Floral: I ordered four arrangements for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at our home and was surprised by the low cost! I usually order arrangements from florists, so this was my first time ordering from Kroger, and I’m a forever customer. The floral manager, Carrie, designed beautiful arrangements, and I was impressed at how affordable they were. Tip! Bring your own vases to save. I’m ordering again for the next party!Update: I’ve been using Kroger Floral for three years, and I wanted to come back and give Carrie credit for her amazing work. She’s a hidden gem, and I’ll continue to order. Adding photos to showcase her work.

I always shop at Kroger. I always get great bargains during the sales week. The produce is always fresh and last long. The meat is always good in color and fresh along with all of their other foods. The savings you get goes a long way. The cashiers are always helpful and friendly, 🙂

This Kroger location in North Rockwall is superior to its older sister store in South Rockwall. Though either of them are fine, customers will appreciate the higher ceilings, brighter lights and easier parking of this location.The reason I cannot give this Kroger the full 5 stars is because sadly is often out of common items like milk or eggs, or at least specific variations of them that you may be looking for. It’s generally reliable, but like any store you may not be able to find a normal item on some visit or the other, which seems to have a little more than normally at this Kroger.The staff is pleasant, and you may also appreciate the full service Starbucks inside near the produce department.Be aware of the Pharmacy hours, which are extremely strict.It’s a grocery store, such places barely need Google reviews anyways, but here it is. Gave the blue bell ice cream sandwiches a go. I wouldn’t buy again but leave it a reasonable rating of a 3. The icecream was delicious and savory, While the outside chocolate (sandwich) part was left hard and rigid. 9 Dollars for 12 it was if you ever need an Ice Cream sandwich i suggest the Great Value brand. I wasn’t greeted by a single worker which left me astonished. I felt i had to give this review to let the area know what a real ice cream sandwich shall taste like.

Once again go to this Kroger in Rockwall, Tx and in the meat department they have spoiled meat. I guess me pointing ot out to the manager just 2 weeks ago they don't care. Hopefully someone will see this and take it serious before this kroger gets someone vert very sik from their meat department.

Such awesome people working at this location!! Especially my man Robert! He seriously went above and beyond for me and made my shopping experience so smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and if you do online pickup, it’s so worry and hassle free. Especially if you have Robert shopping for you. He’s the best!! Give that man a raise! Or maybe give him a big bonus, cause he’s seriously the best!!! Thank you!!!

Was called 1 hour before my order was suppose to be picked up was told that they didn't know when it was going to be filled and not done today. Called back 4 hours later for a possible update was told not going to be done today I asked if it would be done first thing in the morning and was told no by Carlos because we were not a Priority that next day orders would be fill before ours and we would get pushed off. Asked to speak to a store manger and Carlos got very rude and aggressive towards us. Called back asked for a store manger and was transfered to Mary who acted like she was the store manger gave a different story and was also rude we asked for the store manger again she would not then we asked nicely for the regional manger and she gave us a 1800 kroger then hung up. We then called back a third time and asked the name of the store manger name which was Lance we explained what happen and he didn't seem to care that he would look into but wasn't a priority. This happens every week at this store

Spoiled food. I purchased fruit that had a sell by date of 06/27/2023 but it is spoiled. Fruit has a tangy sour taste. The fruit look good in the store but is disappointing when you get it home. Meat department smells like spoiled seafood and hits you as you enter the store. Shelves are empty. Definitely not Kroger standard. I will drive to Rowlett to shop at Tom Thumb from now on.

I've only been here twice but both times the store was tidy and well stocked! Early this morning I had an exchange to make but when I arrived the customer service desk wasn't open yet. However the woman at the self checkout was super helpful and offered to try to give me store credit which was successful.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at the Rockwall Kroger on North Goliad. Theo, the manager, absolutely went above and beyond!I’m pretty much a rookie at the whole process of ordering online. Recently, we were scheduled for the last pick-up of the night with a pick-up time from 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM. We notified the Pick-Up Area on the Kroger app that we were on our way. Unfortunately, we pulled up at 9:03 PM, and we notified them that we were in the parking lot. On the app, it said the Pick-Up Department was closed for the evening. After knocking on their door and receiving no answer, we headed into the store to see the earliest time that we could pick-up our order the next day. That’s when we ran into Theo. After explaining our situation to him, he said that he would be happy to help. He immediately stopped what he was doing and headed to the back of the store to the Pick-Up Area. Theo proceeded to gather our order, and we got a sneak peak at their very clean, tidy, and organized workplace.Theo went the extra mile. More importantly, he did not have to help out at all, especially since we were late for the pick-up time. His help was very much appreciated, and very refreshing; it was great customer service with a smile! It reminded me why many in our extended family have been avid Kroger customers for many years.

