Carlos is very helpful. I love the dog food that has glucosamine. Our Great Dane mix went from being an old man to a pup again at 7 years old. Our pit mix is allergic to everything and seems to do well on this dog food.

Poor service and employee very rude and snarky. I drove over a hundred miles because they were highly recommended to me. I went and paid for my feed, C loaded it I left got home and it was wrong feed. I called he was apologetic at time but when I took it back he was very short and rude. I asked him to cut me a break on another bag since it’s cost me over $100 in diesel to fix his mistake and his response was “I’m human”! I sure hope this feed that essientally cost me $200 works for what I paid for it!
