It was good. Been there several times the past couple days. Friendly folks. The folks at the "contractors corner" should learn how to cut their personal conversations short and ask if the customer standing at the counter staring at all of them if they need help before finishing their conversations. But overall a good experience as always, and everyone is normally helpful.

Visited twice today. No greeting at the door on both occasions. Front desk person on their phone both times. Check out pretty much the same. No thank you, no have a nice day. Pointed it out about the customer service, got sarcasm. I like shopping at locally owned businesses, mainly because of the customer service. They just seem to appreciate your business more. Used to be like that here. That seems to be missing now. If I want to be ignored while spending my money, I can go to lowes or Home Depot. Just saying. They did have exactly what I needed. So that's good.

A bit higher in price than the big chains but for a small town hardware store the can't be beat. And it beats driving 15 miles down the road just to save a few cents. The Customer service is always great and the staff is very healthful and goes out of their way to help you.

Great hardware store / lumber yard combination in a small town. Just like the real lumber yards from long ago and not a big box type that is serve yourself. I was greeted at the door as I entered and I was directed to the area I was looking for by a friendly sales clerk. I found what I needed quickly at a good price. I will definetly shop here more often.
