Asked for easy meat on the new Carolina Reaper tacos: Got TRIPLE meat instead. Went back to counter to politely ask them to remake them. Took forever even though they were empty m. Then the tacos barely had ANYTHING at all on them except for a ridiculous amount of ranch. Gross. Then ordered a starry popsicle and it was encrusted in ice crystals due to it being old. Won't stop at this DQ ever again.

Best service I ever received at a fast food joint. The young lady at the register helped me order exactly what I was craving, and patient with my kids orders. The interior is very retro, but I think it added to the charm.

We unknowingly showed up during a shift change, while on a road-trip. The staff seemed annoyed with the next shift, and we were in the cross-fire with the demeanor/attitude…I didn’t take it as a big deal, but my company did. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I get irritated when my company is not comfortable. The next shift was actually very pleasant and nice…thank you.

When I pulled up to the order speaker I was garbled at. So I drove up to the window to order and was not greeted by the woman taking my order. I placed my order and was told to go park in front. A kid brought my order out was not friendly. Double check your order because they will not prepare what you order. And when you call back they get ugly with you. I'm allergic to mustard yet they put it on my burger after I asked for Mayo. It's one thing to mess up an order it's another to be rude to the customer.

This building has changed very little since when I was a kid, and I'm 57. However, the service here is not what I remember from childhood. The day I was here the staff seemed disinterested in making customers feel welcome. Took a long time to get the order. Food was good, it is what I expected, which is a good thing. But I find all fast food restaurants seem to have not so good service these days, it seems good service is rare. Not saying it's not out there, but rare, at least from what I've seen.

I have eaten at this Dairy Queen before, ninety-nine out of a hundred times it was great, one time it was not so great. The manager fixed it though. And the replacement order was absolutely delicious. This time I didn't eat there it was very hot and I had lost my way, and I was meeting somebody there. By the time they got there and gave me the directions it was about 30 minutes. I go out to my car, and it won't start. I go back inside ask everybody in the Dairy Queen if they have jumper cables, and not one person did. I am extremely handicapped and was burning up at this point. The employees were very concerned, and gave me a cup for ice water. I was sitting there basically and tears and pain I'm still just burning up hot, when one of the customers what is leaving she said she didn't live far from there and she would come back with her truck and jump me off and she did! I wished I hadn't been so distressed I could have gotten her name but if she ever reads this God bless you ten fold! It ended up being a great humanitarian experience.

Pulled up in drive thru, was greeted immediately with a friendly voice. Gal answered all my questions with a smile. Blizzard was delicious. Would've liked the ice cream a little bit more chocolatey.

Have to mark this DQ down to just 2 stars mostly because it is so run down. the building is in pretty bad shape and the restrooms were downright nasty. I still like the taste of the milkshake but the old style plastic cup with domed lid is almost perfectly designed to spill liquid all over your car if you try to remove the lid.

This was the worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had. I pulled up to the drive in I was told when I order I need to pull up the lady was very rude once I did pull up and my drink was a mess when she handed it to me. Then even though there was no one in line I was told to move to the front of the building. There I waited over 30 min for my food to show up and it was cold & was wrong once it did show. I won’t be stopping here again.

This was the only place in the area with an open dining room. The staff hated each other (very loud rude comments to each other in front of customers, the eye rolls, slamming things on the counter) all this negatively reflected in the service. Multiple people came in after going through the drive through complaining the orders were not just missing something but wrong. Our food was hot but the paper thin steak fingers were barely edible. The entire place hadn't been cleaned in ages. Overall it was a miserable experience. The whole place needs an overhaul!

Best burgers and fries I've ever gotten from a Dairy Queen as of this review. The lady sitting a booth away said the chicken tenders there were pretty good too. The staff were friendly and didn't have me wait long for my Belt-Buster burger. I certainly left as a happy customer.
