For a store that is suppose to help the community the prices are kind of high. I sent my husband there to get a pack of hamburger for dinner one day and he came home with spoiled meat. I told him I was not cooking that and I took it back and told the cashier I needed a refund or a pack of meat that was not spoiled she told me that meat was still good to cook. I told her she might think so but to me it was bad. Well another employee was helpful and said she would go make me a fresh pack, which was good. While I was waiting the cashier kept telling me that meat was still good. WOW! I then had enough of her and told her your family might eat spoiled meat but I don't feed my family bad meat. For me I think I would rather go a little further as long as I get good prices and good food.

It was my first time going, and it kind of surprised me. The produce is limited, but it's much better quality than the bigger stores. Some things are cheaper than other places and some are a little more expensive. I think it's a great option to shop for your groceries and not have to deal with the masses.

I love the store but today I went 12 mins before they closed and as I was walking up the man turned the lights off and said they was closed but I seen another woman shopping inside I just feel like if I was really hungry and needed that he closed the store early when it wasn’t even time to close and I usually don’t complain but when you have somebody else in there you can take another order .

Small local store that offers the basics to get you through without having to visit a big box store. The unique thing about this place is that they sell the vegetables that they grow out back. How cool is that? If you're looking for fresh produce come get it here.

Like any store, you have to find the great sales. If you join their club (which is free), then for every $25 you spend, the club puts $5 on your rewards card to use towards your next purchase. Though the store is small compared to the giants of today; yet they still offer great deals. It's a basic mom & pop kind of store. That's what I also love to support since there's not many these days. I personally would rather pay a little bit more for some items knowing I don't have to wait in a long line to process orders. This store is a zip in the lines and the people that work there are awesome-no joke!

He made sure that I found everything, made friendly conversation, discovered that I had a less than amazing day, and then proceeded to help me start having a much better one! I received very pleasing amount of attention even though I wasn't buying very much.

They are offering a free Thanksgiving Dinner for 4 on a purchase of $5 or more. I went yesterday and spent $20÷. Ask the cashier for a raffle ticket. God forbid, maybe we are currently in a divided NATION. I don't judge anyone by color or anything else. I felt that my color was the wrong color for their raffle drawing/winner. I have never treated anyone with such disrespect. I go to church almost every Sunday with peoples of all different races/different backgrounds. I don't judge anyone, God passes final judgment. I have never been treated by any store with such a negative/discrimatory attitude. I gave 20 years of service to the greatest NATION on Earth.

It's a nice and clean place, but it's definitely not cheaper than HEB or Walmart like I was expecting. I drove 10-15 minutes out of my way because I was told they're supposed to be cheaper. That's definitely not the case.

It is nice having a food market in our area which offers, fresh, frozen, meats and vegetables.The store is clean, the associates friendly, and it's quiet.It reminds me of the old mom and pop stores of the 50's.

❤ shopping here! It's great when I only need a few items and don't want to deal with crowds at the big box stores. Their prices are comparable and always well stocked.

Awesome place to shop! Really nice to have a store in the neighborhood that is closer than HEB and ALOT cheaper than a gas station. Awesome selection of items and everything is reasonably priced!!!!

Jubilee market is a non-profit food market. If you fill out their membership forms, you will get a $5 discount every $25. They have an excellent fresh product from Mission Waco Urban REAP who has hydroponics and aquaponics. You also help local poor people by shop here at least once a month instead of go big supermarket. Everyone is super friendly in this store. They are very helpful and remember you if you shop regularly. The market is always clean and neat. The manager is an awesome person, his name is Derrel.
