I go here all the time for my cat’s pine pellets. Staff has always been helpful! I will say though that the pine pellets I get always fall out of the bag due to holes in them which makes it super inconvenient for a small girl like me (5’3) to carry to my car. It’s already a 40lbs bag😣

Every time I go into this store, all the staff I interact with look miserable and make it clear that you are an inconvenience to them. Price tags are often incorrect or not up to date. I will be going out of my way to ensure I don't support this location anymore. Atwoods typically has better or competitive prices anyways and the high school kids working there at least don't make you feel like an inconvenience.

Both times that I have gone cashier ladies are very helpful. The first time I went with my husband he found four nice and inexpensive dress shirts. They have good quality clothes for men and women and I found something for me the second time around. I spotted out the cute fall decor today and would like to go back to get a few things.

Exceptional service! I enjoy shopping here. We looked all over town for a hard to find tire for an RV. The staff took the time to listen us. They were able to find the exact item we needed. We were so thankful that the staff was knowledgeable and patient.

Whole store has an attitude. They also need to learn phone etiquette for a buisness. ESPECIALLY the managers. this store by itself makes tractor supply look like a terrible company. best bet would be to fire everyone in that store even the managers and hire people who are actually good with customer service :)

I enjoyed watching many dog owners arrive with their pets (dogs wagging their tails) greeted by the cashiers at entrance (as if they recognized them) & walked to the back I assume to the pet department. I don't buy usually, but I purchased smallest Jerky sweet hot snack they had varieties by register. Delicious! Very friendly customer service by young lady & gentleman. Thumbs up! First time there.

This became my primary store for horse supplies when I started to rescue horses. A recent purchase was a curbside online order, I do them all the time. One item was not available and had to be shipped to store, no biggie. I never picked up those items, they were delayed and showed up when I was out of town. Never got a refund. I called customer service who sent me to the store, called store who said I had to come in. drove 25 minutes to the store only to be told I had to call customer service. Was then told I would get a call back on Monday. Two weeks later, no refund, no call. I use their reward program and literally have spent thousands of dollars just this year alone. They just lost my business over $50. I will not spend money in a store that just gives me the run around.

Apparently this location fills propane. I have never been able to get my propane filled because they are always out when I need it. I called ahead today and was told that they had propane but by the time I rushed over they were out.

He gave me a good customer service and made me feel at home at Tractor Supply. That's why I always love shopping for my animals' feeds at this store! They have a great inventory but they don't tell the truth when people apply. The female manager is rude and the male manager doesn't tell the truth. I called about my application and was told by the female manager that I was told they were going with someone else which wasnt true. But she said it had to have been true hell she didn't even know my name

The sign on the door, the website, and Google Maps all day the store closes at 7:00 on Sunday. I drove ten minutes to get to the store, got there with eight to spare, needed to spend about five inside, and was turned away. The guy said they'd been closed for five minutes. I don't care if you close at 6:45 or 7:00, but you need to put 6:45 on your door and website if you want to close at 6:45. It's totally disrespectful to waste people's time like that. I had time to go to Atwoods, too, but not Tractor Supply and then Atwoods. Now my project isn't going to get finished today.

Ordering on-line was easy, but customer service was rocky.Bought a pressure washer on-line for parking-lot pickup. Called from the parking lot as instructed on the sign when I arrived at the store, but no one came. After waiting a while, I went into the store and the cashier acknowledged nothing had happened.When I got the pressure washer home, it had clearly been used. (Tires were dirty, plastic packaging open, oil in crankcase, gasoline odor in the tank.) Called and they said to return it to swap for a new one, but they didn’t have another. The manager tried to tell me it had never been used, but After I pointed out the gasoline odor, he acknowledged it should not have been sold as new. It took a while, but they did issued a refund.

Drove 35 minutes to get propane, arrive and they are unable to do it for being short staffed.. it only takes a few minutes to fill a tank..very disappointed with tractor supply.UPDATE: this happened a couple other times and then I’m assuming after contacting and thanks to customer care I eventually was able to get propane after the 4th visit!

Just a bit curious about something. It's been brought to my attention that the Waco store recently sponsored a drag queen show for children at a local park. Is this true? I've spent a small fortune at tractor supply for many years, but if your store supports the decline of morality and ethics, I'll no longer be buying so much as a fence staple from TS. Its your right to support whatever you wish, and I have the right not to support the grooming of children.

These guys are so friendly and courteous especially the young men that load my hay. These guys are always cheerful and helpful. They make me feel like they want my business which is exactly why I now get my hay here instead of the rude service I rec'd at Buzbees where just asking for non moldy hay made me feel like I had intentionally inconvenienced the 3 of them and shamed me for saying there were better hay with no mold on it and please could they give me one of those instead. So tractor Supply won my vote on where I now get my hay. Thanks guys! ,

My number one go to store. Find just about everything. Products are very good, never had a problem with it. Help, from managers to other staff members, are extremely helpful and display manners in helping customers. T Their discounts are what keeps me going...its an addiction. Amazing Store! If you need anything from livestock products, to limited home improvement, to truck and trailer equipment, to pet food and products, to clothing, TSC has it! I go regularly and can always depend on great products at reasonable prices. Plus, the manners and knowledge of the team far out ways their sometimes limited staff and/or assistance. They always go out of their way to make sure I have all that I need and ask questions of other products I might be missing. Management is quick and responsive to solve issues/discrepancies.

I have always given TSC an excellent rating, five stars. But, I went in yesterday to buy dog food. The employee that helped me did get me a cart and helped me with the dog food, but didn't seem to want to take the time or have the knowledge of product to find the actual type of dog food I needed for my puppy, so I ended up getting the wrong variety. He followed me get to the counter and then proceeded off as the clerk announced for someone to help a customer load some dog food. In fact, there were actually three pretty husky male employees at the front counters, not checking customers out, just there, when she announced that. I walked slowly out of the store and went to my car. Usually someone will be right behind me. This time, however not one single employee came out to help me. I waited by my Outback for two or three minutes, and then I, a 78 year old disabled woman with knee replacements, a severe back injury, and other physical problems, had to load my dog food by myself. I am not a happy TSC camper. They next time, I will not leave the area inside the doors until there is someone right there to help me when I get to my vehicle.

We own a 20 acre homestead. With many animals. We used to use TSC for all our needs. We won’t be doing that anymore. If they want to promote the evil of the Babylon agenda, we will shop somewhere else.

They get three stars because most of the employees are kind. The service is so slow and for some reason I see people who work there wandering around. I felt bad for the kid at the counter who might be in training but no one was helping him.

Excellent, I was greeted at the door, associate asked what I needed, I told him and he jogged to the back of the store, grabbed my tire tube and brought it to the front of the store, out the door in minutes. His going to get my part was great for me as I walk with a cane. Great service, Thanks much
