They were good the first few times, they don't do what they say they do anymore. We pay for the full service on both dogs and they didn't do anal glands barely cut their nails have to have them re-do the nails the last 2 times. We're done with them. Also the place is beyond filthy inside. Last 2 times dogs come back scratching themselves. So have had to take them to other groomer to get de-flead. Also their prices are getting outrageous.

Our newly rescued/adopted almost 8 year pugs had an appt here today for bath complete with nail trim and ear cleaning. Both were shiny and happy upon pickup. Very pleased with the treatment our fur babies received.

I've come here in the past to get my dog's nails trimmed. Not great, but they do they job. However, after today I won't be returning at all. I showed up (Saturday at 11:30am) with my dog to get her nails trimmed and the doors were locked, but several workers were standing inside. No one opened the door or gave me the courtesy of telling me if they were closed. They just stood there awkwardly and starred at me. I read all of the signs that were posted on the door and all suggested that the place should be open at that time.

Left a English Bulldog outside for over 8 hours in this heat and had no food or water. A person lived near by heard a dog barking at 1am and she went over on Saturday June 24th in this hot heat and found him panting hard and they closed at 3:30 the following day. Heard this is not the 1st time this place has died in their car and I can see why and how now. They should not be open due to the neglect they show peoples animals. Do NOT board your dogs here.

I took my Doodle to this place to have his ear hair removed. The owner booked the appointment on Facebook and the technician had no idea about it the day of the appointment (Saturday). Monday night we noticed him pawing at his left ear and when we looked he had the worst infection I have ever seen. If you love you pets avoid this place at all cost.

I bring my big babies in to get bathed and a haircut. They always do a really awesome job.However I brought my small dog in for a nail trim and they did a hack job. His nail scratch worse than before the trim.

I've been taking my shih tzu for the past year and they've done a good job every time. The price is very reasonable and my baby comes home looking and smelling like he's going to a photo shoot.

We couldn’t be happier with the grooming our little fur babies received. Our youngest Remington we want a Mohawk to match his personality and it looks amazing!! Our other old grouchy man a 16 year old miniature schnauzer who other groomers have claimed could not be groomed because he bites when his back legs are touched and other sensitive spots. We were upfront with them told them if they needed to muzzle him that was okay but his coat was terrible and severely needed cut/groomed and he won’t let any of us do it. Went to go get the boys and they were both groomed!!! Our old man did so well they said they just went slower on him and took their time, this is where he’ll be going for the rest of his grooming and Remington as well.

We did not get to meet the groomer that would be working with our dog. He was cut on his belly with the clippers and I had to ask about it. They also made his nails bleed. Our dog is 3yrs old and is groomed every 8weeks at least. He is well accustomed to getting this done and always minds his manners. I'm disappointed I have to drive into town now to get our baby groomed.

Very unsatisfied with the work this place did. We took our shihtzu here yesterday and not only was she still dirty on her bell and butt, but she still smelled dirty. They also cut her on her chest. The cut was poorly done as well it was choppy and left multiple bald spots. on top of all that they quoted us at 48 and we ended up paying closer to 60. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Never will go back here. My dog was dirty in the butt, face was not groom, she looks messy and fleas were coming out her tail, even though they "treated "her with flea stuff. I was quoted $45 and ended up paying $65. Petco does much better job. Not satisfy at all.

Will never go back!!! My dog was bleeding when I came back. She was completely shaved, and the nails did not get clipped. It was a horrible experience for me and my poor dog.
