An awesome local business! Even if you’re just stopping by to visit your children at Baylor and your dog hasn’t had a bath in a while. This place is super affordable, plays good music and has an awesome owner and staff! I came in to give my 7 month old chocolate lab a bath in wich I’ve never used a blow dryer on the owner Marlin came over and offered some great advice to get the best result. This place is very community oriented business, to further that statement I spoke with him briefly and the owner is looking to start a new business in the Lacey lakeview area focused on community family and the love of animals so definitely a great business to support!

Amazing place for a self-serve dog wash. The owner, Marlin, is very personable and friendly. They have great prices for memberships! Way cheaper than Petsmart. Akira and I will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks Paw Community! 🐶

I love the place but recent experience was HORRIBLE!! A man came in with a vicious and aggressive pit bull that he couldn’t control. This dog aggressively tried to hurt the attendant. I had an appointment and couldn’t even enter for an appointment I paid for. I had to wait outside. I couldn’t reschedule so I literally had 10 minutes to only wash my 2 dogs and not dry. Safety of the other customers and our precious babies should be taken seriously. Not to mention I’m a member and each time I pay for 30 day membership there is an email telling me it’s only good for the next 3 days. If that’s the case where is my refund did the remaining 27 days.

Clean and though somewhat minimalist, it serves the purpose beautifully. The washing stations have shampoo(s) and towels. It was so nice to wash our Bernerdoodle without having to bend down or struggle. We'll certainly be regular customers. It took us about 15 minutes to accomplish a really good wash, and a staff member was at hand if we needed help. Thanks!

Great experience when washing Mollie our golden retriever by an owner who truly cares about dogs. After camping for 2 weeks, a bath was in order. Wonderful addition to our stay in Waco.

Extremely affordable, top-notch customer service, excellent equipment, and facility. I am so thankful this place exists! Every city needs a U Do Dog Wash. I called ahead to see if it would be possible to bring our miniature horse in to bathe her. I was sure it would be an unusual request, but I had to ask. Namen answered the phone and was friendly and welcoming to the idea which was a relief. He came out to greet us with a smile as we arrived. He was very helpful getting her into the bath. All of the equipment was clean and made it so convenient to bathe her. The air dryer’s worked extremely well to get her dry so she could stay warm outside when we got home. This is an excellent place to bathe your fur babies!

I LOVE U Do! Their easy to use services and guidance make bathtime a breeze for my dog. It also creates a positive bonding experience, rather than a negative one. Both the owner and the groomer are accommodating and LOVELY, even when my dog is throwing a tantrum in protest.I cannot recommend highly enough. Support small businesses!

We love this place! I have bathed my pup there myself twice and both times it was a great experience. Namen is so helpful and they have all the supplies you need for a good bath! We also have had a wonderful experience with Jeannie, who has given my elderly pup several great groomings. She always does such a nice job with whatever cut we decide on! Most importantly though, I trust her to take such good care of my old boy while he’s there. I highly recommend both the do-it-yourself bathing experience as well as the full grooming!!

We have come to this shop ever since it opened and have been very happy with every detail. Clean, bright, and great equipment to make grooming of our dogs much easier. We love Naman and Jeanie. This is as good as it gets for a self-service grooming spot. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants a spotless and bright place to take care of their dog.

I got the 40 a month plan. We have 2 dogs everything there and I can get them bathed while I stay clean. Happy doggy momma here. Plus the owner is friendly and goes out of his way to make things accessible to the client!

I was greeted with a scolding about being 15 mins late. I knew I was late but she didn’t even give me time to apologize. I did wash and dry my dog in 13 mins so no one suffered from my “15 minute” tardiness.

I wanted to use the self-service dogwash advertised.Schedule as shown on the website conflicts with actual hours that these people will do business. Called on a Tuesday,they said we are closed Sunday-Wednesday. Went on a Thursday at 1:00. Lady greeted me at the door and informed me that she was going to close at 2 today due to cancellations. It was 1:15. I explained that I had drove a good distance,asked if I could bathe my dog that it wouldn't take 15-20 minutes. She refused my business and slammed the door in my face. I won't be back and I will tell everyone what to expect from this business.

My husband & I are truck drivers and only get a short time home to get a lot done. We have two dogs, which after 2-3 wks in the truck, really need a good bath before we leave out. We called U Do Dog Wash and he was quick to respond & meet us at the place so we could give them a good bath/dry off - before we had to leave. Thank you SOOOO much for that! The dogs are clean and back in the truck & we didnt have to break our backs over the tub!!!!
