I brought my puppy in knowing the process, he’s a doodle and he likes to play in water. So his hair was matted. Not the first time so i understood he had to be shaved down. My dog was literally cut horribly. Patchy work and he had hot spots on his face and back. I didn’t see the hot spots until the next day. My dog has been acting very weird jumping at sudden noises and don’t want to get rubbed and if you know doodles they love attention. I don’t think he’ll be back my dog is my baby and i hate that he’s going through this.

Just Happy with her groomer and her groomers technique, my dog Tootie is my little 😇 I have trust issue with leaving her with just any groomer. Tootie was very calm!!! I'll be seeing this groomer again 🤗

This is the third time I take my pup here and run into issues. 1st time I has Paige call me saying she was unable to finish my dogs cut due to the thunder. She said she would reschedule me with a more tenure stylist. Took him no issues with the stylist. Took him once again… as I walk in I am told our appointment was canceled. Groomer was able to squeeze me in and as I was walking out she picked a call and when getting off the phone remarked “ I will always squeeze in customers like her” after she made it quite difficult to scheduled me back in. When I picked up my little guy first thing that was said to me by Paige was “ your dog kept tying to bite the groomer she wanted me to let you know” I got my dog paid and tipped. When we got home my pups was very aggressive and kept flinching as if he had been hit or hurt. This has never happened. Took a minute to get him back adjusted. I also noticed cuts near his private. I was not informed of this. I would not recommend taking your pet here. Will most definitely be the last time I visit this location and will not purchase anything from Petco again!

We have done mobile grooming via Petco Rockwall for about a year or so and we love it! Dajzha is amazing, she is so sweet with the dogs and does an excellent job with grooming. She’s the best!!

Never take my little girl there again. First thing out of her mouth is my puppy had matted hair so they would have to shave her short. I keep my girl brushed. When I went to pick her up she said she wouldn't let trim her face. I have done a better job and not be out the $100.00. Hair was all choppy. Very disappointing.

They were able to get my dog in quickly as a walk-in for a nail trim on a Saturday. Dezia (sp?) groomed Daisy at a different location and remembered her when we moved to this location. She is always so caring and careful with our old, arthritic bully. Daisy doesn't love going to the salon - but is always calm and happy while she is there and when I pick her up!!!

My 2 babies and I were welcomed at the door by names!! The staff was friendly, energetic and showed a willingness to help. My 2 babies were groomed to perfection. I felt they brought the beauty back to my dogs. They did an awesome job.

Everyone was very sweet and professional. However, my dogs shave down looked like I could have taken clippers and done it at home with all the splotchy uneven lines. Even family members asked what happen to his haircut. For 100 dollars quality should have been way better. Sorry but we won’t be back.

Avoid this place if your dog has any matts... they will only work on your dog if your dog is matt free in perfect hair condition, which is funny because from what I know most people take their pets to get groomed when they need to be groomed and brushed out... they are unable to dematt a dog, they want easy work. If I wanted to just shave my dog, I'd do it myself and spend the 100 dollars giving my dog some nice treats and a new collar.

My 8 month old puppy Skipper was in/out within 10 minutes for nail clipping. It is well worth it for me to have Petco do it rather than me, trying so hard not to clip the quick of is nails and him constantly pulling his paw away.

Worst grooming my dogs have ever had AND most expensive! My dogs were cut much shorter than what i agreed to when i dropped them off. Neither of my dogs eyes were cleaned and the Bichon still had eye stains and i had ask for a round Bichon head cut and the results were not even close. Don't let the Rockwall Petco groom your dogs!
