I use the grocery pick-up service once or twice a week and I can't say enough good things about the workers that bring the groceries out to my car and load them. All of them are professional and very nice. Great customer service! The inside of the store is usually clean and I think there's a decent stock for Vernon.

Usually our favorite Walmart to shop at since we moved to Tillman county but last time we were in we were followed around the garden center by some male employee. Like we were being watched for stealing. My husband is African American which is why I felt they were watching which is very unacceptable! When we were ready to check out at the garden center the same guy checked us out at the register and wasn't very nice at all to us. I was very disappointed and upset.

Saw an item online listed on sale for 65$ off. Went to the store and got the item and at checkout it scanned at the original price. When I asked if they would price match the online price he told me no and that I would have to order the item online and pick it up. But that I wouldnt be able to pick it up until the next day.

There's a lady who works night shift who was indecent. The card system went down and they couldn't seem to tell me when it would be back up. They don't know how to answer the phone and the overall customer service is just really bad.

This is directly for the Auto Center. They told me I needed to have 2 tires replaced. Gave me no other options and didn't attempt to contact another store to see if there were tires available that day. Rather they let me leave and fortunately I wasn't on the highway and one of the bad tires did in fact sheer and went flat. Luckily I was not in a wreck due to negligence from a service provider.

Wal-Mart stuff is getting cheaper and cheaper and I don't mean money wise there products suck I've bought 2 fans at 50$ a pice and both have lost half there power on the speed that they spin hought a 300$ A/C that's doing the same thing

Always low prices, but lately them prices been raising. They had a decent amount of produce and fruits, meat dept was stocked, they did a good job overall. Store is really clean and lots of self checkout, one of the associates helped me with checking out some items.

Bought a pair of headphones that where chewed up by an animal or something, I went to exchange them for the same headphones and they said it was not possible for them to end up on their floor like that... they wouldn't even take them to throw them away for me since they where trashed... honestly disappointed and will never purchase my electronics from this Walmart ever again.... 0/10

This is a small Supercenter, but we drive 40 min to go to it instead of our local one. Food seems fresher and no significant issues with items being out of stock. They also have a better variety than our bigger store. Lines move quick and it's almost never busy. Obviously a well run Walmart which is refreshing. The clearance isle is also good here.

I have many friends that have worked here, and everyone I know shops here. I've never had a bad experience the staff is normally welcoming and helpful whenever you need them they will always help you find stuff!!

Just like any other Walmart. Broad selection, reasonable prices, relatively easier to get in and out. Staff are a grab bag...some have alot of gratitude, some don't, and it all shows in their behavior. I don't judge the large scale businesses in these particular instances because it's inevitable to have a few who are just there to collect a paycheck and would really rather you just leave them alone. In this particular instance, one person was friendly and helped me find something, and, as I was checking out, the cashier could barely be bothered to acknowledge my presence.2/14 update. Was trying to get help in the electronics dept. A female associate was busy helping another customer at the time so I patiently waited. After about 5min she looked up at me to see what I needed. She called out over her radio for assistance, and figuring someone would come help while she was still busy with that other customer. I waited by the product I wanted for about 10min with no one showing up. Looking around some I saw that first associate standing around talking to a co-worker not helping anyone. She looked at me and then turned away and walked off. After another 5 minutes I finally tracked down another associate and was finally able to get what I wanted. I spent about $600 in there today. Maybe I need to take my business elsewhere.

I despise Wal-Mart.Their business model destroyed so many unique local businesses in our country.I've gotta be desperate to even set foot in one of these gathering places of our lowest common denominators.Needed a power inverter on a road trip.(Converts 12v DC to 110v AC.)Truck stop was sold out.Reluctantly went to WalMart across the street.Looked at a couple areas of auto accessories that seemed to be the logical location.Found someone trying to look busy there that vaguely pointed toward other aisles.Another associate took me to the "car guys" who seemed confused, then pointed me back toward the other aisles.I've now spoken to four different people who all gave up rather easily.I checked another area (electonics) & quickly found what I needed.I would have saved 15 minutes of trying to communicate with adults working in the store that had what I needed if I had just not asked for help.That is a sad state of affairs.

I was just passing through, and needed gas, and food. This is the first Walmart I have been in where the restrooms was all but hidden. I got all my business done very quickly, and was back on the road in no time. If they could only change the signs back to real large again, I would have stopped at more Walmarts. The new signs are so small now, I drove right past a lot of stores before seeing them.

Prices are way over priced compared to other Walmarts. Makes it hard for locals to shop local when they run the prices up. Items aren’t in stock, or aren’t available. Other than that the store is clean and most of the associates are friendly.

Technically truckers are not supposed to park here. I park for 45 minutes to shop for food. The store is clean and well stocked.
