I'll always be proud to have worked here! Best work/life balance i ever had. I personally experienced an excellent work environment. I regret quitting for another local employer.At this facility i worked on 12B in inbound/receiving and i also worked in inventory control team.WARNING: NOT ALL TSC facilities are the same. I recently worked at the one in Longview and wow, big difference and if you're working here now, trust it's a good employer and the grass ain't always greener else where.Much respect to upper management and to all regular employees. if you're new, I hope ya'll love it too! Slide your tandems before getting to guard shack.Truck entrance from Bagby Ave.My Appt at 1pmArrived 1205.Got to the guard at 1250.Got a door right away froM receiver at 1pm.Less then 1hr 30mins finished unloading.Guard shack older lady welcomed me when I said is my first time. The receiving guy was nice too. Even it saids to put mask they don’t said anything if you don’t have one cause they don’t have one on either witch It was nice to see that we done with the propaganda.Flying j two miles away with a nice movie theater and a longshot golf place behind them.

For shipping and receiving go to this address 6234 Bagby Ave Waco Texas. It’s around back of building but must follow this address which is only one minute away.Arrived on time. Guard shack was very friendly which is rare. Got to receiving was super friendly and was given a door within minutes. Started getting unloaded less then 5 min in door. Very please to give this company a 5 star review which is super rare for me. Good job tractor supply keep up the good work. Ps give your employees a raise they deserve it :)

my appointment was at 9:30am and they rescheduled it for the next day after my dispatch and the broker fight changed me to 6:30pm and I ended up leaving at 7:40pm on a Friday, if you want to lose a good load weekend you have delivery for them

Got in and out in less than 2 hours. Do not show up very early before your appointment time. They will not let you in. Make sure you get there 0ne hour before your appointment time. During the day, the security is running around getting everyone in line. But if your appointment is at night, the security person is calm and explain everything where to go and what to do.

I was very disheartened to discover that you all are sponsoring "family friendly drag shows" (with heavily armed and untrained goons) across Texas. If you want to do that children should be left out of it. I think a lot of your customers, employees, contractors, etc would feel the same way. It made me re think my entire career once I found out. I am very disgusted and disappointed. All admiration of Tractor supply company I had is now extinguished and I have no respect.

Semi Truck - Guards are so nice, very helpful. Once you check in they give you dock right away. Fast Unloading. Fix appointment don't come early. Entry is on Bagby Ave ,pass the Walmart it's on opposite Cisco gas station.

Our driver lost his paperwork and they were amazing at getting it for us. This is a wonderful place compared to most warehouse receivers. They treat drivers with respect. Highly recommend a visit here.

Absolutely was not a great time. The security guard (elderly lady) started yelling at me (loudly) because I pulled in the driveway before she told me to. I feel for her in that it must be a miserable job standing out all day in 100 degree weather for 13.00 an hour. However there is no order on how to proceed into this place. They got signs but they all tell you want not to do; no parking in the middle lane out on the public road, no parking in the right lane either. So basically no parking at all in the public road, so when I tried to get into their driveway to comply I guess it's a no to that as well.My gripe is not with guard so much as it is with the property design and the management. Why do you have a 10 acre location and 50 doors but yet you only expect and have room for 3 trucks at a time in your driveway on a Monday morning? Did it not dawn on you, that to fill those 50 doors it takes more than 3 trucks at a time?

Don't show up too early and whatever you do don't show up late these people are hardcore sticklers about what time you get here and you know why because it's very disorganized. they should be telling you at the guard shack what door to back back into get you unloaded and put your paperwork back In the trailer when the green light comes back on . Hopefully I won't have to come back here anytime soon.

Rob at IH 35 guard shack on evening shift was TOP NOTCH!!! He was extremely helpful & kind when my son's vehicle broke down in the parking lot & needed to be towed. He made a stressful situation less stressful. THANK YOU for your help, Rob!! :)

Often I'm the only truck at the gate and it takes 10 minutes if not more just to get in the gate to go to receiving. Then you got to hope somebody actually pays attention to you when you get here. Way too much time to process got to find a more smooth procedure.

Real awesome place to deliver. Despite broker and dispatch miscommunication on my end, the guard shack security lady named CJ Joiner went above and beyond to make sure I got in right away. Unloaded within an hour of checking in. That place went above and beyond today especially seeing that I have to be home today due to personal issues as I live 7 hours South of waco. Also shout out to operations manager today for authorizing in seeing that I get delivered right away. Great work guys. Hope to deliver here again soon. Communication is beautiful in this place. 🙏

was unloaded quickly at this location, lady at the security shack is a tad odd, when leaving use the left lane or she will get onto you like she's your mother even though there is no sign saying for trucks to use the left

All class. Had a drop here and was early for my appointment. My mother had passed away the night before and I explained this to the security guard. Went above and beyond to have me fit in for my drop after talking to receiving. I also have a farm in NY state and only buy from TSC. Karma to all.To the upper management here, kudos to all who worked at 8am on 08/02/2020 to get me moving. Thank you all and God bless you.

Great bunch of folks here, it was like talking to the folks from my local TS store, down home good ppl, from guard shack to recvg office...Took me a day early. 👍 Fast unload at that... Also they have a new truck entrance. (ON W. BAGBY) Driving south on W Bagby from HWY 6, pass up 2 traffic lights and Wally World RC. New convenience store on right, directly across from that store, on left, is a HUGE new drive and says TRACTOR SUPPLY on 2 signs, left lane for outside carriers, you can't miss it. (Satellite will show a creek but that's where the new drive is... )

Always welcome to get a tractor supply load. The distribution center parking is well laid out in operates efficiently. Most of the time in and out of there within a half hour, at least for CFI. My dog loves it too cuz he always gets a treat on the way out from the guards.

The rows are way too cramped, the lot surface is very deeply rutted and pitted, they want to arrange by slot but more than half the lots numbers are hidden by mud so good luck and position it best you can, some of the spaces are sunk a foot down into the mud that they back some trailers into, and what's more is its one way while they're doing construction! This place is a disaster, and access easiest in the morning due to you having to take exit 331. Good luck if you head here

Great people here. But some drivers can't read the signs. City sign on right side says no left turn, also a sign on TSC fence says no left turn. Trucks will turn left into gate in front of trucks waiting on Corporation drive to go in. You must use Bagby st. to Corporation drive.

This place has a NEW TRUCK entrance it is located at 6234 Bagby Ave with signs straight across from the Cefco gas station, I was there for a total of 2 hrs from line to check in to line to get out AWSOME Thank you TSC for not being like most places and taking forever to unload a wrong that everyone is taking a break would be nice or even just take their break after finishing the unload would be good, that's what I did when I loaded and unloaded Trucks, at least consider the options..

DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION ON CORPORATION PKWY THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR BIG TRUCK DELIVERY IS 6234 BAGBY AVE WACO TX. WHICH IS NOT FAR FROM THE CORPORATION ADDRESS. IF YOU TURN LEFT FROM THE I35 SERVICE ROAD ON TO CORPORATION CONTINUE STRAIGHT UNTIL YOU GET TO THE LIGHT THEN TURN LEFT PASS THE NEXT LIGHT AND IN A BLOCK YOU WILL SEE THE ENTRANCE OF TRUCKS ON THE LEFT. THEY HAVE ONLY ONE GUARD SO IT WAS A 45 MIN WAIT IN LINE
