I wish I had read the reviews! I was overcharged! Watch out for hidden charges! I was told the cost would be $75. When I checked out, they added $15 for something I don't think my dog needed, deshedding. Even if it was going to be charged, I should have been told! The lady at the desk said it was mandatory. She said I had been given that information. Well, I never heard about it until I checked out. She said the groomer should have mentioned it! Well, yeah! One the plus side, my dog looks pretty good although his fur wasn't quite as short as I would have liked. At my other groomers, Petco, they have a kind of chart with different lengths of fur you can choose. They are totally booked through the month, so I was glad I could get it done at all. I guess you have to be real specific!

I haven't taken my dog for grooming but I'm giving 5 stars for how cute the place looks and how helpful the clerk was. The shop is pink everywhere and they have a variety in dog treats to choose from. My husband and I had a pleasant time browsing and picking out treats.

I've taken my dogs here a few times and each groom was not great either they leave them too long in areas or cut them too short I don't suggest if you have a doodle of any mix or poodle to take to Wolfgang for grooming their groomers I believe I've used four different ones don't listen to requests. This last time my doodle was completely cut to less than 1/2 inch all over during the winter. I asked for body and legs to be same length and they cut her face short as well. In addition I picked her up and her tail and back feet were covered in urine as if she had been laying in it. It clearly didn't just happen because the urine was saturated on her. I would suggest taking your doodles to professional groomers in bigger cities that are used to taking care of doodle coats. This place acts like a small tangle is "fully matted" I have two doodles and just started taking them to Wolfgang in September prior to this had no issues in other cities. Most recently came from NYC and never ran into issues. I would take to dallas or austin unfortunately. Don't use this chain.

Such a great place! my dog was lost but one of the employees found him fortunately & gave him a grooming service and took great care of him while we were looking for Kookie!! Will definitely be coming back to grab some treats and services. Thank you Woof Gang! 💕

This was my first time visiting this shop. Yes, it’s adorable, but on the other side of the wall they groom fur babies. A dog was barking and I heard the groomer say shhh. The pup proceeded to barked again. She told it to shut up in such an ugly tone. I told the worker that the young lady had told the dog to shut up and her response was, “We have one that won’t stop barking.” People pay money for their pets to be treated with LOVE. I will not be doing business with this shop again and I suggest no one else does either.

Have gone 2-3 times, however, each time we go the customer service is not the best- for what you're paying and how pretty it is.We took our mini goldendoodle for his first haircut (although he had been getting groomed at petsmart, we wanted his first haircut to be "special" due to Woof Gang offering a cute certificate and small bag of the dogs hair stapled to it), but when the groomer said they would shave him down a little and it would be a cute cut- we picked up our pup his cut was so short and botched I could almost see skin and looked unrecognizable. Then paying an awful amount of money just to leave feeling sad, disappointed, and frustrated. Unfortunately, we will be going back to petsmart.You would think with how high they carry the prices from grooming, food and treat selections that you would be greeted and given exceptional and beyond above average service but that isn't the case. The whole store and grooming dept always seem extremely overwhelmed each time we go in.Although, the atmosphere is beyond adorable..it is a shame this place doesn't hold themselves to a higher standard with customer service and customer etiquettecy. Plus, the pricing could be adjusted on everything.

I took my pup-son for his first grooming appointment and Wolfgang did a fantastic job on him!! He looks so handsome and smells so good. I am very pleased with their services. I will definitely bring my pup-son back for his next grooming appointment.

I had my Sheepadoodle groomed today at Woof Gang’s. This was his first appointment and it will be his last.I waited six weeks to get in with Ellie because I had heard great things about her. Unfortunately, the day of the scheduled appointment we arrived to find out the place had no electricity because the light bill had not been paid. (This is what Brianna from the front desk told us).So we were re-scheduled a few days later but not with Ellie. Because we were desperate to get in, we took the appointment. April looked my dog over and noted there were some mats down low but that she could work with it. April asked how much we wanted off the overall length and we said no more than an inch. She said ok. I felt good about leaving him with April.I got a call a little later that we would be getting a different groomer who had had a cancellation.When I went to pick up my dog, I was told by Brianna that because he was so matted all over (which is not at all what April said after she felt my dog all over) it would be $140.73. She then said “we didn’t have to shave him, but…”Then she brought him out and I saw what she meant. WAY more than an inch of hair had been cut. So not shaved, but just about. The hair of his legs was left really long, though, which looks really odd given how much hair had been cut everywhere else.Not a great experience today and will not be going back. Very disappointed.

