I couldn't have been any happier with the service I received. The cost is very affordable, and it didn't long at all to replace the windshield and have it calibrated. They have a nice sitting area and refreshments while you wait. I highly recommend this location!!

Was great service, yet they took over a week to get the glass and deliver. Plus, so many questions getting set up. Other than this, they did an exceptional job on cleaning the broken glass out of the door and vehicle. I recommend them.

Unable to talk to anyone to get information. A completely automated system demanded payment information before any progress. I'm not putting in any credit/debit or bank info just to ask for information. I terminated the call without getting any help at all.

Very efficient. They have repaired a couple of small cracks in the past but this time I had a full windshield replacement. I was contacted several times to confirm the appointment. I was on time and they took my car back right away. Very friendly staff, and a waiting room with water and coffee. The restroom was very tidy. Also, as a sidenote, as a female, I felt very comfortable in my surroundings.

EDIT: After some back and forth I learned the first guy put my windshield too low leaving a gap across the top. Exactly 1 week later they send a different guy, Sam, to my job where he corrected the placement and locked my car back up for me. MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THIS TIME.The repair was quick, Hal took less than an hour.The issue is he did not put back the thick rubber seal that runs horizontally on top. I packed the kids in the car and left before double checking his work (which I should NOT have to do) and didn’t notice until my husband pointed out how ugly my car looks without this missing piece.Now they will not return my messages and are closed when I try to come by during regular business hours.

I made an appointment to get a chip fixed. I showed up 30 minutes early and they took the truck back. I got the notice that they started on it and it was done in 30 minutes. The ppl we're very polite, and the place was clean. I will definitely go back to them if I need too

The window glass that we needed replaced was taken care of immediately. They ordered the glass and it was delivered before we even showed up with vehicle. We left it in the morning and it was done by 5:00 p.m. . The glass was installed earlier but it had to sit and let the glue set. We were not able to pick it up until the next morning, on Saturday which they are closed on. They did as we ask and left it in the parking lot and hit the keys where we told them to

They got my windshield in very quickly. However, they didn't clean it at all, so when it rained (and I mean it was a downpour) I couldn't see at all. It was a serious hazard. I had to stop and get 409 degreaser to clean my windshield thoroughly, which immediately made a HUGE difference. Water beaded up and rolled right off. Make sure if you get a new windshield, that they clean it properly before you leave. I did appreciate that they took all my stickers off my old windshield and applied it to my new one. They were very friendly and the price was right. I recommend...just make sure its clean.

I would have given 5 stars if the 4th time they came out had been done the first time. 1st time left me loud wind noise for the 8 hours I traveled the next day. 2nd time they said that it was cowling but couldn't fix it from that shop. 3rd time left me with horribly loud wind noise, as in cant hear the radio. 4th time.....after 3 weeks the young man that came out was so sweet, cleaned off the glue residue left on the other vehicle in my driveway, put in the glass with shaded band, that I was told wasn't available the other trips and did it all even when I was a bit grumpy with him for all the trouble. Jaime, out of Victoria, TX was fantastic!!! Very professional and dis a great job.

They were suppose to come to my office, but I was last on the list that day. The tech could not get there and have it done before 5:00, so I called to see if he could come to my house instead and he was more than happy to do it. He was very professional. An all around great guy!!! With good customer service hard to find these days, I would say that Safelite would rank "Great Customer Service"!!!

The workers here treat you the best ! They are not only nice they have candy for you and a treat for your dog ! They understand that you bring the business to them so they treat you right. The keep you informed about your glass, what needs to be done, and a final inspection to make sure your happy with the results.Great place to take you vehicle if you have a problem with your glass.

I had 2 windshields replaced... my 2nd vehicle a few days after the installation rearview mirror fell and now just hanging by the wires and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could come reattach it... WTF seriously expect me to drive around and risk damage to my mirror and windshield with it flipping around really? Because they will supposedly pay for any other damages done... I dont believe that one bit... Or they said I take a day off of work and drive to a office to get it done... definitely not satisfied with the customer service... and now will be doing business elsewhere due to this...

After installation of my windshield I noticed the trim is coming off. I waited a week for the tech to come to me for repairs. The trim stayed on less than 15 miles. Waited another week and the tech glued it down. Now I hear a whistle and I will NOT call again

I had an appointment to get my chip repaired on Monday 13, 2021 @11am and when we got there the receptionist was rude and without even going outside to look at my vehicle gave me a excuse said that the repaire was not going to seal all the way make us rethink of getting it fixed there we had to reschedule for another day at another location really bad service
