I took my poodle to get groomed yesterday February 4. I brought him in at 9:45. His appointment was for 10:15. The groomer kept him until 5:00 that night. She shaved his whole body down to where he does not look like a poodle anymore. Everytime I went to go check on him to see if he was done, she kept telling me that she hasn’t even started on him. She always had a nasty attitude towards me and all of her other customers. The groomers name was Autumn. It will be a long time until I bring my dog back to her or to Petco. There needs to be more than one groomer in each of your grooming sites.

I was deeply saddened to learn that Alura had left because she had always done an excellent job cutting my dog's hair. However, when I brought my dog in on November 18th, a new groomer attended to him and unfortunately, she did a poor job. She cut off more hair than necessary and seemed overwhelmed, mentioning that she was double-booked due to Alura's departure. In hindsight, I wish I had canceled my dog's appointment upon hearing this, as the new groomer completely mishandled his haircut, giving him a style that was different from what Alura usually did. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of the grooming session and have decided not to return. I paid $91 for the service, which took an excessively long time from 12 pm to after 6 pm. It's worth noting that it is unprofessional to share personal information about an employee's departure and express feelings of being overwhelmed to a customer. Instead, she could have simply informed me that Alura no longer worked there. I find it distasteful that she brought up personal matters as a means to seek sympathy.

The service was wonderful, the people were great, my dog was comfortable and happy when I came for him, and everything just went better than I could have hoped!

Took my sweet Foxy in two weeks ago. She is traumatized and I don’t know how to fix this! Very unprofessional. I got my money back and will not be returning.

This location really deserves no stars.Took my Yorkie to be groomed a few weeks ago to be groomed but was told his vaccinations needed to be updated (understandable). Rescheduled, asked the groomer if there was anything I could give him to help with his anxiety the next time I brought him in because he doesn’t enjoy it. She suggested asking for something over the counter or something from the vet. I got a Rx from the vet when I took him to update his vaccinations. I gave him the anxiety med the night before as instructed and went for our 11am appointment. He still was a little anxious when they took him so I told them that he had been given something to help him so he should be okay. They immediately said if he was on medication they couldn’t do it. I told them that one of their own groomers had suggested it and then they said he had to have taken it at least 12 hours before which I told them he had! They still refused to do it! Had horrible attitudes and very unprofessional! I informed them they were rude, wasted my time and I would not be back! Had already been informed by a friend who had taken her dog there that they did a butcher job on her Yorkie and were rude but thought it surely couldn’t be that bad! It was!!!!’

Aurora was the best. She loved our Harley. She was gentle and so sweet to him. I also watched her with another little dog that she was giving a hair cut and she was so gentle and talked lovingly to that little puppy that you could tell didn't want to be on that table. :) Her attitude and handling of the dogs sold me! She was AWESOME! I also went on the Chat on the Petco Website to let them know how impressed I was with her and wanted them to let her manager know.

Sam was very nice and loving to my Bassets. I was allowed to leave my Bassets longer due to a transportation issue. When I picked them up, they were so happy. Next time, I need to ask for teeth cleaning. One suggestion is to have the groomers reach out to owners to suggest that something is recommended. If other owners are like me, sometimes we miss choosing something that our pups may need. Again, Sam was great to work with.

Booked our appointment in a timely manner. We were greeted as soon as we entered by a friendly associate. Our pet was taken care of with consideration of our wishes for his care. Prices are reasonable and Aurora at the Waco store was excellent. So nice and sweet to our pet. We will request her again!

Because the groomers were very friendly. Was very pleased with the job done on my Red. The thing that impressed me was the fantastic job done on his nails. Only complaint would be was I was expecting the hair around his face and ears to be real short and it wasn't. That wasn't their fault it was my husband's fault cause he didn't say anything about it. All I can say is thank you for doing a great job. I will be taking my fur baby back to them

Love my groomer. She always takes care of my dog with love. My dog is old & has a lot of skin tags, and I don't have to worry about my groomer making her bleed. She's super careful. She does a fabulous job!

Dog didn't get cleaned. Brushed him out when I got home because that wasn't done either. His nails are uneven which will cause him pain when walking. Noe I have to pay again to get the services actually done. Not happy at all. The groomer was polite though.

I loved how Aurora took the time and effort to have Bella all nice and tidy for us and for trimming her hair! I will definitely book with her again! We love Petco!

Groomer Kourtney is amazing. My dogs are terrified of people and everything to do with grooming but she is a miracle worker with them. She is the only groomer that they have ever allowed to do all services, including the blow dryer. She even had the patience to teach the one most afraid that the nail file wouldn't hurt her so she could complete the services I requested.

I felt a little rushed when it was time to pick her up. They called at 520.I walked in at 525 and it was like she was shoving me the paper to go pay. I couldn't look at my dog first? They didn't close for another 35 mins and I saw no other animals there. Her cut and grooming were superior!!!

No other groomer is able to trim my (Chihuahua) Chloe's toenails. She would get hysterical and most others would put a muzzle on her. I do not like that. The groomers at Petco can trim her nails without traumatizing her. She still doesn't like it, but she will tolerate it. That is very important to me. Five 5 Stars!

The groomers were excellent but I used the coupon for the free nail clipping using our points but the manager said it was expired and didn't honor it so of I have to use my Petco points the why does the coupon expire ?
