They did a fantastic job on our doodle, and to make it even better our pup went willingly! When we picked her up she was playing and happy. With previous groomers she would tuck her tail and not want to go, then would appear sad and traumatized when we picked her up, but not here! We're excited to have found a groomer that we and our dog are comfortable and happy with.

I adopted my sweet Poppy from Fuzzy Friends last week and brought her to Penelope's for her first grooming. I felt very comfortable leaving my girl in their hands.The staff and groomers were amazing!! Poppy looks so cute!I'll definitely be a return customer and would recommend Penelope's to anyone.

The workers are very nice. BUT!! It won’t do. They left my Koko looking like if a kindergartener got the scissors ✂️ For the first time. To top it off there was a golden retriever that OMG I feel bad for the owners when they pick him up. Never again!!! ( my koko in the car before getting groom, and in bed after getting groomed)

In a word EXCELLENT!!!!!! In several words I started taking my Shih Tzu Ripley to Penelope's and Liz does him every time and she does a fantastic job he's not nervous going in there in fact he gets a little excited going in there. They are so understanding caring and compassionate toward your fur baby I couldn't recommend a better grooming establishment to take your dog. Everyone there is professional and accommodating....Thanks to Liz and all the staff at Penelope's for making Ripley feel so special and doing such a great job on him.

The groomers are nice and professional, and also do a great job on my Goldendoodle! I've taken him to multiple different groomers in the past. When I come to pick him up at the end of the day he is more than ready to get away from the place. After a day spent at Penelope's though, he was calm as could be and acted as if he was at home when I came to pick him up. I think that says a lot about how well they treat your pet here! Prices are reasonable as well.

Been taking my dog to Penelope's for many years and would not think of going anywhere else. My dog has been seriously ill for weeks and was just cleared by my vet for grooming. We called Friday for a "quick" grooming and it was agreed I would have her bathed and Liz would trim her up while I waited. i was given Tuesday the 7th at 12pm. So i bathed my dog and was there at 12. There were no cars in the parking lot so we went to the door and it was open. We heard someone talking and dogs barking. I went back to the car and called the number. The phone was cutting on and off and the lady could not understand what I was saying and I could not understand her. She said Liz was not there. She had taken her mother to the doctor. I thought there was surely a mistake made somewhere and I wanted to get in touch with Liz. I am 73 disabled and on oxygen and there was no way I could communicate with the lady. I hung up and tried the number again and Ashley answered. From that moment on, I tried to tell why this appointment was so important but the connection was just as bad. I wanted her to come to my car so I could talk to her about what to do next. Instead, I connected with someone who would not even try to listen, who insulted me, yelled at me and hung up, saying "It's fine if you don't come back!"I expected Liz to call me today when she came to work, thinking she would be mortified by what had happened with Ashley. She would apologize and reschedule, but Liz didn't call. I am looking for a new groomer. Very sad.

Love Penelope, she always does such a great job, and always does exactly what we ask. My poodles come home smelling so good, and they always look great and exactly how I wanted them to look. Her prices are fantastic and her work is superb.

I have a 4 year old GSD we adopted from a rescue 2 years ago. She came to us knowing and obedient to all commands. She was an owner surrender, I believe. As with many rescue animals, she came with her own baggage.How this effects grooming is that she does NOT want her paws & nails touched. Penelope's is the first place that would let me come back and hold her. Through her protests, the groomer clipped her LONG nails and used the dremel. We discovered it is only her front paws to which she has an aversion, so things are already 50% improved! I got the grooming package with the extra fur removal and conditioner that would loosen the rest (it works!), all the extras including teeth, nails, etc, and the total was $50!!!! I'm so happy. This will be her regular groomer!Highly recommend!!!

This was months ago.....We had never been here before, I thought it was weird they never asked for proof of vaccinations. Now after our dog was groomed here, we have been told by other groomers that he “must have had a bad experience before.” I can only assume it was here.We will not be coming back here.Dog also didn’t look that great.

This place is wonderful to take your dog. I was nervous about taking my dog to have her toenails trimmed and this lady totally made me feel at ease made my dog feel at ease and and was a great experience. I'll definitely go back. Thank you will be back.

Took my dog here for the first time to get groomed . Had to take him to the vet for an ear infection, they said he did not get groomed properly and he had to be on antibiotics for 2 weeks.

Did not follow instructions at all. Both dogs lopsided and stringy. Her excuse was the girl was matted. She is bathed and brushed often and definitly not matted. Worst cuts ever. I did not even realize how bad they were until I got home! Never sgain!

I took my little terrier to Penelope's for years before she passed away from a cancer tumor. Lady loved everyone there and they loved her. They even boarded her when I was out of town. She enjoyed going to see them with no fears. Well now I have a Losapso Jake today was his first time there I'm sure he was not to sure of what was going on but I will say he looked so handsome and he didnt show any fear when I picked him up he was running and playing and tail just a wagging.I always have reccomend Penelope's and will continue they are awesome.Thank you to everyone there yall are very appreciated .Stayce& Jake
