. It was quick service because it was only us and another family in there. My fiancé's blizzard tasted great (cinnamon roll center), but mine tasted expired. It was the pumpkin pie one, which I thought was weird that it was still on the menu, but I went for it anyway. Glad I got a small instead of the medium. A smile on the workers' faces would be nice

I stopped into dairy queen the other day and grabbed a quick burger except that it wasn't quick. I waited for about 20 minutes for my food to get done, and even after all that, my burger was not fully up to par at all. I kinda like Dairy Queen so I'm sure that I will go back, but hopefully won't have another experience like the one I had that day!

Absolutely disgusting, first and foremost if you want fast food this definitely is NOT the place to go. I had just got off of work and decided to get food thinking DQ would be a good option (as usual) well I was completely wrong. I place my order and begin to wait. There had been a mother with her at least 2 yr old before me returning her kids meal. The kid had been given bread not toast but bread and sour gravy. Which made me curious on how mine was gonna turn out and needless to say it was worse. Starting with the just bread and sour gravy. I also got fries but not just any kind of fries. Old fries that tasted like they had been cooked and froze repeatedly For at least weeks straight. Then we get to the steak fingers. Undercooked, freezer burnt, and un presentable. Even though they was suppose to be chicken strips. Everything about this place has it way under standards so bad it just needs to be shut down.

We ordered, then had to wait at least 15 minutes to get our food. Since we live in Louisiana and we were in Texas, we had to get home by 7:00 p.m. Since they made us wait, we have to get home at 7:15 now. Then after that, they handed us the food and one of us got the chicken tender meal. She wanted just 1 packet of honey mustard but it costed 75 cents. And we didn't want to pay for 1 packet of sauce, so the guy at the window told us it came with gravy. We just got that even though we didn't want it. When one of us got a dipped cone, the chocolate wasn't even hard. It was soft. At the end, the total was 36$ just for us three. Not coming here again.

Cook was super cool after my daughter's burger came wrong.We were serverd our desert first. With 3 kids, desert coming out first means they will not eat the food I bought them. So I have to choose to let the 7$ ice creams melt or let them ruin thier appetite. We were not given cups with our combo meals and had to inquire about them. Fries came out cold. I could barely use the restroom at 6'4 due to the toiletpapper hold protruding out over the toilet that was up against the wall. I would rather have used a chemical toilet on a rig site. For 80$, the entire experience was unenjoyable.

Burgers were huge and delicious. 😋However, the blizzards were very icy instead of creamy like the Dairy Queen's around home. Friendly, fast service.

Went through the drive thru ordered a chicken strip basket and a burger combo, after 20 min of waiting we asked what was taking so long their ice cream machine was down and no one else was at the drive thru, we were told our order was next after a call in I asked for a refund and she said no one knew how to do that and that our order would be out soon, a guy came to our window with a burger and fries nothing else and said have a nice day the burger was completely plain (not what we ordered) and we didn’t get the rest of the order when the lady came back I told her we needed a refund and she still didn’t give it to us we left with no food other the burger and fries we threw away and no refund! Horrible experience.

We were driving back home. I love DQ, so we pulled off the highway looking forward yo breakfast. We got there at 9:56. The door was locked and I saw that they opened at 10am, so I went and waited in my car. At 10:05, the workers had still not unlocked the door, so I went and stood at the glass door where they could see me. They stayed talking and finishing their food. I made eye contact with both. Finally, at 10:10, I realized they clearly weren't interested in opening the store or serving me, so we left.

Stopped by on the 6th for lunch. The young women taking the orders was polite, and the other two employees were pleasant. All were working to make sure everyone was being taken care of. Great chicken strip and a very good blizzard. Would be happy to stop again if in the area.
