Took forever to get service at paint counter, had to ask a daddy bear to call someone to help us. After a while went to service desk. The 2 employees at the service area are less than friendly and would better serve as night stockers away from customers. After 20 minutes we did get a person to mix our paint. We love Behr paint or we would have went to Lowe’s

This location is all about customer service, but Tavy deserves recognition for excellent customer service, she not only took us to the item, but helped us find just the right item we were looking for, great job!

Customer service provided by Dillon in the tile department, Andrew in the bathroom sink and vanity department , and Richard at checkout made this experience extremely rewarding and easy. Excellent job by these three gentleman, especially due to the late hour I went to the store. Usually the closer to closing the tougher it is to find assistance, but not during this visit. Thanks again guys!

Bought a 10.1 cu ft fridge and the guys were really helpful in getting it to the front and loaded. I opened the box to see a dent right on the front door. So disappointing when it’s straight out of the box.

I’ve applied for several positions at this location. Every time I get an email that says congrats you’re moving forward in hiring process. I select the days and shift yes and when I move forward it always says I’m sorry but there is no position available and it’s filled. How am I supposed to apply for jobs and read your ur company emails that say I’m moving forward in process yet every time it’s just a spam email ? Very unprofessional and believe me I am more than qualified to work some part time hours at my local Home Depot. It’s simply sad and frustrating you send me emails saying let’s move forward and congrats yet every time it’s a spam email and no job or interview has ever moved forward. I have a hard time believing you have a full force of great employees right now and you’re not currently hiring in Victoria. It doesn’t make sense and it’s beyond unprofessional

I've been a loyal Home Depot customer for over 20 years, and I've always been impressed with their wide selection of products, competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff. I've shopped at Home Depot for everything from major home renovation projects to small repairs, and I've always been able to find what I need. One of the things I love most about Home Depot is that they have something for everyone. Whether you're a professional contractor or a DIY homeowner, you're sure to find the tools, materials, and expertise you need at Home Depot. They have a huge selection of products, including everything from appliances and tools to lumber and building materials. And their prices are always competitive.Another thing I appreciate about Home Depot is their knowledgeable staff. The employees are always happy to help answer your questions and offer advice. If you're not sure what you need for a project, or if you need help finding something, the staff is always there to assist you.I've had a few occasions where I needed to return or exchange items at Home Depot, and the process has always been quick and easy. Their return policy is very customer-friendly, and the staff is always happy to help you with the process.Overall, I highly recommend The Home Depot to anyone looking for home improvement products and services. They have a wide selection of products, competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff. I've always been happy with my shopping experience at Home Depot, and I'm sure you will be too. Here are a few specific examples of positive experiences I've had at Home Depot:I was once working on a home renovation project, and I wasn't sure what kind of lumber to use. I asked one of the employees for help, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the different types of lumber available and helped me choose the right one for my project.Another time, I bought a new appliance at Home Depot. The delivery team was very professional and on time. They carefully delivered the appliance into my home and set it up exactly where I wanted it.And on a more recent occasion, I needed to return a defective product. The return process was quick and easy. The employee at the customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. She processed my return quickly and efficiently.Overall, I've always had a positive shopping experience at Home Depot. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement products and services.

Always too much clutter and hard to get competent help. Guy working paint department just walked away and didn't even acknowledge me or let me know he was leaving. I had to track someone down to call someone else to go to paint department. Overall it to almost an hour to get my paint. Waste of time.

I purchased a new refrigerator, 11/17/23. It was delivered but installed incorrectly. Doors wouldn’t close or open properly. I’ve had two refrigerators and waiting on third one. Still not right and they want 25% to return.

Just a fan of H.D. has better prices on water well items, some things are even a 3rd the price of L©¥€'s, but generally half or a little above half the other guys price (on well hardware)... and that's the only things I've compared thoroughly...

The people at Home Depot disappointed me a few days ago because of their lack of knowledge in their products. Went back today and was 100% satisfied. Two employees actually helped me and what one didn't know the other one did. I appreciate the time they took to help. I went home with an awesome jigsaw!

I have been a Home Depot customer for yrs but this store here in Victoria is terrible I was looking for a power washer I could not get anyone to help me I went to the customer desk 2 times asking them to if they could call someone to help me they did announce needing help once not sure on the second time, but no one showed up. So they were showing 4 of the items I wanted in stock so I went home and ordered it on-line 2.5 hrs later I get a call telling me they do not have it!. What is wrong with this store poor management I'm guessing.

