GiGi got my sister’s pet in same day, last minute. This was HUGE because my sister lives an hour away & I live almost 3 hours away. You know how dogs have that 6th sense? Well, this dog, who usually barks, growls, and snips at EVERYONE, took to GiGi as if she’d know her. The place is very home-like, so this may have relaxed Benji. The cut was better than expected. Benji hadn’t been groomed in months because my sister had been sick. She had the matted dreadlocks going on and came out looking & feeling like a new dog. Will definitely go back & take my own fur baby next time!

GiGis wasable to get my baby in the day I called but I chose the next day. I’m impressed with the cut they gave him!! He was ready at the time I was told and their prices were really reasonable!

Had 2 schnauzers .The cut wasent rigth on the skirt . Basicly they just cut the back and the neck ..Had a bath given .. the next day they were oily again

I am so pleased with the service we received for our girl! We adopted this beauty, and she came really stinky with knotted hair (you’d think she had dreadlocks) it was bad, but they sure did fix her up. We’re so thankful and pleased with the price paid for haircut, bath, brushing, dip, and nail clipping!

Awesome groomer. I drive from WACO, TX to have my Maltese Paris groomed. We all lovehow well and gently our pet is treated. Paris can't wait to get in the door at Gi-Gi's and she looks like a show dog when she leaves. GIGI is the best groomer in central Texas.

I ordered a chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. The chicken fried steaks breading was way too heavy and thick. It was terrible..the mashed potatoes were too sweet. The wine was good! I had one glass a d it was enough to last the evening.

I use Gigis often to wash and groom my dog Stella. They always do a very good job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their dog well taken care of.

I guess this is what happens when you try to support local businesses in Victoria. The final charge was FAR higher than I’ve ever paid to have my dog bathed, and that’s been in numerous cities in Texas. They clipped her nails, which I did not ask for and did not want (my dog generally hates it, and squirms, whimpers, etc.). They also seemed to have no recollection as to whether or not I had wanted to have my dog shaved. They also sprayed her with some sort of dog fragrance, which I never wanted. I told them when I brought in the dog shampoo and conditioner that she had sensitive skin, among other allergies. At first, they tried to behave as though I had never brought in her own dog shampoo and conditioner. That leaves me with other questions, like did they even use the shampoo and conditioner I brought in? Perhaps the worst part was that they had no signs for pricing anywhere in their operation (although they have a sign very clearly showing what they will not be held responsible for). And they refused to show me anywhere on their books where they would normally charge as much as they charged me for a bath. In other words, they were entirely unprofessional, if not straight-up shady. I would recommend doing anything you have to in order to avoid these people!

Took less than 10min from time of arrival to being seen and have my dog's nails trimmed. It was his 1st time having them clipped and his 1st time at the groomers and he did very well. The gentleman that helped me was very polite..I have no complaints. Will definitely use this location again! $5nail trim

Yesterday I went to pick up my dog from her day at the spa, and the groomer said she had forgotten about her! Since my dog was the first one there that morning, she put her in a front room, and didn’t remember until almost 5 o’clock! So she did groom her really quick! But that had to be an awful experience for my dog!! No water or nothing 😞

Gigi's takes of both schnauzer angels we have. They are fast and such a great job. They charge half of what petsmart charges. We are very happy with this groomer salon.

I told them how I wanted my yorkie cut. I picked him up and they cut all his hair off all his hair to 1/2 inch all over. I was very upset. Will never go back. !!
