I pay $700 for diesel, Almost 20$ for shower and what I see? Dirtiest shower ever. Looks like they did not clean it. Just put new towels and go. No soap. dust everywhere. dirty walls. dirty mirror. things not removed from the floor. look at the fan. It was shower #5 03/25/2024 morning. It looks like the manager just gets paid and has no intention of working

They have spoiled and past expiry date food on their shelves. I had bought a fruit cup and a hummus - the fruit cup turned out to be spoiled and smelled terrible. The hummus was past expiry date. The girl at the counter insisted that the fruit cup was good despite the smell. They ultimately did take the items back and refunded, but showed no interest in taking the other spoiled items off the shelf.

Excellent! We’re driving from Napa Valley, CA to Dallas, TX and have had to stop many times. This is THE BEST place of all of them! It’s cold outside and they offered fresh hot soup and the potato soup hit the spot! All the cooked food looked very fresh. Everything, including the restroom was CLEAN and well maintained. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. Kudos to the manager and hard working employees there! 🤠

It's apparent they got a new manager since the last time I was in here! First the store is dirty af, the outside and inside!! Then once you go inside there is the screaming, you can't understand music, very loud over the intercom speakers. I was very disappointed tonight. When I asked about the garbage spewing out of the speakers, he said that's what my manager likes. I responded with apparently he forgot he was in Texas! Very disappointed 😞

Store was overall dirty, drink station was pretty bad: trash, spills, empty frozen drink containers, one broken coffee machine and the other one had all the names wrong. Indifferent staff, just poor housekeeping and customer service overall.

Great Pilot to stop at for RVs. They have an auto entrance, truck entrance, and an RV entrance! They have two pull through pumping stations just for RVs. This includes a close entrance to the gas station itself, a grassy area to walk doggos, water, air, windshield washing, and pay-to-dump station.I wish all the travel stations were set up this nicely for RVs as well!!!

*UPDATE* 8/14/2021 It's so much better than my last visit, everything was clean, well stocked, the food was fresh & friendly employees. Great job management 🙌 This morning I'll add 2 more stars while updating this review.It's usually always a mess here, parking is a mess, bathrooms are a mess, floors, are a mess, counters are a mess, just a messy place.

Horrible experience some workers just standing around when there’s a lot of people waiting in line for a shower no one can go back and get showers ready for truckers if you guys know you guys are backed up for showers why charge people been waiting for over an hour to find out worker didn’t come in or had to go home!!!!!!! Might as well refund everyone waiting over and hour bad customer service!!!!!!! If I could I would put 0 star’s bathrooms are filthy!!!!

They lead by example, other store managers need to come check this store out, so they can get there's together. Restrooms could use a cleaning. They seemed quite dirty. But it is a nice place to stop on long travels. Pilot is always good. Cheap gas prices. But, I mean, it is in Texas so I feel like that’s not a fair assessment. Plenty of fuel pumps, not overcrowded like you see a lot of places. Overall, you should stop here vs other places on the way to Amarillo.

The store is a NASTY place the new GM is a terrible GM too much of a people pleasier not worried about the store just the poor little pregnant girl or making sure people like her not putting her foot down ever here is some examples all the trashes was full no seat covers look on the toilet seat....and allows her employees to go smoke weed on their breaks...over all I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPING HERE IN VEGA go to Allsups across the street.

Drove by on a roadtrip back in the summer of 2023. Great little place to stretch the legs, get gas, use the facilities, and most importantly get some food. Big Texas sized portions of food inside, and they were delicious.

The store at 6am is dirty and not a drop of coffee. I've not seen such piss poor cleanliness. No care that there is no coffee.... when I approached staff about it, they shrugged and only went to fix it when I threatened to report it. Sarcastically the lady says "tell". Look at the pictures and imagine the coffee machines are empty.

Pretty clean inside nice driver's Lounge. Has beer. Large seating area and PJ fresh food inside. Not a bad flying j. I have seen a Lot worse.

I put a hundred gallons of diesel in my truck here and I wanted to get some free hot water, but the staff deliberately broke the hot water faucets on both coffee machines. What a shame. Will not come here again.

I drove up to this pilot this morning at 2 am looking to park at a reserved parking spot,I noticed a car (4 wheeler) taking up one of the reserved parking spots. I walked up to the driver and politely asked him if he can move his car so that i can back into that same spot,he said “there’s plenty of spots available” walked up to fuel desk and they said he was allowed to park there, that manager was ok with it. Turns out that the driver of this car was a employee of pilot. Meanwhile there was a few trucks driving around the parking lot looking for parking. Its not fair that us truck drivers have to put up with 4 wheelers on the road all day long and now this? Smh. And the showers were garbage! Btw

New but limited parking. Prime parking is $16-absurd, the highest at any pilot between LA and Boston Ive been to. Food is decent if you buy it as soon asthey put it out. Showers are ok. Only thing is I got towels that looked like the ones I use to wipe my truck with.

This message is to general manager or to supervisor of this travel center.I went to this track stop to fuel after I finished fueling on very first pump then pulled forward while I was looking for my wallet to go inside grab fuel receipt with some snacks this little employee jumped to my step walk and knocked very hard on my window I got made and rolled window down to check on him then ask me to don’t stop move the truck even the truck behind didn’t set his brakes yet all this was because he has drive around with his little golf car to collect the trash just because of doing his job easier asking a truck to move first ever been in argue with pilots employee .Because of him I had to give this 1 star review thanks

Not a very clean store. The showers rooms are very hot. Not much air coming out out air-conditioning vents. Exhaust fans not working or not turned on. Not much air coming from fan in shower room due to it being extremely dusty.

Plenty of parking. Nice remodeled interior with greatest coffee and a sit down area to enjoy some of the things you buy. Free WIFI which is very useful. Great access location off the freeway. Simply a great place to stop in your travels.

Good truck stop. Grill items were not on so was sad to not get a snack to keep me going, i arrived around 4 am, and the wendys was not open yet. clean store. Bathroom was clean. they have some good deals on non-hot snacks. use the pilot/flying j app for coupons and increased discounts. good store. no complaints, but no praises either.

I used the pilots when I was trucking and most are pretty good. However this is the second pilot I’ve stopped at that their air pump does NOT work. I tried both coins and cards.

Not yet shown on the satellite map, but it's there and pretty easily accessible. Clean store and friendly folk as you would expect from a Pilot Travel Center.Only problem I had was the DEF hose was too short to reach my tank since the idiots at Kenworth put it on the wrong side of my daycab truck. So if you have a wrong side DEF tank get close and maybe it'll reach.
