I love the place because it has organic produce and lots of choices on groceries, clean place, employees are nice.This cactus arrangement is a good addition to house decor.

Wow, beautiful store. Everything we wanted w could find. The store was very clean and the employees we dealt with was great. I wish a store like this HEB was closer to where I live. The garden section had all sorts of flowers, herbs and trees. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out was a great experience.

Sharing some love for our HEB! The store is ginormous, so plan your shopping trip, but they have everything you could possibly need. The produce selection is fresh, varied, and always delicious. The HEB frozen meals are delicious and such a time saver for us! Most importantly, you won't find friendlier people working at any other grocery store in Waco. The checkers are fast, friendly, and efficient!

Place was so busy ! This was the only line closed until he decided to check her out in this closed line !!! As a disabled person I was very un happy !! That was so uncalled for !!!! Standing in line already for 30 minutes in pain no scooters either and she should have waited like everyone else ! Plus we travel over a hour to come and shop ! Y’all need a checkout for those who are disabled this is disrespectful for those who been waiting !!

As is with most HEB grocery stores this is always busy. Stores always clean well stocked and has a great and helpful staff. Check out lines are never too long and always plenty of checkers available.Due to surgery I had to use an electric cart and the carryout offered to come out and bring the cart back in for me even though it was raining.The deli staff all very pleasant people with a manager that takes time to talk to customers and answer questions.I can tell you, you can expect to be treated with utmost respect compared to any Walmart in Waco and that's just the truth!

How special is it to select grocery items from the comfort of your home, have someone else walk down the isles and basket everything you have requested to buy. Then have someone else bag them and carry all out to your vehicle when you drive up. What?! It doesn’t get any better than this. I love HEB for the special care and service this provides a customer.Thank you HEB.

This is the first time I shopped at that particular store. I did not like the layout much and the meat section could have had more to choose from. It is definitely not as good as the other HEBs in town.

Had not heard of HEB before arriving in TX. Huge variety of items including a small section of pots/pans and small kitchen appliances. I'd equate this store to a Harris Teeter or Stop 'n Shop grocery. Not quite a Wegmans but close. Better than Kroger or Giant.

Its one of the most all-in-one stops you can visit, the foods great at the hot meal sections, the options in every aisle outnumber most and id say its the best in pricepoint comparison against other places when grocery shopping specifically. Also their fuel is high tier and also often cheaper as well!

They are usually very busy during the holidays so expect lines especially if you come after 5. The store is always nice and clean. The workers are very pleasant and helpful, they can keep their cool under pressure.

I'm tired of HEB always putting out bad strawberries. I bought these several times and they always go bad fast or they were already bad when I bought them. I'm starting to think they're putting growing chemicals in our vegetables like gmos etc.. thats why most fruit is discolored and goes bad quick because of the gmos. But HEB wont admit it. Sad.

I came in to grab a journal to study with around 9:30. Just one thing, should be in and out simple right? No. As more and more people queued to check out, the guy in charge of the self checkout continued closing registers. The queue at both self checkouts was 10+ people long, so I see no reason to be closing registers like that. There is obvious demand. It just inconveniences people.Update: the man shutting down the registers said he had to relieve his co-worker, and we all heard the guy on the radio instruct him to tell the 8 people waiting to go to the back of the line at the other self checkout. The only reason this happened appears to me to be that they didn’t want to pay a staff worker for another hour to keep both open. I can think of several ways to have better managed this. Won’t return.

The first H-E-B I went to was not so good. Very dirty way too many people not a good place to be. The second place I shopped it was much different only a few miles down the road. I guess it's location that makes a difference.