I dont know if Ive ever given a 1 star review, but this place has me pretty hot. My son just turned 16 years old and was looking for a part time job to learn some customer service skills and earn a little money. We applied online after seeing a sign in the window that they were hiring "all positions." Once we applied online, we were then told we had to talk to some guy named "Zel." We were given Zel's schedule and asked to come back. When we came back at the requested time Zel wasnt there. We were told to try again on another day at another time. Once again, Zel wasnt there. This happened 5 separate times. Finally I went looking for this guy with my son today after being told he would be available around 2pm. He was paged. No answer. We then are told to go upstairs. I end up in the employees break room while they page this guy again. After 15 minutes me and my son get up and start asking people where this guy is. Turns out the rat is cooped up in the corner of the store. I walk up and introduce myself and my son and he has this look like, "how did you find me?" Because youve been paged 3 times in the last 30 minutes and we were told to be here at this time dip stick. Then my kid starts the interview and the dude basically comes off as, "if you value your soul dont work here." Look, Im a lawyer. Very type A. And again I never have given a 1 star review. But this guy is a complete waste. Do not let your kids work for him or this store. If you are hoping to develop life skills for you son or daughter during their teen years go on and look somewhere else. You dont want a place like this ruining your child.

This Kroger is poorly managed. I have been charged a higher price than posted for many items so they are either behind in updating their prices or purposely charging over the posted prices.The shopping carts are poorly maintained and difficult to maneuver making it difficult to shop. You also need to check every expiration date because inventory is not controlled properly.Management seems to hide when you go to the Service Counter. I’ve waiting many times when I experienced an issue, it appears they want you to give up and walk away.UPDATE: Knowing this store is close to my home, and a few friends came over to visit, I reluctantly purchased fresh chicken at this store yesterday. When I opened the package it was obvious the chicken was spoiled. I had to throw it away and repurchase chicken at Tom Thumb.

You think of Kroger as a step-up in Grocery stores. This one is not. I didn't make it through the deli department before I turned around and walked out. They are supposed to be known for their produce. First thing I saw was containers of chopped up pineapple which were slightly brown. No thanks. I went to the strawberries and of course the first few I picked up were moldy. (Did I walk into Walmart by mistake?) I saw another section of pipeapple chunks and these were white, just a bit under ripe for me. I went over to the deli to see what sandwiches they had. Not much of a selection, but they did have chicken salad on a croissant. Great, I turned it over to check the date and the whole back of the container was so wet, the ink came off. I looked at where it had been and the shelf was wet. No thanks. I didn't bother with going through the rest of the store. If this is acceptable to the management, I can only imagine what the rest of the store is like.

Really wish I could give this location a better rating as it is quite convenient to home. The staff for the most part is friendly but the store itself is falling apart and not much that is done about it.Grab a cart before entering the store as it is a 50/50 chance whether they will have any or not. It is not like they are short staffed as there are usually 5-6 Kroger employees at the front hanging out.The most annoying part of this Kroger is the constant need to check all expiration dates extremely carefully as they constantly have product on the shelf which has gone past the sell date. This includes meat, yogurt, snacks and milk. The expiration on products is not followed in their deli as well - we have been sold both spoiled roast beef and Swiss cheese which included mold.They are the only Kroger which consistently does not ring up the deals correctly - with them clipped it has been every single time I have had to walk back to customer service to go get a refund, happy for the refund but what a waste of time.When it rains, you honestly get to feel it in real life as they still have yet to correctly fix the roof.I would recommend going to another Kroger location.

Very poor customer service. Cannot have somebody check you out. You have to do it on your own. You have employees up and down the isles FaceTime in while working. Children in the parking lot picking up buggies playing on the phone. What has happened to Kroger?

We usually do our shopping here because they have good selection and I love Kroger’s coupons and fuel points. Employees are also friendly. However I have unknowingly bought spoiled items here on multiple occasions including dairy, bakery, and deli which is unacceptable. Make sure to check dates on all items and I avoid their deli section now. Also it seems like 25% of the time we come there’s no carts up front and we have to walk back out to the parking lot to get a cart.

