Nice store, plenty of options available. Older gentleman working the cashier asked me if I had a reward number, I told him no, he immediately proceeded to create an account even though I wasn't asked if I'd be interested or if I was in a hurry, which I was.... never going there again.

The rep i delt with did more than a store employee normally dose to try and solve my problems. When the store didn't have what I needed either quantity or just product they tried their resources to help me out. If I need more while in the area they will be my first choice. Very very helpful.

Worst ace I've ever been to today no hello nothing I went up and down every isle to find a wax ring and not one employee asked me if I would like help they all just stayed at the register gossiping not such a helpful place not in the aces name shame on you

They were short handed today, however the employees were super nice, attentive, and eager to help. I was able to still get in and out with all I needed fast. They even tried to assist loading my car. You won't find that in the big cities. AAA service.

Good selection. They have repriced the store. When they first opened they were on the A price list for the Ace chain which is the highest Ace uses. They have since gotten a clue and done better. A really nice selection of hardware and furnace filters. Plumbing needs and a few specialty plumbing items. The isles feel cramped but are uncluttered. The store was clean and dusted. Worth the stop and shop.

AWESOME SERVICE! was very surprised first of all to be asked if we needed help (goes along ways these days especially for big businesses) but also because the dude was able to show us some odd ball parts we were long for and did it without a blink.

It's quite nice hardware store. They have lots of stuff that you need. We are happy that we have one in town so we don't have to drive off for 50 miles away. A bit expensive but still good to have it.

Pretty good selection, usually find what we need. Ace just usually tends to be more expensive than other hardware stores. Wish they were open past 7pm or on Sundays.
