I’m giving Wags to Whiskers one star because it won’t let me give none. This was my second visit to this grooming facility with my Labradoodle and my first with my other mixed breed. The first time with my doodle, they did a great job. When I picked the dogs up after the call that they were ready, I was shocked to see my doodle. He was shaved to the skin. They had called to say he was matted, and needed to be shaved, but he came back naked, uneven, with razor stripes and his whole face, top knot and everything had been shaved including his tail. He looks horrible. My other dog looked okay. Neither dogs’ nails were trimmed even though we were told it was part of the “Spa Package.” I was so shocked that day that I didn’t say anything. The next day I called during business hours only to have to leave a message explaining my dissatisfaction. No one has bothered to call me back. I spent over $200 for this butcher job. When I posted his picture on Facebook, many of my groomer friends were appalled. It is obvious that 2 different people groomed my dogs and one was either brand new, was just lazy or rushed through. I have had groom dogs for most of my life, but never anything like this.

Brought my dog to just get a nail trim and for one they took her back for not joke 5 minutes and hardly did anything to the nails and then I could hear some man literally SCREAMING angrily at my dog in the back say STOP. STOP, STOP… Just STOP! And a bunch of other stuff I could not believe they would treat her like that!! She was terrified when she got out and ran to the door. I don’t want to know how they may treat other dogs when you aren’t sitting right their waiting. We will never go back!!

We just had our first appointment here and we loved how our dogs turned out. The ladies were very helpful and professional, from answering any questions to playing with the dogs. We will definitely keep using Wags to Whiskers for all of our dog spa needs. The shop is very nice as well and looks maintained.

I have been bringing my rescue dog here for 3 years and as a rescue she is very weary of others but not these ladies! They do a great job every time and I know my dog is not easy or cooperative. Thank you wags to whiskers for a competitive price and a job well done!

I had my dogs hair cut there about 5 months ago and they did a really good job. And in a timely time of about 2 hrs.I took her back and dropped her off at 9 in the morning. She was one of the first dogs to arrive. At 2:30 still no one calling me to get her. So i went up there to get her and they were still working on her..Huh? Why?She's a small toy poodle.what were they doing all day? She was one of the first dogs to arrive and she was the very last one to leave.When they brought her out to me she shook and hair went flying everywhere. It looked to me like they did a really quick job on her that was slopped through..she was still stinky. And places on her ears and tail were still matted.It was obvious that she was not given a bath either.. I won't be going back there.The place is nice but the service was ghetto

I took my standard poodle to get the German poodle cut. She nailed it! He’s still a pup and has lots of energy in the morning. Despite the difficulties of him being hyper. He still looked great. Thank you!

I brought my small breed dog in after calling and being told If i brought her in as soon as possible they could have her done by lunch. The hours of operation are 8-3. I received no phone call so at lunch time i called to check in.. Thats when i was told that the "owners son who told me she would be done by lunch left early to do other things so they were behind". I left it at that but came by the groomer at 2:30 as they close at 3. I can here them rushing and complaining in the back. The lady finally comes up front i tell her i am there to pick up my dog. Then she proceeds to tell me they have not started her yet and she is one of three dogs left for the day. I asked her if they do these in any type of order as I was there early and at least eight dogs were brought in behind me while I was there. She said they do them in the order that they receive them. Which that math does not add up. I would not suggest this groomer Simply for the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. The people in the back were complaining about the owners son. And the lack of communication after being told my dog would be done three hours earlier and lying about the fact they do the dogs in order.

They do and excellent job and my dog doesn’t seem to mind being left there unlike the others I have used. They only thing I wished is that they brushed him a little more because he is s shedder haha. Nonetheless I will keep going because I don’t have to drag my little buddy in there.

The food was really good and they have good daily specials. They did get my order wrong and didn't accommodate a simple request to switch types of beans. It was all confusing bc they said they didn't have charro beans for my dad, but I received them with my dish (and I actually don't even like them... the whole way the situation was handled was really odd). I was a restaurant manager for years, and didn't understand or appreciate the confusion. They also got my dad's order completely wrong and then only 1/2 fixed it. And he's in renal failure and unfortunately his meal was the meal they messed up the most. So overall the service was ok (it seemed like the server may have been new - which is completely understandable, but the manager didn't seem to care AT ALL about the many mistakes to our orders). But the food was really tasty and reasonably priced.Just if you go make sure to be VERY thorough when ordering (ask lots of questions) and double check your food to make sure it's right. (The fajitas were great, and the queso w/ beef was excellent). So I'd definitely give it another try to see if maybe it was just an off night. But, just beware of accuracy!
