I feel bad for the people of this town this has to be the worst Family dollar. Filthy store unreliable hours. How can you say you open up at 8 and by 9 the door is still locked. If I was corporate I'd shut down this sad operation

Incompetent employees and managers. Worst customer service EVER!!!! employees are Rude and laughed when I challenged the price of a product that was higher priced then listed on the shelf!! Manager wouldn't correct and his employee laughed at me. Very unprofessional and I have Cancer and I told him that and he laughed at that too!!! Very disgusting

Never have I been in a store as dirty as this one. Boxes everywhere. You could hardly walk through. Not sure if they have ever swept the floor. The whole store is a mess and employees are just sitting around talking. First and last time I ever visit this store.

Tabitha, is very rude and ghetto. She has a very nasty attitude and does not know how to address customers. She was yelling across the store at people. She had items all over the store in a mess, and was screaming at customers to not touch anything if they had to pass through the aisle.Such an unprofessional environment and I will not return.

Wife and Kids went into the store for some school supplies. The door was open and unlocked, there were other customers in the store. The manager came out of the back yelling and cussing at all the customer, with children present, that the store was closed and everyone needed to leave. There was no readable sign on the door and the door was open and unlocked. Extremely rude, crude, and unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible. The staff are standing around on the job, looking at their phones the entire time. There are over SIX aisles that are blocked- not purposefully. There are boxes in these aisles that are piled to the ceiling, making it impossible to even walk through. I can’t reach the drinks, pet aisle, cleaning aisle, etc. Please fix this. And for reference I was just there at 5:10 PM today (October 17, 2019).

Rhonda is always courteous and friendly. She shows that she cares for people genuinely. It is a pleasant time to chat with her. A genuinely attentive person. You feel at home with her. Her manger, James, is a hard worker. He was so kind to my daughter on her birthday. She calls him King James. Well, he gave her a three foot tall Valentine's Day teddy bear that just thrilled and delighted my daughter on her February birthday. Thank you so much James, your a champ!!

8/5/20. Was not greeted upon entrance. Manager was having a store meeting & everyone completely ignored my presencebin the store. I felt like Ibwas interrupting them when I was ready to check out. Ibfeel like I know more of their store business than I really should know.

I mean really we all know you get what you pay for. They dont stock the highest quality of items but they generally have everything you need in a pinch and its cheep so if it breaks you can get another one. They are my number one place to get baby blankets for my pigglets, puppies and kitties. Best prices on foil pans , gift wrap and greeting cards, cleaning supplies and holiday decorations are always good buys. Plus they always have empty boxes if you need to store things or move! I get socks here to make sweaters for my baby goats also, its great since they are so cheap I dont feel bad cutting holes in them.

I was just calling the store to ask a question and she picks up the phone and as I’m opening my mouth to speak an associate spoke very rudely to me and continued to very loudly saying “ hello... you there ..... helloo “ no there words are harmless but it’s all in the tone. I was calling for a job, they should probably replace her .