I took my dog in because our other groomer was booked and my little guy need a good grooming. I read the reviews moments before I took him in and should have turned around. However, luckily I did take a video of him walking in (due to reviews of injuries here). It’s a cute place and the girl working the front desk was EXTREMELY nice. However, When I met the groomer she was less than friendly, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Again, I should have turned around. I got my dog back and there was still dirt on his face, missed nails, AND go figure he was now limping. Trust you gut, DO NOT GO HERE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have taken my dogs to another woof gang for years. I have never had any issues. This time was different at this location. I dropped my dog off and asked to speak to the groomer to tell them what I needed done. The groomer was not there so I spoke with the manager. I specifically told her I wanted a teddy bear cut on my dog and to make sure nails were trimmed and ears cleaned, etc. I picked him up and he had received a generic poodle cut and I was charged over $100 for my 40 pound dog! I asked for an itemized receipt and all it said was spa day with Ellie. They also took twice the time as the other woof gang I used to take my dogs to before I moved here. I don't understand why. I called back up there and they told me I was charged for a standard poodle cut despite the fact I did not ask for that, nor is my dog a standard poodle. The lady who answered the phone said she couldn't do anything and to call back tomorrow, the owner should be in anytime between 9 and 11. I spoke directly to the owner when I dropped him off! It is VERY clear she did not listen to what I said or the groomer did not listen to her. I hope and expect them to make this right and charge me for the service I asked for. Not the service they'd eciddd to perform. I did not ask for a standard poodle cut, therefore I will not be charged for one. Once I am able to speak with the owner, I will update this review. I hope they make this right. Never have I EVER dealt with this. I'm so upset.

Had a great experience. They got our two large breed dogs in very quickly and took great care of them. They were both cleaned, trimmed, clipped and came out looking like they had a great time too!Would highly recommend and will continue to use.

I was finally able to get my dog Parker groomed. During the lockdown his nails became overgrown and his coat wasn't exactly pleasant smelling. Two hours later he is back.to his beautiful self. They did a great job

I had to take my parsons jack Russell for a grooming and the groomer did a great job on Heidi. We were visiting our daughters and my husband had emergency surgery.what was going to be a month visit turned into 3 months and Woof Gang was kind enough to work Heidi in.i was very pleased with her cut..I will defenlity take her back.

Amber does a fantastic job grooming my standard poodle. Maggie loves her. I like the fact that I have an appointment for a specific time and Maggie isn't kept in a kennel for hours on end. It's a cute shop!

We took our Pumpkin here and they had her shining like a new puppy! Her groomer did a fantastic job getting all of the shedding hair out of her coat. Her nails looked great! Thank you Woof Gang!

Had a large variety of pet food and treats! Even some really healthy pet snacks! Loved going in there with my boy. The girl working (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) was so sweet to my baby even though he's not great with people. She gave him some treats and he loved every bit of it. I just wish they had more if a variety with the food bowls. Over all though, would definitely come back.

As several of the other reviews suggest, it's not the actual dog grooming, but the attitude they have at this place. I missed an appointment, yes total blunder, but after apologizing profusely, they continued to talk down to me like I was an idiot child...as I was trying to reschedule. So I canceled the appointment right then and there and the owner (I am assuming) really could have cared less. The last time I visited I was harassed about not leaving a tip. I'm sorry, really! I understand it is a service, but it's expensive and these people aren't exactly making $2.13 an hour. Regardless, it's not their job to shame the guests into tipping. Unbelievable.

DO NOT USE!!!! A family friend took their senior Yorkie to get groomed and later got a phone call to come pick her up because she was “seizing.”After a trip to the vet and minimum already $600 spent, it was discovered that the groomer had broken the poor pups jaw!! They are refusing to claim any responsibility or even reimburse the grooming session. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOGS JAW BROKEN!!

I have taken my dog here a few times now and it has always been a good cut, but this time I went to pick up my dog and they informed me they had mixed my dog and another dog up, sent my dog home with another owner. They appologized but did not seem like it was a big deal to them. And to my suprise they did not try to make it right, considering I had to wait 20 min till this owner brought my dog back into the Store. Needless to say I am going to find another place to spend $60 on a groom and trust my dog will not be sent home with another person.

Great place to take your pet for treats and grooming. I've recently taken my long-haired dachshund for specific grooming and woof gang delivered! I'm highly recommend them.

Just visited the retail area. Nice selection and it was clean! Prices are decent on grooming and it seems pretty hassle free. Plan on bringing my husky in sometime soon for a bath.

Paid way too much for them to groom and clean my two dogs, the grooming performed was just ok, when all was done the bill came out to over $100...ridiculous! I've taken them to other places in the past that did excellent work and didn't pay more than $80 with a tip.

First off I just want to say that amber was a very rude employee from the jump . The first words out of her mouth were that my puppy was not what I told them he was and I spent over $1,000 from a professional breeder for my dog that I gave to my fiancé for her first dog and second I showed her a picture of how I wanted him done and amber said she would not be able to do it and he would need to pretty much be close shaved ... he is a yorkie poo so he has curly hair all around WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I WANT HIM SHAVED ! Extremely upset then amber said it would help if we groomed him before when in fact we have twice but they lost our paperwork and needed us to fill it out again ! Amber all in all is not a groomer you want ! If you are going to spend $50+ I want to get what I want on MY dog not what AMBER wants very frustrated!!

Great selection if you're fine with spending more. 3 stars only because I was in here for about 5 minutes and the entire time I heard a lady screaming at a dog while, I can only assume, grooming it. Wouldn't take my dog to this place if I wanted my little guy to have PTSD.

Googled them to book my dog's second grooming. They did terrific with him his first visit! Love their treats too.
