Went in to buy a new Milwaukee $200-300 battery and charger kit, was in the store for no more than 5 mins and instead of asking if I needed help I was asked by a gentleman to move my truck and trailer while several other employees just stood there.Usually get top of the line customer service but not today. Did not think i needed help choosing a top coat. I wanted the furniture I re-did to shine. Shine EXTRA. One of the MANY people working at ACE was so great and asked me if i needed help. I learned a few things about the differences in paint, top coats, and "laquers". Ha! I purchased the quart of laquer. 5 stars is not enough!! Personally, I give ACE on China Spring Road 10+ stars

Always, always, always the best service. The days of customer service and taking you to an item instead of telling you where something might be is gone, but not here! Always greeted when you enter and the entire staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. This type of customer service is something you just don’t find anymore. I spend the extra money to shop here because of it. You can’t put a price on having the owner help you with a $.55 purchase as well as the knowledge and commitment from his staff.A+++++ and Thank you for refreshing customer service!

Always open when I need them. Customer service is outstanding at this location! Love that even have a small section of grilling spices. Always get my air filter for AC which is a hq item that I have paid more for at other locations. They have for a great price. Love going to this location.

The place is nice and convenient. I went for the garden section. There were so many options available, which is great! However, once I got the plants blooming at home, I realized I didn't have what I was told I bought. It's kind of annoying to go around telling people you bought butterfly bush when you've got sage. I am still learning plants and how to tell them apart. It would be nice if everything was labeled. And properly.

I was trying to find certain hardware, they had one of two. They also had the sand paper and felt sliders that I needed. The staff is very helpful, even though they didn't have the exact hardware, the lady was trying to find it. Even chasing us down in the parking lot!

The staff was very helpful in helping me find my item and very friendly and welcoming. I was told the exact aisle I needed and the general location on the the shelf. This store is awesome! I have been in on several occasions. Tommy has helped me test the water in my pool and make recommendations on what should be done. His willingness to go out of his way to help me solve my problems was very appreciated! I am always impressed by the fact that there is always a member of their staff waiting at the door to assist as you walk in. It is a fantastic store!

The best thing about Keith's, especially this location is the customer service. While not sporting the plethora of items you may find at a big box store, they make up for it with the most helpful staff at any retail store. As long as they keep providing excellent customer service I will continue to give them my business.

Literally amazing. How dare anyone rate this place 4 stars.As I walked in the lady at the check out counter kindly directed me to the key station to get my spare. As I waited for an key specialist, an older lady walked in. The woman at the front desk asked if she could help, but the elderly lady didn’t hear her and kept walking. The woman at the front desk quickly radio’d out while helping another customer: “There’s a lady on isle 4, I reached out to her but she didn’t hear me, could some one check in with her?” I was amazed. Instead of you seeking out a employee, they seek the customer out. After waiting a hot minute an the specialist came to create my spare key. Upon our greetings he asked, “Do you know the time?” I said sure it’s 12:15. He said “On the dot? I’m baking cookies outside on the grill and I don’t want them to burn!“ seriously such nice people with excellent service. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else!

Fast, convenient, and local. The customer service you receive here blows the big box stores out of the water. There is always someone at the front door to greet you and direct you to the appropriate aisle. By the time you reach it, they have already called ahead, and a knowledgeable employee is there to assist. Highly recommended!

I am usually totally satisfied, but as I entered the store yesterday they asked me to wear a mask. I have no problem if people choose to wear a mask, but I personally am one that is exempt from the restrictions for medical reasons. I feel very uncomfortable being asked to do so and will usually leave a store without letting them know i have a medical issue. It is my understanding that if a person does not have a mask on that they are not to be asked to wear one.

My favorite place to buy hardware! Always welcomed with a smile! If they don't have what Im looking for (which is rare) they are more that willing to help me find it and get it to the store. The staff is very knowledgeable in the different areas of home repair, plumbing, gardening, even hunting, and diy projects. I will always shop ACE before going to other big chain stores.
