We love this vet! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions and recommended a few things for our pup. She is so well taken care of here. Don’t hesitate to bring your fur baby to this office.

Lilly and I love this place. The staff is so nice and explained everything needed for my grandma. Dr. Wright and Kristen were very helpful. Hospital is clean and smells good. Very welcoming environment.

I have been using this facility for a month. I don't think there is anything they can do to improve. Everyone I have met has been extremely nice. I have not had to wait for any length of time for appointments, either scheduled or non-scheduled. The care that my pet has recieved has been amazing.

Absolutely the best clinics, saved my dog from deaths door after being attack by another dog. What could have been the horrible end for my sweet Aussie turned around and she made a fun recovery. Never have I ever met such compassionate people. They never gave up and always kept a positive mindset but honest people so we knew what we were against! I’m truely so thankful Kristian Foreman for being with us every step of the way and answer every crazy question we had! Thank you! I highly recommend not just for the wonderful care but they also aren’t out to get your pocket book, it’s not just about money to them. They work with & they are there to help you & your fur babies!

Wow what to say about this clinic I’m struggling to find right the words so let’s go with beyond amazing, loving, and caring they go above and beyond to help animals in need! Not just pets with owners but also those who have no home and are seriously injured! I came across a post on social media of a dog who was severely emaciated, had an open wound on his leg and was scared of people they took the time to go out to park that was out of the way of their clinic to help when the city pound wouldn’t help because it wasn’t in city limits. They were able to capture him and bring him in for treatment and since have nursed him back to health with just one call saying he needed help! We need more clinics with staff like theirs! If you are ever in need of help for your pet or you want to help an animal who is less fortunate I highly recommend NVC Wallisville! You won’t regret it!

Loved going to NVC, Kristian was such a huge help with Isabella and decent, it was like dropping kids off with a family member to baby sit. They did amazing with giving my frenchies their flea treatment and dewormer. Took great care of them at the puppy groomer. I will definitely be coming, highly recommend for any service, clean, organized and staff was absolutely amazing.

I visited on 1/26/24 as a new client with a litter of pups and 2 french bulldogs. I called a few days ahead of the time I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for 6 puppies first visit, shots, and dewormer. Was quoted $260 which is around the same price as my regular vet but needed to bring in my other 2 female dogs (1 of which needs a surgery I knew my regular vet did not perform). So I combined the appointments to make it more efficient. Day of appointment the vet and her assistant seemed very unorganized while trying to get the pups taken care of. Vet even stated "We are usually way more organized with puppies!" I don't know what the problem was that day! I had to request them to even weigh the pups. I also asked for a pamphlet with each pups info to be written down including weight, and any diagnosis. All I received was a generic pamphlet that the front desk lady checked the boxes of the shots the pups received. Nothing else! The pamphlet didn't even have the vet's letterhead on it! When I checked out the cost went from $260 for the pups to $743! I told her I did call ahead and was told $260, but I stupidly did not get the lady's name. The front desk lady then told me "I don't know who would have ever quoted you that!" I did not argue! Paid my bill and left. Will not be back!

I love this vet have always taken any dogs I’ve had there, they even put down one of my babies from seizures. But I recently got a new puppy and the prices have just been outrageous, I was quoted $155 for second round vaccination shots from NVC, as I’ve called around I’ve gotten prices such as $29, $37, $40. I had an English bulldog who got sick and she swallowed a toy, so they did a surgery to remove that from her stomach and at the same time they had to cut out infected tissue from a previous c-section scar that came from previous owners, as well as a spay. They told me it would be $409 for the spay and the removal of the infected tissue, after receiving the itemized receipt the price was like $900. Now I know I’m not a vet and this was 3 surgeries, but $155 for a shot?!?! When I was calling around I was absolutely shocked that people were saying numbers like $29 when I was quoted $155 at NVC

Beware. Charged for lab work, then can not provide pets lab results. "Makes mistakes" on the bill in their favor on numerous visits. More about profits than pet care if you ask me!

So I’m a new dog owner and I have been to this vet twice, the first time the vet tech we saw before seeing the vet was very rude. She spoke to me with aggressive tones and then when the vet came in she was super nice…the vet herself was wonderful. She’s the only reason we went back a second time. Then the second time being there everything was fine up until it came time to pay…the receptionist named Krystal almost double charged me and would have if I wouldn’t have said that my last visit was a lot less, and the receptionist next to her had to check her work and had to show her that she was double charging me. Then when I got home none of the paperwork they sent me home with was right…they gave me someone else’s dogs shot records. I called them and requested they email me the correct records and I informed the receptionist they gave me the incorrect papers and she brushed it off like it was nothing. Then I had to call three days later only to find out the email “didn’t go through”…I will not be returning to this vet, but I hope the vet sees this review and gets informed about this because I loved her, she was very nice and caring to my dog as well as me, but the receptionist is making far too many mistakes and doesn’t seem too interested in charging.

I have to say I was very impressed with their service. Very friendly atmosphere. I wasn't even a normal customer and I went there on an emergency situation. They took care of my dog and got her all fixed up for a really great price. I would highly recommend this veterinarian!

About 2wks ago, a friend recommended NVC when my 8.10 English Bulldog, Chuey, vomited for 3 days!! I got an appt that day. However 2 miles away, Chuey started vomiting again but now he also had diarrhea!! Vet tech David came outside w a big towel to help me. By that time I had it all over ME, Chuey, keys, phone & leash. David wrapped the towel around Chuey picked him up & took him inside. The girls up front gave me another shirt due to the poo. About 10min later a girl came in asked if I'd like her to clean up the MESS in my truck. I was SHOCKED to say the least!!! I wasn't an established customer, no relatives working there but they took care of everything!!! They absolutely did NOT have to go above & beyond but they did!!!!!!!

My fur baby got sick Friday evening and my normal vet was closed on Saturday so I was able to be a walk-in Saturday morning. Let me just say everyone was amazing and took really good care of my baby. I have since been back with my brothers dog and had a wonderful experience with him also. Everyone from the front desk, techs and doctor in the back were wonderful, and pleasant to be around. I will definitely be back they won us over.
