I went in looking for cattle cubes, they were out of the brand I wanted but one worker told me that other Tractor Supply stores would price match if the Manager allowed it. When I went to check out, I told Nadia about my conversation. She went above and beyond….not only did she print out a receipt with the price…. She wrote “Please price match”…..I did not notice her message until I had left…. Thank You Nadia for being so sweet. BTW I did get a price match in Goliad, big thank you to Stephanie

Thank you Donna and Landan for such a wonderful customer service experience.I came in 10 minutes before closing so I was hardly expecting eager helpful customer service. To my surprise I was greeted and helped immediately and was thoroughly impressed with the knowledgeable kind service experience at this location.Donna went above and beyond. Incredibly helpful and personable. She helped me move and get what I needed quickly and efficiently.I found everything I needed and more. I just can’t compliment the wonderful experience and the extraordinary service provided by Donna and Landan.Thank you both again✌🏻

Today I went into the store and was helped by and employee named Susie,she was very informative about the products she was selling and took the time to explain things to me that I did not know about my own animals,she was a great help and I look forward to my next trip to the Tractor Supply Store,I wish they had a tip jar because she was very deserving of one!

The person who checked us out named Nadia was very rude, getting annoyed with me as I was struggling with my hands full. She started talking to a coworker halfway through and then looks visibly annoyed with me handing my receipt. I’m not even sure what I did to even cause her to be mad at me.

Not the usual good experience. I get that filling up propane bottles in this heat is probably not desired and possibly not that profitable, at least be straight with me. Instead of saying it will be a little while to wait and after I spend an additional 30 dollars I wasn’t intending to while walking the aisles, just tell me it will be a long wait. Two requests and an additional 15 minutes waiting outside I figured I’ll spend a little more somewhere else and trade bottles out. And walk aisles at Murdochs next time. The lady that helped me in the store was very pleasant though.

I went to buy baby chicks and the lady that helped us was so nice and very knowledgeable. She definitely went above and beyond for us. I wish I could remember her name but I think she was a manager. I will definitely go back for all our chicken needs.

Cailey was freaking awesome today, My mind wasn't thinking right My son woke me up to take him to work because I had just got off work and naturally I just hopped in the car with no shoes on I then decide to go to tractor supply to grab my dog food with my no shoes on. I placed an online order for one of the big bags and realized they didn't have the other one in stock I called and spoke with cailey and she brought me out both bags of dog food and also brought me out of scanner and a portable way to pay for my dog food with my debit card what a lifesaver thank you again so much I really appreciate y'all!

Victoria,Texas Tractor Supply is a worthless store!!Try to pick up items they say via phone are in stock and they don't have them and haven't and aren't expected.Order online for delivery and they just CANNOT GET IT DELIVERED. ORDERED AT 8AM CALLED AT 8:30PM AND SORRY it just didnt get done... NO FOLLOW THRU. PS it's not their fault -- NOT THEIR JOB -- I as told.Call to check on an Order and ONLY ONE person can handle the issue and if HE cannot find itKNOW ONE CAN! He's the only one and he is not a Supr or Mgr .

This was the first time I ever ordered online to pick up at store. I really thought it would be easier. I waited in one line to be told to go to the customer service desk where I was told someone would be called to wait on me. They did come soon, but then they had to go to the back to get the order. Then, he didn't have the tool to remove the anti theft device, so I had to go wait in line at the front once again.

So I went to pick up gun safe at TSC in Victoria that was at a discounted price. I was only able to pick it up on my day off and they gave me their word they would hold it for me. Well looks like they're word ain't worth anything cause those s.o.b. sold it before I could pick it up.

My husband bought my children and I some beautiful chicks 🐣🐥🐤 and some beautiful ducklings here. Also everything we need for them. She gave us great recommendations on what to buy. Also, Great service came from the girl taking care of them. She answered all my questions, I had quite a bit! LOL! It really was a great experience!

Service was fast, friendly and my purchase was lower than city average. My 30 lb propane tank cost only 16 dollars and change. It was completely empty. A friend filled his 30 pound tank elsewhere and it cost him 28 dollars

ATTENTION ALL BUSINESSES WHO HAVE WORKERSKeep an eye on your equiptment purchased from TSCI learned TSC manager on the weekend issued a store credit for $410 for a Traveler's winch on a gift card to a an acquaintance of mine I was trying to help without a store receipt or credit cardMy acquaintance then used the gift card to buy other items leaving a remaining balance on the gift card and now TSC informs me they can't cancel or flag the gift cardI am now on the hook for original purchase

It's a good place, but if u buy hay bales. That r in the trailer. Be ready to wait for someone to load u up. Waited 30 minutes. Had to leave with my bales. Hope I can still pick up Monday with my recipe.☹️

Out of a few registers, one is only ever in use, and always takes a while to get rung up. Most recent visit the cashier was more concerned with having fun talking to his friends than doing his job.

I bought the defender chicken coop. (Came in a box that I needed to put together.) Well, the manufacturer didn't have all the parts in there and a couple were damaged. I called the store to have the parts ordered but the parts were on back order. Even though this was the manufacturer, the manager at tractor supply went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I haven't seen service like this from a store, contractor, anyone in a long time! They just earned themselves a lifetime customer!

Horrible place. None of the workers would help a women who was in constant pain from Fibromyalgia. No one even offered to help her get the large dog food bags she needed. Not a manager in sight. Don't go here if you need help looking for what you need.

The worst TSC, I've ever been. Always out of stock of the common things I need, ie tractor hydraulic fluid, alfalfa hay, goat feed etc. Terrible customer service. I only stop at this store if I have to and 9 times out of 10 it's a waste of my time.

I like the things that are sold here, but I had a bad experience today. I went to look at a pair of overalls and was greeted by a huge cockroach. I am deathly afraid of them and left the store in tears. Not good

Always a friendly store and it seems like everyone working has a answer for something your looking for. Talked to dustin looking for some tricky items and bam he walked right up to the rack found exactly what i asked. Put them on the counter and i was on the way home.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!Make it Damn near impossible to return anything on warranty even if it's there own product/ brand ex . TSC....refer you to there corporate office who tell you they can't look it up unless they have a specific date blah blah give you run around around never again !!
