The Walmart in Arkansas didn't warn us our oil drain plug was stripped, and we drove 9 hours leaking. It got low enough that the dash lights started flashing, so we came here. Super friendly staff helped us right away and told us the issue. They topped it off and recommended we get extra oil, all good advice. Thanks!

I came to get Sudafed from the pharmacy for my guy and they asked for an id so I produced my passport which is the same or carry more weight than a id , then they couldn’t process it with my passport. They wanted to scan my DL I didn’t want to provide my ID to be scanned because I knew it wouldn’t work but they demanded my id or DL I told them I can give your my dl number and address but the not the id, went back to talk to the rx then came back to tell me they can’t sell it without my DL so I gave it to them. They scanned it three times and of course it didn’t work like this was the reason why I produced my passport, then they come back to tell me they have to manually enter my information!! DAH I tried to tell you this . Ever heard of a security clearance? Some people don’t listen to their customers. You produce a passport which is an identification so Walmart get on board and tell your customer something that has an address in it not just a id or dl because a passport and military id is a federal identification. Make it make sense !

Worst Walmart I been in... They call over store to auto check me out 4 times... There was employee walking hallway work in auto and didn't not come help me he look at 5 times.. there other employee page for some come in auto no one show up.... And black manger of the store got page on the walking talky 3 time he would not come that care of his customers he's too worried about his employees instead of his customers and the customers the one that money. And just had a meeting about auto READY!!!!!!!

5 stars for the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever seen in a Walmart. Looks like new construction. Employees are nice and the place is clean. Looks larger than the average wally. I like this location better than the one in town. View my photos.

The vehicle was nice and suitable for my needs. The setup they have for getting and returning the vehicles is a little confusing. Once my paperwork was done, the individual told me to go outside to the gold section and choose any vehicle. There were 3 of us and only 2 vehicles with no one around to help clarify. Upon returning with my vehicle, I followed the signs to the paper receipt return area. The attendant told me I had to return the car where the sign said ereceipt even though mine was paper. The vehicle I received had scuff marks on both sides of the vehicle above the front windows, and something spilled in the front passenger seat (which I cleaned). It is the first time I have used Hertz. It was not a terrible experience, but it was not the best.

What can one say? It's a Walmart. It is clean, tidy, stocked well, with ample parking. Some other Walmarts are run down, over crowded, out of stick, with terrible parking. So in comparison...this one is a pleasure!

Love this location everyone is cheerful and so helpful. Today I met Earnest from the meat department. He worked so hard to get us a price when the internet was down. Never did he sound discouraged or annoyed. His name tag said 20yrs thanks so much your the best.

If I can give ZERO!!!! stars I WOULD, the other customers were playing bumper cars with my cart!!!! I had paid for 2 pieces of bread and that total came out to 25 dollars FOR TWO SLICES OF BREAD!!!! The front entrance person who was a man of color had not greeted me as i walked in and he just stood there on his cellular device the entire time!!! I had tried to give him my cart just for him to keep staying on his phone!!!!! How absolutely deplorable and despicable

I know I can spend more than I should, but you can't just go in a buy one/ couple of things....I usually walk out with a full basket of extra everything 😁😁😁😁.Especially dog items.....this is only 2of9....I wanted to show pictures of all 9 dogs, just like humans they are love with deep stories behind every single thing they go a dog some loving

It was great prices but the employee was not willing to help a disabled man. Who found a employee who just clock in and walking out the door when I asked him for help. He jumped to asset me with no problem. His name is Javier and he deserves a great raise for helping while off the clock and two other employee told me if they help me that they would get in trouble for leaving where they were standing around looking funny.

Was not happy with your customer service and support manager on returning item just wanted to return don't have the receipt or box and they had more cameras but she wouldn't get the code off another box and I never had trouble with Walmart, and than want to ask me what day I bought it and what time, where I checked out... Your store is getting ridiculous with their customer service and the support manager was name Christinia

It seems like every week there's a different problem with the food section of the store. A couple of weeks ago, there were several different packages of meat that were clearly spoiled and no one in sight for the meat department to discuss it. 2 weeks in a row now, the bagel section has practically been nonexistent. The produce is a hit or miss. Either there's good fresh options or there's molded fruit and vegetables sitting around with gnats everywhere. At this rate, I might as well just go to HEB for everything I need. Very disappointing to say the least.
