One of the best boarding places here in town! I started taking my dog there due to his storm anxiety, but later found out that he loves going to daycare! Instead of being scared at home on stormy days, he’s having fun with his friends!He always looks so happy going to and from daycare!

I was so nervous to leave my dog but she had the best time. I was sent daily photos of her and I just know she had the best time ever! She was excited and ready to go meet her friends when I dropped her off. I know she was treated well and cared for. This is the only place in town that I know of where they treat your pet like family. I liked how they let the dogs out and let my baby interact and have play time. I am just so happy and can’t wait to use their service again. You won’t regret leaving your pet in this place’s hands!

Boarded my dog Ruger (suffers from severe anxiety and separation) for the first ever. I gave a very detailed list prior to drop off with a little note that if they’d like to send pictures I’d so greatly appreciate. DAILY they sent pictures and multiple pictures at a time! He looked like he had the best time ever and I felt like they genuinely loved my pup like their own. He had a spa day before pickup and his bedding was washed prior to pickup, which was super lovely! 10/10 will board again. Thank you so much to the staff at Pet Resort Main!

First time dog parents, so we are very protective over our Mojo. The Pet Resort is our only go to for Mojo's boarding! We get the top paw package so he has his own room, homemade treats, play time, and more... The employees are amazing and so sweet along with being patient, informative, and answering any questions that I have. The pictures of mojo were taken and sent by the Pet Resort to keep me updated. Overall Mojo loves staying and we love how well he is taken care of especially when we are out of town it's a big relief knowing our lil Mojo is in great care.

They have always done a great job of taking care of our spoiled dogs when we are out of town. If your dogs are elderly or get anxious easily, request a quiet placement. At our most recent stay, our elderly dachshund was in a busy room and had severe anxiety symptoms when we got home. I won't stop using them, though, we have boarded here many times. The staff is very friendly and even called to check up on my dog after I told them what had happened. They really do seem to genuinely care about the animals. I think some of the upcharges for things like play dates and such are a little silly, but if your dog is into things like that and they're going to be there a while it's probably a good thing. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a boarding facility. They also have a cat room and I have seen birds being boarded a couple of times, so it seems like they are open to all species. Pet Resort has been my go-to for quite some time and will continue.

Staff is friendly but the chop job that the groomer did on my cat is not satisfactory for someone who calls themself a “professional groomer”. The haircut is not even and looks like a kindergartener did the job. He also had a deep cut on his shoulder blade. They discounted the groom because they were unable to bathe him but the actual groom just looks terrible. I feel embarrassed for my poor cat. Will not be going back.

Facility is nice, but when booking a stay, they try to over sell you and trick you into paying more. They seem to only care about money. Be careful when booking.

I stopped taking my pets here after learning they have frequent outbreaks of kennel cough.. My sisters dog was attacked due to their negligence too. This place is not a good option for your fur babies

Took my furry kid there to be taken care of. Yes, he came out alive..BUT, they asked if I wanted any grooming done during his visit, i said yes. Thoght it would be done but wasn't upon picking him up today. She looked confused. Tgey did however, call last day before dropping him off ( they had his records for a month) calling to say he nees his influenza shot. ( $40 w/ a $10 conveince fee). Needless to say, if you say you will do something i pay extra for and do not do it but only accept him with an extra shot, i will never take him back there.Not for my family member.P.S. they put the wrong phone number on his paper neck identification. Still have it for proof. Thank god no emergency.

The price they charged my daughter for training only to get her puppy back doing what he was doing before is shameful! I could have trained him better and for less! I have a certified service dog that I trained myself for free and who passed all his test! What a joke, you've got to be kidding and then charged her for keeping him there too! Wow!

DO NOT BRING YOU'RE DOGS HERE. They abuse the dogs when misbehaving and leave them in a kennel the whole day, Not letting them out to use the restroom even.

Got my yorkie (Opie) groomed today. He looks good and was only there for 3 1/2 hours.. everyone was super nice and friendly.. This is definitely our new place..

Took my dog to get grooming. Explained dog was a stray and that he had some social problems when I called to set up appointment and they said it would not be a problem. I figured since they also do training they would be able to work with him. When we got there they said he was to aggressive. He's just a year old and maybe 25 lbs. The staff was friendly but I'm disappointed they couldn't work with him.

I had to leave my baby behind for 5 nights I was in search for a best place that will treat my baby with love and care. This place feels very homey. What sets them apart from bigger boarding homes are their staff. They are all AMAZING. when I picked up Molly she smelled good and healthy I have to mention she didn't lost weight Evidences that my baby were treated with love and care:1. No weight lost2. No health problem3. First night after no diarrhea4. Appetite didn't change.5. Behavior didn't change.Staff who work in this place truly loves what they do- and it shows. I took my puppy to get groomed Thursday and I had commented that I had requested that her tail get cut too. When she was picked up it wasn’t done. Well less than 24 hours Stephanie called and said they wanted to make things right. We took her back and they did a fantastic job. This is the only place that my dog feels comfortable going to get groomed. They went above and beyond taking care of her and were so nice and kind about it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would highly recommend them to anyone . They genuinely care about the animals and make every effort to do a great job!! Thanks so much for making things right! Our dogs have never been boarded before. One is 12 and the other is 8. I was nervous dropping them off and the staff did everything to help with leaving our babies. I will definitely be back for their services and additional boarding as needed. The place and staff are amazing. Top notch place.

What wonderful staff at this pet resort. This was our first visit, but I'm sure not the last although we live almost 5 hours away. Thank you for taking such good care of our little guy. He was so happy when we picked him up, you'd never know we were separated for a week and a day. Good job!

The staff takes the time to get to know your pets needs just like a vet would. They asked me many questions to understand my dog, and her needs and problems. I’ve never had a groomer that is this detailed before the work even begins. The management team is quick to address to customer questions and concerns and impressed me with their responses. It’s easy to see that they care, and will treat your pet like one of their own.

Overall the first time and I have no problems with them, except that they offer to bath your pet when you board them and we asked them to do that and they didn't, when we picked up our pet it wasn't bathed and they said that we didn't ask which was wrong but anyway overall they were good. Will probably use them again except make sure that they will bath my dog.

I absolutely LOVE the Pet Resort!! The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job grooming Diamond. She loves going there. I highly recommend them to all pet owners. They're AMAZING!!

Amazing staff!!!! My dog went for only one overnight trip for the first time since I adopted him and he came home so energetic and happy, maybe he met a good looking lady dog or maybe since I bought the package that included games he enjoyed that... I’m just overwhelmed with his newfound energetic self. I’m thinking about doggie daycare just to keep him happy and hello.... I’m retired and don’t work ., LOL this is the best overnight experience I have seen any one of my past and present animals enjoy!!! Thank you pet resort!!!

Really wonderful place. They helped my pit bull with severe separation anxiety feel better about herself. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Great place for dogs and cats.