I've been ordering from Kroger for my office for about 6 months. They have never once gotten an order 100% correct. Even if you select the option to recieve messages about your order, you're not guaranteed to hear from them. Last week, I ordered about $160 of groceries to be delivered the next day between 10-11am. They texted me at 6am that they were out of stock of a few items and had no replacements. I had seen this message so often, that I didn't bother to check which foods they decided not to look for. The store isn't even open at 6am, so I thought it might've been a technical error. Come 9:30am, before the order was even due (they've been late by an hour too) I recieved THREE of the 26 items I ordered. Yesterday, I placed another order and this time when the text came in, I opened the link only to find that 4 of the items I had ordered were "not available" and they offered replacements. I accepted one replacement and rejected the other 3 because we have dietary restrictions where some can't have gluten or dairy. The order was just delivered, not only did I get all 4 of the replacements, but they gave us additional incorrect items that no one can eat. If you need to order groceries, go anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every. Single. Meat item I purchased was SPOILED! Bagged salad that was not due to expire BAD. Last week it was hummus that had MOLD on it. I’m done shopping here. They don’t care about the SAFETY of their customers.

I live literally next to this Kroger and I stopped buying my groceries here for the following reason:Leaky roofs dripping water on fruits and vegetables without being removed.Prices increased despite competitors that have better stores remain at lower prices. (Milk Carton 5.59->6.99)Store carts mostly broken, loudly creaking, stuck and broken wheels.Ridiculous walmart-esque security railings that make you feel like you live in the ghetto.Bad inventory management, frequently things go out of stock or are not restocked, when other stores have them.

Kroger, clean friendly and lots of parking. I dislike the new store layout with shelves that go up so high you can't reach the products. The layout use to be welcoming not any more.

Used their instacart services several times. Always get it wrong, charge you for items your ordered but they leave out of the delivery and there's no means to dispute the orders or charges. They say instacart is a service not affiliated with their stores. B.S.! Do not use. Ripoff. Done with Kroger. Thankfully HEB is building a store in Rockwall. That ought to run kroger out of town and set the new standards!!

Just purchases catfish from this location and got home and it smelled horrible! When I called the location, the man at the seafood counter stated, “oh, I thought it smelled bad.” When I went to the service counter to bring it back, the clerk was very reluctant to give money back and take the fish. This is very bad business and I hope no one got sick from that fish.

This location does not stock items as well as the Ridge Rd location and the shopping carts are the worst in the city. They also need to train some of the employees better on locating items in the store; several times they have told me to find items on the wrong isle. I also tried the on-line shopping and waited over a half hour in the parking spot for my order to be brought outside...never again. One young man at the self checkout, showed excellent proficiency in using the Kroger App for discounting sales items. The deli workers are very friendly and prompt with their service.

This Kroger location can be pretty frustrating for example, they don’t have carts available at the front about 30% of my visits this summer. I can also probably count on one hand the amount of times they’ve had enough staff to bag my groceries instead of me having to do it while I also watch my son and that’s with most of the other checkout lanes closed.I gave up on the pickup service about a year ago bc we’ll it’s terrible. It took three times of me being told something was sold out, pulling into the parking lot walking in and finding it before I gave up on them. The produce is extremely hit or miss. This pass weekend there wasn’t a banana in the building and fruit flies kept me from even looking through the onions. I have also had staff complain to my face that I asked for shaved lunch meat, however I haven’t seen that person in at least 6 monthsThe store as a whole is okay and has decent selections with mostly fair prices but it can be frustrating having to go track down my own cart from across the parking lot or bag my own groceries while I’m watching my toddler. It’s gotten to the point that I’d almost rather go to Tom Thumb (higher prices) or Brookshires fresh (limited selection) than deal with this Kroger.

The bakery is lacking. I was shopping late the night prior to calling. I took pictures of the sign at the bakery that holds the book of cake designs. It has a website, cakes.com. I went to the website, picked the cake I wanted. It has a strip of the edible image that goes around the cake. The rest of the design is icing, small rainbows, hearts and trim. North Kroger Bakery told me they can’t do all that, “their manager would scream at them.” “We are just a grocery store.” “I have no idea what website your talking about.” I asked about the cake in the case that had a rainbow iced on it. I was told that came from a warehouse. I gave two stars (might be a little generous on my part), because she eventually told me she could handle a rainbow, a heart and trim. I needed to bring the picture up there. I was planning on doing that anyways. I called Tom Thumb down the street and they are able to help me. No problem. A bakery that can decorate a simple cake. I am taking the picture to them later.
