If I could less than 1 star, I would. This store is absolutely ridiculous. I went in to grab some picante and look to see if there was anything I could get for my grandson's birthday. I couldn't even get down the toy isle because is jammed full of rolltainers & I could barely squeeze through the party isle for the same reason. Shameful.

Terrible dollar general. The manager was extremely rude to the very friendly employee at the check out. The bathroom was awful. You have to pull a string to flush the toilet because it needed maintenance and there was no hand soap. The aisles are completely blocked by stock carts. The products on the shelves were very low stock. Awful dollar general. Needs new management.

I went in this store looking for zip ties to help hold my bumper on after an accident so I could get my car home. There was a Spanish man working the register. Super friendly. Super helpful and I just wanted to say his customer service was awesome. I miss seeing people like this is in the work place.

It was good! Customer service is friendly and helpful. Thanks for hiring quality-friendly people do appreciate it. Today March 2, 2023, I bought a pkg. of cookies and a red coke, I didn't get my receipt because there were many just hanging from the machine so I decided to just leave and to my surprise, I was charged $19.11 So I smell a skunk they have dishonest people runningthe cashiers they were nowhere to even ask anythingwho knows where they were. not attending customers that's for sure I'll never go there again. And I'm telling my whole family not to go there cause they rip you off.

Woman who claimed to be the Manager was visibly annoyed when i asked for a price check on a clearance item, then told me at the checkout line as i paid for my items “take your kids with you” in a rude manner. not only was i shocked, but the other customers behind me were also shocked by how rude she was. My kids were not in the slightest misbehaving in the store and i shop here regularly and if this is management i will notlonger be a customer here. 7-1-22 @ 6:40 pm.

Dirty, unorganized and the employees don't seem to care. I just left because they were just standing there talking while there was 5 people waiting in line and only 1 lane open per usual. I put my stuff down and left because they have no hustle and I am sure it's a fire hazard to not be able to move around the Isles without a huge cart full of stuff that needs to be stocked.

I went in to buy some ice and a couple drinks. I was surprised that they had Cherry Bai. I was also surprised at the wide variety of items they had in this store. I shared with my family and I am sure they will visit it soon.

To many freight carts on the floor. You have to maneuver through the isles and you can't get to half the shelves to shop. I try to avoid Dollar General as much as possible.

Your typical in and out store. Selection was ample. Of course inventory still on some carts but like most places now staff is low. Staff was kind at this location.

This is one of my favorites , the manager & cashiers work very hard in this store when they have time , friendly people working the registers . Dollar generals in general need to be bigger or have bigger stock rooms though !!

If I could give no starts I would. Worst experience with the assistant manager named Megan she is extremely rude and kept going outside talking on her phone. Don’t do business with the store they treat the employees like dirt.

They have what you need in a pinch if you know what you're looking for. Service is friendly but can be pretty slow. Always seems like they are understaffed, on every shift.

The only dollar general I go to. The best one for the Joshua area. I live around the corner from the one on 917 and I refuse to go in this store, I drive all the way in town to the one on 174 to avoid the location close to my house....

I've never seen a Dollar General in such a mess! Alot of the shelves were in disarray, think I'll just drive a little bit further and shop at the Dollar General in Alvarado

Horrible customer service. Lady at the register told a customer with children not to forget her kids on the way out(very rudely) it actually caught my attention. I am baffled this how management and employees act here.
