Take-out from here is a 30+ minute roundtrip. Making that drive only to find you were given a wrong sub is bad enough - this was supposed to be a #26 - but then to be told (on the phone) they won't give a refund because I used some of Shore points was a bad response.You might want to check you orders before you leave the store.*** Amended after receiving a phone call from the manager. The issue was not with this store - other than being given an incorrect item - but with Jersey Mike's system of not refunding Shore Points. Hey Home Office ... let's get this changed!

They are always forgetting the bacon that I add to my sandwich. They sure do charge you for it and don’t put on your sandwich. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Always rushed and order is never correct. They hire college kids that do not care about their job or customers. Very disappointing.

Passing thru Waco and stopped here for lunch. Not very good, the bread was stale and the soda fountain was spitting out black specs. The cream soda was just carbonated water. I should have asked for new sandwiches but I didn't have time.

Arrived at 7:45 on a Friday, sign says they close at 9. Place was empty. Every table and chair was pushed to the counter so they could sweep. We wanted to sit and eat since we had been in the car for hours and that wasn’t an option. Chips were behind the counter due to the sweeping so we couldn’t see or access them. We ordered. The cups given to us were not good (leaked, seam wasn’t glued or something, but they very clearly had a large gap in the seam that you can see through). The worker took 2 back and put them back in the stack of cups when we had already had our hands inside and all over them. He gave us 2 new cups from a different stack. When we swapped out another of the original cups he gave us one of the cups we had already traded (still broken) and said “they won’t leak.” Spoiler: it leaked. A lot. I threw that one away and got another cup (again, i was handed one of the original leaking ones) which also leaked. We ended up just keeping the 2 that weren’t leaking and then getting bottled drinks for everyone else. The food was good, the workers weren’t unfriendly, but pretty gross to put cups that have hands inside of them back onto the stack and then to not just throw away clearly broken cups. I can’t imagine we were the first to have an issue today since they acknowledged knowing the cups were not sealed. Also, the chairs and tables being in useable was really annoying and we literally had to kneel on the chairs and lean over furniture to reach the cash register. I’m sure business was slow but when you’re open you should be open.

We really don't know what has happened to this shop. We've been buying sandwiches there since shortly after they opened. We do pickup sandwiches every Sunday evening. Last week a Philly cheese steak with no cheese. Tonight a club supreme no bacon no mayonnaise. Someone needs to supervise the Sunday evening crew on what goes on their sandwiches. It gets old really quick getting home to a disappointing meal. The only reason this isn't a zero rating is we've had a lot of excellent sandwiches from Jersey Mike's. Guess we'll try elsewhere.Update - We went back a week later based on Jersey Mike's reply to my post. Amazingly attitude of the workers was better and the sandwiches were back up to the normal standard. Thanks for listening. In this day and age that's very rare.

Very disappointing experience normally I look forward to my jersey mikes experience this time made me almost run out of the store. Being in Texas I expect flies but not so much where the store is not even trying to manage them. Normally the staff is well dressed this time seemed more like they had on the uniform but it wasn't neat or all that clean.

Between Jersey mikes and sic em delivery we have had the worst experience. Raw roast beef and no where on delivery.coms jersey mikes menu does it say that you guys serve this rare or raw or whatever. We wont eat here again.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Staff is always curtious and friendly. And the subs are perfect. I grew up in NJ and never thought I would find a sandwich shop down here that made them like they do up north. Price wise it's a little on the high side but given the way the economy is the prices weren't terrible. And for the quality of the food it's worth every penny. My family and I will continue to eat here.

