Stopped in along my route today to pick up some tweezers, and could not get over how absolutely filthy this store is. The carpet has obviously not been vacuumed or cleaned in a very long time and while waiting in line at the register, there was all kinds of hair balls, trash and debris up along the edges. A pharmacy should have a higher threshold for cleanliness, and this is not it. It was disgusting and I won't be back, and I would certainly never want to obtain my prescriptions there. This wasn't a missed shift of cleaning... quite obvious it has not been cleaned in quite some time.

I have had many terrible experiences at Walgreens in North Rockwall over the last several years. The front of the store is lovely! The people are so kind and helpful. They make your day a little better every time you go in! In complete contrast, the pharmacy is terrible! The pharmacy workers are incredibly rude, crass, and unmannerly! The least essential concern of their workday is their customers. To put it bluntly, they speak to their customers like dogs! NO! People in Rockwall are very kind to their dogs! They talk to their customers like they dread the sound or sight of them. I realize they are busy. I realize customers can also be horrible, but there are those customers who are also busy, tired, picking up prescriptions because they are ill, have severe medical conditions, are dying of cancer, are going through chemotherapy, have just learned life-altering bad news, and the list goes on. We have to pick up medicine!What happens? You must deal with the person at the window who talks to you like you have ruined their day! I had called the corporate office before I picked up my latest prescription today. I called because the girl on the phone was coarse and seemed irritated with me when I called about my meds. When I picked them up at the drive-thru window, the girl at the window was so rude! I don't know why it is so shocking every time you hear it! I was harsh in return! I felt terrible and called the store to apologize!! Before I could apologize, Mike, the pharmacist on duty, was a complete jerk! A COMPLETE JERK!! Before I could even get a word out of my mouth!! Now I understand why his employees are so rude!

I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy due to the rudeness of the pharmacy staff. I didn't get names and hopefully the offensive parties are long gone by now but, "How can I help you real quick?" is not my idea of good customer service. There was 7 minutes until lunchtime and my transaction took 45 seconds, (yes I timed it). This happened twice. Another incident occurred when I was reading a sign posted that said, prescriptions could not be filed because a pharmacist was not on duty. While I was reading, an associate started rudely asking could he help me. I tried to explain that I was reading the sign and that I could come back and he repeated loudly, "CAN I HELP YOU!" This location needs extensive training in customer relations.

They are a pharmacy that never has the prescriptions needed on hand. This is not a one time thing, this is every time we go they are always short one or two items. Then today, after being told this location did not have the prescription on hand, I went to their 24 hour location and was told the N. Goliad location was showing all of the prescriptions on hand and available. There are way too many other pharmacy options that have better customer service. Hopefully others will have a better experience, but I’m taking my business elsewhere after years of patience trying to deal with this.

I am not sure why this pharmacy has a lower rating. I’ve picked up a few prescriptions for my family and although the wait time may vary at times, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences (phone calls, prescriptions etc). People need to understand these pharmacists aren’t magicians and work as fast as they can. There are always factors that come into play which they have no control over. Have some mercy on these guys. Whoever has complaints should work behind the counter for a day. I bet their views would change quickly.

The pharmacy staff is not profesional. They are really slow. Go to CVS or Kroger.I went to pick us a medication at 1. They said it t would be ready after 2. I said I could wait. They said it didn’t matter it would be an hour. I left, on my way home I receive a message that it is ready. It’s 1:15 so I turn around. When I get there they are closed for lunch. Waste time f time.

I went to get my passport photo and Arianna was so professional. The only issue Is that she took the wrong measurements for my passport photo. When I went to the post office, they informed me that they were 2 by. 2 in size and the ones I got were unacceptable. Just give the staff better training and I will return to get a refund.

If you’re hoping for a pharmacist that doesn’t care about getting your prescription to you before you have to travel for business and enjoy missing flights due to it, this place is perfect for you. Go to the other Walgreens in rockwall which is 24 hours. The actual store opens at 8, but the pharmacy opens at 9...? Makes perfect sense. Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help. The rest of the staff excluding pharmacy is excellent and very kind and caring.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I get a call this morning reminding me my prescription is ready for pickup. I go and find out the pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist is too afraid to drive in the condition. Don’t mind that there were two friendly, young adults working with no issues. All I can say is the pharmacist at this Walgreens is a joke. They could have at least sent out a message saying the pharmacy is closed so that customers don’t have to drive in this condition since the pharmacist was worried about their own safety. Don’t mind the customers’ safety.

The pharmacy is a joke. My husband got a “rapid” Covid test and they just kept saying it would be a little longer. Well then they called and said something is wrong with the system. I called corporate and corporate said it’s just an update. We have been waiting all day for the results… Anyways, save yourself the headache and just go to CVS to get a rapid test.So glad I use CVS for my prescriptions over this joke of a pharmacy.

Don't waste your time trying to schedule a covid test with Walgreens. You will waste your time filling out all of your personal information so they can collect it in their database. Then you will be shown a list of locations with each one showing "few appointments available". To most people that means they would have appointments available on the day you are attempting to schedule your time to get tested. You can click on each one and scroll through the dates untill you are atleast a week out from the day you are looking at and they will all be booked. It is a complete waste of your time to deal with this company.

It should hire experienced woman doctor for flu shot. Because I got bleeding after flu shot by a very young man (looks like a student doctor), action was too fierce or deep, the cotton ball was fully covered in blood and my arm was pain for whole one week.

The doctor of flu shot yelling me and told me "I am go home" meaning no flu shot support, when I asked him how long I still need waiting for the flu shot after I have waiting for 30 minutes.This doctor weard head phone all the time and did not care about I have waited for long time, the rest 2 young pharmacy assistants work very busy and reminding this doctor twice for there are flu shot waiting.

Drive through often not open during business hours. Staff can sometimes be rude. Long wait inside and at drivethrough. They text that an Rx is ready, then have no clue about it when you arrive. Not the brightest bulbs in the box.
