Thanks to Local Pet I have been able to feed my dogs better quality food and treats, as well as supply them with some of the cutest accessories on the market. First time using their dog washing station and it was not worth it. The girl working was not helpful and didn't tell me until after I washed my dog that they had no towels. He is afraid of dryers so he had to leave soaking wet. He is shivering, got water all over my car seats, and they didn't even give a discount. I expected better.

Local Pet is such a great locally owned pet store. You can tell the employees care a lot about the animals that walk through their door, and they put a lot of thought into the selection they offer for the health of your family members!The bathing stalls in the back are a great service, and we will continue to come here for a great experience 😊

Took my buddy to get a bath and he loved it and so did I they had a great special buy a bag of treats get a bath for $5 what a deal for my 77lb baby. I love their leave on conditioner he was so soft and smelled so good.

The staff are amazing, and while our dog isn't a fan of the bath, the treats and attention she gets afterward makes it worth the hassle.Their pet-wash stations are clean, simple, and honestly makes the whole process so much easier than if we were to bathe our dog at home. The website is also very informative and helped us to get a better estimate of what we would be spending during our visit.

Love this #locallyownedpetstoreI wish I came here more! Every time I go I spend too much money, but it’s SO WORTH IT! My dogs and cats love the treats and foods I bring home from here. I hadn’t been in a while and went by today and was happy to see them thriving. They are the only #petstore in Victoria to go with truly high quality foods and dependable excellent customer service. They have a good selection of RAW foods which my pets enjoy and which I know are the best for them. I’m going to do my best to start going here more often because #victoriatx needs more #local places like this!

Heard about this place from someones recommendation on the Nextdoor app. And absolutely had a great time using the self service bath. 15$(For my large dog) is a very reasonable price for all the accessories it has. The employee was amazing, helping us navigate the store and giving us recommendations but also in a way that wasn’t over bearing. We got to take our time and enjoy the process. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back again.

Wherever I live I always try to shop at local pet stores. Local Pet in Victoria is a great place to buy most anything my little buddy loves. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable Of the products. My buddy lives the frozen marrow bones and dried assortment of duck necks and turkey necks. Highly recommended to anyone Local Pet Store.

This store is great. They have excellent food, treats, and toys for dogs and cats. The staff goes above and beyond to help their customers fill all their needs. They are all very knowledgeable in pet nutrition. They also have the best pet bathing set up. You can bring your dog or cat in to bathe them and you get to try their grooming products too! Best place to shop for pet owners.

Right here in Victoria we have the best store for pet supplies I’ve ever seen - this place is amazing! It’s really more like a pet supplies store and a vitamin shop for dogs all in one. Quality is the approach here, and the staff is always ready to help out. I’ll be using their dog wash station from here on out as well!

The staff are always very polite and helpful. The store is always neat and clean. They have some very interesting products. I love the variety this store offers. I shop here because it is a wonderful place BUT I also believe in supporting local businesses.Update: I was disappointed because they said they would order an item for me - even after calling a few times to check on my order status - No one ever returned my calls AND I never received my item. I know now I will never place an order for an item; however, I still will support the business and I do like a lot of their products.

The dog washing area is absolutely THE BEST thing ever. Having the use of the large tub, shampoos, conditioners, scents, combs, towels and blow dryer is well worth the minimal fee that is charged. The store is always amazingly clean and the staff is super courteous and helpful. I attended the street dance last night after bathing my Bella at Local Pet. As soon as we entered the street dance we were approached by a sweet girl who gave us an amazing little bag full of dogs treats. And guess what company she was with?? You guessed it......LOCAL PET!!! Awesome company, great asset to the community.

I shop here to support local business. The people are awesome and the place is clean but they only have a few options for dog food. Their biggest being Orijen which is sold at Walmart and Petco for a cheaper price and has really went down hill as far as pet food goes. If they had a better selection they'd get 5 stars.

Polite, helpful ladies. Nice bathing facilities, friendly puppies walking around. Good merchandise! The pit breed Poppy is starting to growl and dominate over the others. It even growled at me.
