This is a wonderful place to take your animal. Yes dogs are allowed.I needed a new set of tags for my dog and an employee help me out in less than a minute!Everything is well organized and intuitive.I was in and out in 6 minutes.I intend to take my dogs to be groomed so I observed the on-premise groomer and how she handled the animals.Great job all around at this store and I would definitely go back!

I’ve lived in Waco now for 2 and 1/2 years and this whole time I’ve been shopping at pet supplies plus because I never have a good time at petsmart. I simply placed an order online and when I went to pick up my order I noticed something’s were missing. I asked the manager would she look over my stuff and she got snippy and said well the receipt is on the bag. I said yea I see but this isn't everything I paid for. As I tried to explain to her what was going on she kept getting loud with me cutting me off being veryyyyy rude. Any ways half of my order way sent to temple so I had to call temples location to cancel the order and it was just a lot to deal with. I absolutely hate petsmart. And will NEVERRRRRR GO BACK I will stick with my petsupplies plus

Do not get your grooming done at this location. Samantha did a terrible job on our dogs haircut, left him with patches of hair all over his body. He was not only shaved naked all over his body, he was traumatized as well. We could sense how uncomfortable he was and just how unhappy he was. She treated him horribly, and was just as rude to us as she was him. I understand he is a difficult breed to cut but if she was unsure she should've told us. She cut his tail completely when we asked for a trim and didn't even touch his head or face and the chest and tummy area. We have went to Cambria at this location before and she was great, he looked good, he was happy and she said he was great. On our report card she said he was great, no issues but apparently that was a lie. When she called to let us know he was done she was rude and short with us. I understand he may have been "difficult" to cut since this is his second haircut ever but the attitude towards us and our dog was not okay. We filed a complaint with corporate and got a return call from candy. Well low and behold candy takes the groomers sides. She didn't even allow me to fully explain my complaint without piping in to tell me how horrible my dog was. When I asked why the report card said he did good, she had no answer on why Samantha lied to me. Candy had no concern for my complaint and just wanted to stand up for her groomers. DO NOT go here for your dogs grooming and if you have to DO NOT pick Samantha or you'll regret it.

I’m sorry there is no rating lower than 1. After doing business with this store for years with our previous rescue and now our 10 year old Lab Max we needed him groomed. Took him in last week only to be told they wouldn’t let him be done because we didn’t have his shot record on us. Ok that’s fair. Had his shots updated and brought him back today only to be turned away again because he’s heart worm positive. He’s under treatment and the bath certainly won’t hurt him so to be refused for such a stupid reason is ridiculous. Will never spend another dollar in any pet smart anywhere anytime for anything. You people suck.

My dog and I always love to shop here the atmosphere is great there's all kinds of smells they have a wide variety of products so we get to look around we shop around the employees are so kind and friendly they always offer my puppetry and he always feels so welcome

I always enjoy going to Petsmart. Purpose of my visit was professional and spoke with employees and manager. They had smiles on their faces and the store stays consistent with cleanliness and order. I visited the dog grooming area and the workers seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and commented their pleasure working with the dogs. I'll definitely be returning as a patron.

This is my favorite place to go to get big feeder fish for my turtle. They sell the minos and the small goldfish for $0.20 a piece and the larger feeder fish for $0.36 a piece. The workers are pretty knowledgeable every question I have. And everyone is always willing to help. I bought my turtle Holloween Costume here too. He was a toco.

I took my dog to be groomed at the PetSmart that I always go to in Waco. It was not the first time she had been groomed at this location. When I made the appointment I told the groomer that I wanted the same service as last time. That last grooming cost me $39.00 plus tip. When I dropped off my dog the groomer said she might have to spend “a minute” to comb her out at an additional charge. I told the groomer she should be pretty good as I brushed her prior to bringing her in. When I was called to pick up my dog I was given the invoice to pay and I was charged $89.00 for the groom. $40 of that fee was for extra brushing. I wasn’t angry until I got home and determined that my little 10 pound dog was not matted prior to service. If I had been charged an extra $10 I would not had been angry but $40.00 was more than her fee was to be groomed! Below you will see before and after photos. Guess I will never be going back to PetSmart!

Great place to shop for pet supplies! They don't ALWAYS have what I need but 9 times out of 10 they do! They also do a great job cutting my dog's nails in the grooming salon! My dog is difficult because he HATES getting his nails cut and he is ALL OVER THE PLACE! They handle that well! Much better than I can!

My husband and I have been inside this store more times in 10 years than any other store, lol. It’s gotten to where we look forward to seeing the employees so we can chat and catch up and get great advice for our multi-pet family. This is by far my favorite store-not just for location, but the workers here know your pet or about it and most of them have one just like it and you can feel comfortable in following their direction. The store almost always has everything you’ll need for any pet, it’s always clean and you can always find great help and support here. If you’re looking for the right place, this one is it.

Workers were very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the cashiers helped us pick out stuff that was appropriate for our puppy. We felt a little lost as to what our dog needed and cashier made us feel comfortable about asking lots of questions. We'll definitely be going back for more doggie treats and bigger collar! The dog tag was our favorite thing from PetSmart. It was neat watching the machine design and spit the dog tag out!🐾

I visit Pet Smart about twice a month, mostly in search of toys and treats for my pup.. They keep a clean environment and the customer service (which means a lot to me) I give a seven and a half.. The one drawback I do have with Pet Smart is when I go with my friend to look for new fish it is painstaking to such degree that I mostly refuse to go with her anymore.. Overall I like and enjoy my trips to Pet Smart but when it comes to fish i go to Long John Silvers..

I was struggling with the amount for the bag of prescription food for my dog. A worker noticed and asked if I needed help and offered me a $5 off coupon that he had at the register! The bag of food had gone up $10 since I bought it last (she's a little dog so it lasts us quite a while) and that $5 really helped a lot! Thank you

I was greeted correctly coming in as well as when was leaving. I did not have to look for help. I was greeted by multiple people to make sure I get what I came to get.