No cashiers. Self checkers don't work. If I wanted to be a cashier I would apply for the job

Waited forever for service on an isle. Went to customer service to call for help. Waited. Went to another counter to call for assistance. Waited. Finally chased down someone who didn't even work in the department and begged for assistance. He couldn't figure out how to help and started to have an emotional breakdown. After everything was finished and I'm about to leave, the assistance comes.

I absolutely hate Home Depot customer service to help people. They will act like they are helping you or help you for 2 seconds and then switch to someone else, and then completely forget about you. They take their sweet precious time with everything just to come back and not be able to help you at all.

I went there to buy a washer and dryer, the girl who helped me was on her cell phone. As we waited and she finally asked how she could help, we told her we would like to buy the Samsung Front load washer and dryer with the pedestals. She completed the paperwork and asked if we wanted a warranty. we said yes, and we would like the 3yr warranty. She said okay, we paid for the purchase thinking t hat they warranty was included. Now, our washer is leaking water from the bottom. Home Depot says we were not charged for a warranty, and they said there is nothing they can do to call Samsung. So, now we are stuck with a leaking washer, a warranty we thought we brought yhats not ther so I'm wondering what happened to the money for the warranty that we paid for but did not get.

Being from NY I have found in general Texans are friendlier and more helpful than in NY but not at this Home Depot. The ladies at the customer service desk are always nice and friendly as you walk by but that is where it ends. If you need help loading up or getting an item from up in the racks everybody disapears. If you catch somebody they will tell you they are not from that department and can't help you but will find somebody to help. Yet they never do. Seems they have taken the self checkout to a new level where you are just on your own. Might as well grab the stairs and get your own stuff out of the racks, otherwise it could be over an hour before anybody helps you.

Mixed review.Lowes has a less industrial look while still being a warehouse-type facility.Home Depot focuses more on builder and DIY needs. Lowes has rude customer service. Home Depot has become the same. Now they store more items behind the lock and key. Finding help is like pulling teeth. Then you get your head bit off and are told to wait by the attendant, once said attendant arrives at the aisle they were paged. Never mind the fact that the customer had been waiting patiently. All this rudeness in the power tool aisles just to unlock a cabinet for the privilege of giving them your business.

Yes, I just went into this business. Asked help to buy some Milwaukee tools . And the lady that I had asked earlier, to send someone my direction. Sat there on her phone . And when I walked out the door, after waiting a few. Asked if I was still interested in what I wanted. I said no worries. I will spend my money elsewhere. She went on to say, try Lowe's. What a great representation of customer service. 10/5/22 ,730 pm

We needed to return something and the clerks made this process easy. They were quick and courteous.

This is worst Home Depot we have experienced. You have to walk all over the store to get someone to help you. Their associates are expert at hiding. And when you finally find one, their product knowledge is underwhelming. And don’t expect them to help you load even after spending several thousand dollars in the store.

We had to seat ourselves. No one would come to seewhat we needed. Flagged down a girl and she asked what we wanted to drink. Never got our drinks. Flagged that girl again and she told our waiter to bring us our chips. He did but didn't even ask about our drinks. He roaming around and picking up dirtimg dishes. We got there at 6:00 and left at 6:30. No drinks. We sat and were the only couple up the balcony by the side facing the restrooms. Other people were waiting to be sitted and I told them how we were treated.

Not the first time I've been here but first time to comment. Victoria Home Depot has what you need at competitive prices and if you cannot find it there is sure to be someone right around the corner to point you in the right direction or lead you there themselves. The only shortcoming (and it is a problem at Lowes as well as many other large outlets and grocery stores) was the self checkout only option. Sure there are a few cashiers available but it seems to be a thing to move everyone to self checkout. Otherwise, a pleasant experience and the employees there still know how to make you feel welcome.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot because I’m a huge fan of projects and their store is always been easy to navigate, but in the last few months alone at this particular Home Depot, I have had online orders canceled without a phone call or explanation on multiple occasions, I have been given other peoples orders on multiple locations, I have been left with pending charges for days on end after they mess up an order, and the customer service in store is rather useless. I’m not sure if they just hire people with little to no experience in this field, or have never worked customer service, but all it has done is drive me to their competitors who are far better at communication. Sad

I usually get good parking spot and get my supplies right away and go to check out. I usually get good deals on sales most of the time. There is an employee available to ask questions if you're not sure what you need. Today I bought a Garbage Disposal unit.
