I have had very positive experiences. Until August 10 2022. Bought a 60 gal Bestway Sparyer. Paid 815.00. Full price. The son owner said I have one already Assembled and you can save two hours. I was excited and grateful. When mounting to UTV. I noticed it had water in it. About 1 inch and there was Moss or algae growing in tank. Rubber grommet holding the stainless steel boom were cracked and deteriorated. The label was halfway peeled up. And when I pulled on it it fell off. The spray nozzle and had green corrosion all around it. Looked to me that I had been outside for considerable amount of time. So I called and talk to the manager. He was very nice. We came to a conclusion of exchange for a new one. The owner called me and I can tell by his tone. And his questions. Telling me that I got the greatest deal I could have paid $1300 for the same sprayer. So I told him I was gonna hang up the phone, and he won. Then I talked to the son of the owner. He told me that it was a demo, and have been you several times. I told him I did not want to use the one I wanted a new one. They said I could come back and get my money. Could not get a new one. So the next morning I called again, gave them one more chance to exchange for a new one. They said come get your money. Very dissatisfied. Please don’t do business with these people. Deceptive business practices. Basically they didn’t tell me, so they lied to me. He knew that it was used demo and it was in poor condition. Don’t trust them!!!! They will sell you a used damage part, and tell you you can’t come back and get a new part. If I could give them no stars I would.

Buzbee is our go to for dog and cat food since we buy in bulk for our menagerie. The employees have always been friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The store is clean and well lit and it’s clear it’s a family atmosphere.

The feed store is huge and has a huge variety of items but it's on the pricey side. If you don't travel far from small towns then this is a one stop farm shop.Lots of space to move a large trailer around

I love that they carry my dog food and it's a quick stop off of highway 6 for me on my way to work. The guys and gals working there have always been super to work with and almost always bring my bag of dog food to the car for me.

Everyone inside the store was amazing and helpful. I know it's hot and sometimes people have a bad day, but the guys loading feed and panels were dismissive and ignored us for almost 10 minutes. After everyone else who backed in after us was helped several walked passed our truck and didn't acknowledge us. I got out and a nice gentleman got out loaded our feed, hay, and the gate we ordered. Overall, I love Busby's. The customer service on the outside was well under par today.

These people are so Rude 3rd time in a row and I'm done. The people loading hay act like you are putting them out. I asked to not get bottom bale because of mold and was made to feel guilty about it and guess what was all over bottom bales? mold . Hay not best quality either. Never going back. There I said it.

Poor hospitality & service. The owner is a very nice & caring man. But his son is the most dis-respectable & rude person I've ever met. Too many times he has been rude to me through the years. But on December 13, 2017, I finally had enough! I will never go back to their store.Also, buy round hay bales at your own risk! As 2 out of 5 bales will have tons of stickers & totally infest your land too. And you can not pick your own bales, even though the bales you want are in the very front of the rows.

If you have any farm or ranch need just call or go in and they will set you up! From A to Z they will have you covered!!