Phenomenal service. Best jersey mikes I have been to, and I’ve been to several all over texas. Me and my 1 year old son were on a road trip we make frequently and we’re passing through Waco. We stopped at jersey mikes because we love it and do not have one in our hometown. Katherine took our order, made our sandwiches. Asked how old my son was, and told me she had one around the same age. This was my first time ordering my son his own sandwich (normally he just eats off of mine). I asked Katherine what she thought was best for him. She suggested we heat his sandwich since it makes it a little softer; and helps them smell it, making them more interested in eating it. He ate the WHOLE THING! She even made half of my sandwich for here, and half Togo. For the Togo half, she suggested we do all the mikes way toppings on the side, so it didn’t get soggy on the rest of our trip. I also asked which dessert she liked. She recommended the chocolate chip cookie and oh my goodness it was so good. Katherine saw my dog was waiting in my car (with the AC on) and even gave us a little bit of roast beef for my dog. This was the best experience I have ever had not only at a jersey mikes but probably out of most restaurants I’ve been to. Not only was the food amazing and the best. But the staff was helpful, kind, generous and inviting! I know that I will be stopping at this location anytime I am driving through Waco from now on. Just like Katherine, the rest of the staff was very kind, helpful, and staying busy keeping everything clean and nice while no customers were coming in. I wanted to specifically recognize Katherine for her generosity and friendliness. But also the restaurant was extremely clean, and a happy environment. If you are in Waco I definitely recommend you visiting this location!!!! Thank you jersey mikes Waco!!!

Still great food and tasty sandwiches… BUT! The restrooms (both men’s and women’s) smell like a hot wet dirty dog for some reason. Pretty gross. Almost sure there has been a dog in both lol.. the entire restaurant is dirty. No napkins. Every table is sticky and not cleaned. The kitchen vent hood is clogged so it’s not doing it’s job, therefore we now smell like a cheesesteak sandwich.. our clothes, hair, everything. Restaurant needs attention. If management is reading this, it’s Wednesday December 14th around 2:00pm. The two fellas working aren’t cleaning up the tables or anything else for that matter.

We went by on Dec. 11 just before 8 pm. We ordered a sandwich. The man working said they were out of bread while standing next to a trash can full of bread. We asked what time they closed. He said 9 pm. Looks like someone was trying to leave early.

Let me begin by saying that I have traveled to about 2/3 of the US and have actively sought out the "best cheesesteak" and it's really crazy to think that a chain restaurant can contend with places that have developed reputations and have established their followings but Jersey Mike's has done just that.I'd easily say top 3 across the nation.Thanks for being reliable and consistent.

My family and I have visited this location many times and have always been so happy with the service and quality. Today though, we picked up some sandwiches to go. When we got home we noticed that two out of the three sandwiches we ordered had long hairs in them -- baked into the bread, in the middle of the sandwich, on the meat. Sad to say that experience is most likely going to keep us from going back to this location for a while.

I had the most incredible customer experience i've ever had today. My girlfriend and I never had Jersey Mike's so we decided to try it out. Jeremy welcomed us and gave us a complete run down of the restaurant and free cookies. He made us feel special and important, I want to eat here everyday now because of the superb hospitality that was shown to us. Jeremy if you ever read this, you are the goat of customer service 10/10 would be your friend. Plus the sandwhiches were amazing

My 1st visit here. Wow!!! This place was packed when I walked in. Wow the customer service and staff is stellar, impeccable, magnificent, wow. Food prepared with the up most care. Order was taken in the most professional manner I have never seen before. And I was the weird Afro guy.Hats off to all the staff working today. Wonderful people. Almost shamed chick fil a customer service lol.

I LOVE Jersey Mike's! I can't say it enough. I have shore points and was really upset when l discovered that pregnant ladies shouldn't eat lunch meat.This location was kinda dirty and I was unable to get the hot water in the ladies room to cool down.....it was so hot I couldnt even stick my hand in there. I am a reasonable person who knows how to use a faucet, something else must have been going on.

Food was excellent and Brittany is top notch A1 Jersey Mike's Representative. As for that Other Chick, the one with the blonde, I am so sorry I as a person wasn't up to your "standards". Perhaps you thought I was a lesbian? Maybe a lesbian drug dealer?? Either way whatever you thought I am glad I disappointed you. It meant you couldn't be fake a liar and a manipulator. It's chicks like you getting attitudes expecting me to be something you even aren't. And that's loaded with money and famous. Sorry to disappoint I'm just a poor Black Female Veteran so if that isn't enough for you oh well. When I do get some money, People like you won't see the light of day of it. And I also wouldn't be famous for absolutely nothing. I'd be famous for beating rude chicks like you in their face. Perhaps why I don't have a job now. Oh well thank God for budgeting skills.
