Shawn is the best! She truly loves the animals and gets to know them. She also works hard to make sure the dogs look their best, when other groomers would just shave a dog completely and be done. Also my dog loves Shawn and is not afraid to go there. She gets excited when we pull up!

We have had Shawn & Savannah (Savannah is fairly new but takes great care with our dog and is very polite) take care of our dogs & cats for quite some time. Shawn is flexible with what we need, and the best price around here. Thanks for always making my wife feel like you’re her best friend. She always brags on you and wishes we were closer.

Plans fell thru at last minute, so didn't get to use the service.Place was nice and clean staff was friendly.I will take my dogs there next time.Well, finally got to use this service,Not only kennel but, bathed and nails.Dogs were happy and Beautiful when I picked them up.Great Place.Okay,Used R Star again.Left dogs with family instead of R Star.Saved a little money, but dogs were eat up with fleas.Miserable!!!She got them in quickly, gave the care needed,Doggies are clean, shiny and happy..ME TOO

My pup loves going their her services is very good but make sure you call and txt ahead of time way before a service is needed and especially boarding but again this is a good place for any pup

It was great as always, we introduced our English Cream Golden Retriever puppy to his groomer. As expected he loved her. She is fantastic with the animals and I have referred her many times to everyone.

Great place to take your dog for grooming. I believe she also has boarding facilities. Fantastic lady with your pet. Our Golden Retriever just loves to visit. She does a great job of grooming also, just an overall excellent experience.

You cannot find a better groomer, broader, and breeder. She has gone out of her way to help me. My dog, Daisy, just loves going to get groomed now. Before she would shiver and would give me a hard time getting her in the car. And, now, I am planning on purchasing one of her beautiful puppies. You cannot wrong contacting Shawn. I known the family for years.. lol. These dogs are not just dogs for Shawn. They live in her house and they are part of the family. She loves her dogs and takes care of them. If you want someone to take care of your extended family member (your pet) she is the one who will do it. She grooms our dog and watches her on the rare occasion when we can't take her with us. We trust her with our girl... She's even been known that watch our kids for us from time to time. LOL

I have three furbabies from Shawn Ryals / R Texas Star Shih Tzu's, and I will be getting another soon. Shawn is knowledgeable and very helpful from the first time you contact her. I have found her very accessible, honest, and very helpful with any if my concerns. My three Tzus travel with me frequently, but when I need to board them with Shawn it's like they are going to stay at their grandma's house! I never have a moment's worry when they are in Shawn's care.
