I was not prepared when entering the store today and employee #102489 did not blink an eye and helped me with everything I needed. Meanwhile the line was just getting longer and she just smiled and joked and got everything done.i just wanted you guys to know she was outstanding in my opinion and you need more people like that.

Every single time I visit this store I take notice of how kind and attentive the staff are. I go in for shipping and sometimes for printing, and the service consistently exceeds my expectations. Today they helped me with a printing job that otherwise would have been overwhelming. Pam, Isabella, and Sam (and more) are always helpful and today was no exception. They work hard and are doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

In the store today to ask about having Amazon orders shipped to UPS Store counter drop off. Person told me it would cost $ 10.00 per package. Didn’t ask about size of package. Are go into any detail. 😟

I do not live in the area but have used UPS in Woodway several times when visiting for work projects. Everyone there is so incredibly friendly and helpful. I have had to do multiple rush projects and they have always been accommodating to my print needs and timelines. It’s refreshing and when you visit, you will see they treat everyone this same way.

Horrible Customer Service.....Use FedEx. Sent a package over night, paid $150 dollars to have it go over night. Of course it didn't arrive as promised. Then the second day it was supposed to be delivered, they said someone put in an address change and they don't know who, but they can't even tell me where it went. So now I am out the product that I sent, plus $150 bucks and no one knows anything.The best part is the 800 number you call tells you go back to the UPS store that shipped it and deal with them.What a joke I will never Ship with UPS again........Always FedEx

I always love coming to the Hewitt location! They are quick and efficient and always smile and refer to me by name either before or after the transaction. I never dread coming here even if there is a line. Pam always takes good care of me and always smiles and makes my day a little bit better! I will always use UPS whenever I can!

Hands down the best UPS store in Waco! Cacye was very kind to me and helped me ship a return super quickly! The staff are very kind and eager to help with packages. Not to mention how fast they work. I’m never in line longer than 5 minutes or less.

Always a great experience at this UPS store. Lines move quick. Friendly staff. Ever since I’ve been going here this employee named Thomas has been very helpful. I always have a car full of 40 pound boxes and Thomas is always helping me and if the store has no other customers he has even come out to help me unload the car.

We were there to drop off some AMAZON packages. Very friendly environment; even the customers there were extremely helpful. We forgot to bring a box for our package. A customer graciously offered to give us his box. Brad was very helpful and patient, and provided wonderful service!!

Pam was wonderful. She got a dolly & took it out to the car and helped me unload my 5 big boxes. Took them in and made all my shipping labels got an extra box for me and packed rest of things. Reminded me I could get a discount with my AARP card. Very professional and kind. Love this store!

The UPS store on Hewitt Drive printed some music parts and scores for me. I was very impressed and pleased! I had never had to print something like that before and decided to take a risk on UPS. So very glad I did! Brooke helped me out, and she was wonderful. UPS was very detail oriented and fulfilled all of my detailed requests perfectly.

I only use this UPS location for all my shipping needs. The staff there are great and I feel it’s a local community who knows you when you walk in. Plus, the service is above and beyond!Cayce was extremely helpful today but all of the staff are always kind and thorough and quick!
