Last night they told me 15 minutes before close that they couldn’t fill my daughter’s prescription that they hd been sent several hours before. This morning i went back to pick it up and now they “never got the prescription”. So my child is on day 4 of vomiting with no relief thanks to this pharmacy’s irresponsibility. Send your prescriptions ANYWHERE ELSE. they literally don’t care about patients suffering while they wait for their medicine. They also wont answer her doctors calls to verify that they “dont have her prescription”. This place should be shut down. At this point, i assume They are probably stealing people’s medications. THE BROOKSHIRE BROTHERS PHARMACY IN WALLER IS MUCH FASTER AND WAY MORE POLITE AND HELPFUL. YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS WILL ACTUALLY COME OUT ACCURATE IN A TIMELY MANNER

Went to have a script filled, have new insurance. The pharmacist tells me that CVS "isn't contracted with my insurance company", you know, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. You know, a pharmacy in Texas, isn't contracted with what is probably one of the most prevalent insurance companies in the state.This pharmacy is, always has been, and will continue to be, Useless.

My insurance only covers Paxlovid once a year. That's inconvenient because I got it 6 months after my first illness. I was trying to figure out how to pay out of pocket when Demetria, a pharmacy tech, told me she found a coupon for me. My copay was nothing. She did not have to do that for me, but how nice. 5 stars, Demetria!

CVS ordered wrong medication, lost approval letter from insurance, and was clueless to a particular drug in stock, then ordered it weeks later. No one knew what was going on, took them 3 weeks to get it straight, and the only reason it was finally fixed was my Dr’s office called from Waco,

This is by far the worst service ever. There's at least 7 people working behind the counter and Noone attending the register at the pharmacy desk.

Always a long hold when calling, three people picked up the phone and put me on hold after KNOWING their system that receive medications that are sent in electronically was down, they told patients the office never sent the medications in instead of telling the patient the truth which was THEIR system was down, leaving me on hold for over 10 minutes when they knew what the issue was the whole time. Was given attitude when I mentioned I was on hold for over 10 minutes.
