The flowers are so beautiful in front of the store and the are over priced for the holiday. I got a beautiful Angus roast that I am cooking now and very happy with. Although I had to dig up flowers from my garden to make my arrangements after the price of the roast and potatoes and carrots I could only buy 3 small plants for 20 bucks the price of the roast as well. I don't know how many of you have been shopping at HEB for the past thirty years but the inflation since covid adds up to about the 26 years prior so i dontated 20 to the salvation army its hard all around ONE LOVE LOVE ALL

I used to come to this location for years when I lived in the H.O.T neighborhood area, When I moved, the HEB by Woodway is now my grocery store. Anyways, I know that this location has be renovated since I last came, and boy did they do a hell of job! Love the new layout, very modernized and much more open!

First time visiting this grocery store. I'm passing through town. I really liked it a lot. I loved the fresh squeezed juices. I had the watermelon. Yum. Nice selection of fruits and veggies. Very nice organized store. Good variety. I liked the HEB brand praline pecans too. I would definitely shop here if I was in the area.

Great food options! I like the single serve fresh options. It’s easy to cook meals. Really disappointed you can’t pay by tapping your phone. Please add this at checkout. Much more convenient for consumers.

Robert in Dairy/Produce at the Woodway H-E-B is the most helpful and sweetest person! He was able to order a product that I've been searching for,for weeks! He explained H-E-B ordering process,assured me that I was able to get the item, and I was!! Thank you again Robert!!!

Like this store, a lot of good choices. One thing that does bother me is how they run around getting pickup orders and the customers in the store are expected to move out of their way.

A good place to get your groceries with many coupons, deals & savings. But it can be a bit crowded around the holidays. One of the store managers name of Michael Mercer he is pretty helpful when it comes to products that are missing are not on the shelf.

I tried to cash a check at HEB for 40 and the young lady behind the counter stated unfortunately they wouldnt be able to cash it and didnt give me a reason why even though it was an insurance check from a local business, and I had my license with my current address here in the city of Waco and other proofs on my persons. I tried to reason with her and ask why please, but the only word she seemed to know was NO, NO, NO so I asked to speak to a manager and I was shocked as usually the employees and management have been nice since I have been going there, anyway she called one and then left and when the manager came she immediately stated she unfortunately wouldnt be able to cash the check without batting an eyelash as id I just had to have 40 that day or as if it would break me or something so I tried to reason with her and explained I have multiple accounts across the us and that I just hadnt opened one in this city since moving here as I usually deal with credit and not with liquid assets and was issued this insurance check and was trying to cash it and she had the same attitude the employee had, UNFORTUNATELY NO and I realized apparently her and the employee must have been buddies or the employee must have said something to her that wasnt kosher so I stated I understand thanked them for their time and that unfortunately I wouldnt be able to spend 1200 a month there for groceries any more, and left and much to my delight called pls and was greeted by CECE who projected a pleasant smile over the phone and informed me PLS would be happy to help me at half the cost HEB was going to charge, thank you PLS for treating me like Im a potential customer and like Im important, I will be back, at least until I get around to transfering some money to a bank here in my home town of WACO, sincerely a new customer. This happened Sat 23 march at around 4-6pm and I want you to know I intend to let all my partners around the us know its refreshing to discover that after all this time spending 1200 a month at HEB that they were really a liability to me and not an asset and that I dont HAVE to invest my money there any more. Woo Hoo.

Very customer-friendly place and they treat their employees well. Things are usually stocked and their combo Loco things are awesome you have to look for them on the shelves. I do 100% of my shopping for groceries at HEB. On the downside they're usually very packed and the customers tend to not be very friendly.

The store is starting to be over run with migrants. Had an issue there with one of them threatening to beat me up as I was driving through the parking lot. Definetly didn't feel safe. Not positive I will return to that HEB in Waco. Was going to call the cops but the punk took off.

