Ordered online, picked a time. Upon arrival texted our parking spot number and within minutes our food arrived. The delivery person, bagged our groceries in our reusable totes and took our plastic bags to be recycled. A very fabulous curbside system. And when we unpacked our food everything was fresh❣ I love to grocery shop at HEB, but this service may change my mind.

I had never used Heb pick up service before. Their application is very easy to use. Drive up back in pop thesprunk they come out and load your items and away you go.

Best invention ever. Through the week I add what I need ahead of time and then I make an order for the day and time of my choosing. It makes a busy person's life a little easier.

Waited for 3 items to come out for almost 40 minutes it's insane how slow they were and the cart handlers were on the phone constantly

There was a problem with our order. Then some confusion caused a little more discomfort. The supervisor stepped in and made everything RIGHT! We love the service and the people at HEB Curbside pickup!! Always nice and courteous. We free like they care about us.

Always on point! Never disappointed with the quality of service. Fast and timely when arriving at the store, items are always what i need. Rarely have any Subs, and they always alert me if any items aren't available and if I would like subs! Hands down the best service!!

It took about 20 minutes for them to come out with my $300 order. The employee then told me that we would be waiting on an item that the container had broken and they were getting a new one. The item was a container of oysters in which, once I got home, I found remnants of all over all of my other groceries. I wouldn't have minded the wait had they replaced the items that smelled horribly and were sticky with oyster juice. Needless to say I spent the evening cleaning my groceries and then my entire kitchen to get rid of the smell!

I went to pick up an order for my son in law. It was sandwiches from the deli. They ran out of the bread he ordered, so I had to ok the substitution. I do wish people would learn to say about how many actual minutes it will be before your order is ready. I didn't waste my time in my car,as I had little things to take care of. If I had been in a hurry, it would have been a problem.

I love it! Especially now since just experiencing cancer surgery. I still like to go in and shop around at times but after work I'm tired & wanna go home. The employees that come to the car are always so friendly, also. I really appreciate the senior days. I'm still working so can't pick up til after 5pm. Thanks for helping us find away thru this pandamic.

Well done once again. In the instruction section I requested that the fresh made flour Tortilla be warm. And at my 3:30 pickup the tortillas in my bag were indeed warm! Very thankful for a conscientious picker. 🙂

If you have to have everything on your list you're still better off going inside. Not saying that they always miss something. Out of the dozens of times I've used this service, I'd say there have been 3 times where some items were forgotten, but it was never just one item. Still, it's a great and convenient service to use.

Excellent timing today! I parked in a pickup spot and I think maybe 2 minutes later, the order was in my vehicle. Nice friendly service too! Good job HEB+!

Curbside pickup is perfect every time!!!!! Easy, fast, efficient & friendly service!!!!! Had my dog with me today & he was barking. When the young lady (wish I would have gotten her name!) delivered my groceries, she brought my dog some bacon treats!!!! AWESOME!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I order on line and pick a time to pickup!! So simple, and keeps me with my health conditions to not have to get exposure to the COVID 19 VIRUS. I CALL INSIDE and just wait not long. I never leave my car, they unload it into my car and wearing a mask are always courteous!! Hooray HEB, ALWAYS THINKING OF OTHERS!!!!💥🎊🎉🤗

Sometimes items are missing that were never substituted or unavaialable....needs to learn how to not put jug of milk or tea sideways and under other groceries, had to clean my car out the other day because of this mistake.Learn how to pack groceries neatly and correctly in people’s vehicles and grab the correct items and all items available. Y’all are supposte to be helping and it’s not that great !

Still awesome service 👍 and of course taking all the appropriate steps to ensure contactless service. If you have any changes, you might wait a bit longer wait on phone than B.C. but still A++ service all the way.

Usually the main store I go to. The pre made salads are my go to for days I’m in a hurry and one costs less than fast food meal and depending one what size you get can last for more than one serving for me

I started deliver for favor but also do it for doordash favor does where the H-E-B curbside pickup in the ladies that come out of real nice to load the stuff up with the car now the non curbside stuff that I have to go shop for a letter the people that I do not know what I'm looking for when I don't like some for my own self is a real hard list for example see the picture

My wife and I used their curbside pickup only a couple of times. The only negatives are pricing and substitutions. Prices are much higher than Walmart and no substitutions available.

Convenient service... Fast and friendly... Wouldn't have picked some of the produce they delivered, but everyone is pushed back due to the Wuhan!