I came to the drive-through on Monday and they told me my medicine will be ready until 9 o’clock the next day I got here 9:40 AM. She told me to wait next guy pulls up. She answers him and give him his medicine so I asked her why she served number for me when I was here first she told me oops I forgot. I been pal here for 15 minutes now it now 10;07 and I still done have my medicine but 2 cars got there the just getting two me this HEB Pharmacy sucks I was first two cars got their medicines and left already another one

2 times in the last 2 months I have not received my grocery orders. First time it was someone else's order and second time nothing. Had to reorder and wait another 3 hours. Rather inconvenient.

Used to be my go to store, not anymore. I found really disappointing detail today. I was looking for the clorox wipes and this banner said “low prices $5.98 for 3 pk”. Here is where it gets interesting, so I removed the tag to see the original price for the product and SHOCK!!!! The original price for the product is $5.28 for 3 pk. Try to compare all the barcode numbers if you really want to be sure.HEB commercial says it for people of Texas. Sure, it’s for people of Texas to rob them. Don’t believe me, see the pictures.

I love my HEB! Seriously, there is a reason they are the number one in the country, yet only in Texas! Friendly employees everywhere, today the produce department ler me try a new tropical fruit and it was a $10 exotic fruit (really good). Great prices with excellent service.

What can i say - the big - "screw consumers" escalates as wholesale prices drop. As food assistance evaporates on the working poor, retail groceries see record profits. HEB has spent hundreds of millions upsizing, expanding and remodeling stores. This does not happen during economic recessions unless profit earnings and projections indicate strong earnings and growth. Many retail grocery outlets are using Bidens inflation as a smoke screen to hide their massive earnings. This I truly believe is what is happening.

I love this HEB. They always have the freshest produce, and the shelves are stocked every time I go in. The current remodel that's going on hasn't effected this one bit. Staff is always friendly and helpful in finding things that have been temporarily relocated. I'm excited about the expansion and can't wait to see the finished store! 💖Edit: Since the remodel completion of the store, I enjoy shopping here even more! The isles are well stocked with lots of new items added, and they have been widened to accommodate two carts w/people and not bump into each other. A prepared meals section has been added, along with an expanded deli, bakery and meat market. The store has been shuffled around to a more convenient set-up, with the frozen section at the very front of the store to ensure that our Creamy Creations ice cream doesn't melt while checking out! 😂 The health and beauty section has grown as well, with an amazing selection of hair care products, makeup and skin care, and other necessities. More cashiers, a very large self-checkout that has staff available to assist with any issues. They're all amazing, as usual... There's no better store anywhere in the state...I LOVE me some HEB! 💖😍

2-25-23 update: Pharmacy drive thru still takes 30-55 minutes for Rx pick up. Pharmacy staff are usually helpful & kind & will check for lower cost using Good Rx, Blink Health, or similar websites if your Ins copay is too high! Best to talk with staff before p/u.⚠️ WARNING! 🛑 HEB recently 🛑 (with NO WARNING!) ended their Pharmacy app & deleted my access, told me to use the HEB GROCERY App for my pharmacy needs! 😠 I REFUSE to use a GROCERY app for my very PERSONAL & PRIVATE prescription/health information! That is NOT 🚫 HIPPA compliant if people are walking around you in store & see your PHI demographics on your phone screen while shopping near you! That violates my rights to protect my PHI!!10-13-22 pharmacy drive thru is NOT IMPROVED YET! 30-45 minutes waiting is still the norm!! 😠 only 1 line for pharmacy drive thru pickup!! UNACCEPTABLE and degrades my previous high opinion of HEB stores. I'm thinking of changing store & my pharmacy to somewhere else!! I can't find anything inside store without walking TOO MUCH!April 2022 review: This store has been under reconstruction for a long time. I only go through the drive thru pharmacy now. It's too too far from parking and they keep moving everything around and takes forever to find anything, if you can. I shop at Aldi's often now to avoid headaches. All the other HEB stores are too far away.
