Left my keys inside running truck at the diesel pump island and I asked cashier to see if someone could explain how to use the kit opener they sell but instead I was helped by Gary and Nathan. They knew what they were doing and less than 20 minutes they unlocked my door, didn’t have to buy the tool kit and was sent on my way with grace. Beautiful humans Gary and Nathan. May they have happy shifts and good health. Cashier was a sweetheart too she initially tried to get me a hanger. I have been there a couple of times and always treated well and premises kept well.

Less than stellar in the cleanliness department.Mostly though the whole vibe , it’s lacking in any kind of real meaningful way to say “buy here relax here”.No place to sit after buying a coffee or breakfast burrito unless of course you go into another business like Arby’s .Also while you’re getting your 18.00 shower, you won’t be able to knock out a load of laundry at the same time….NO on site Laundry!!!Oh they will tell you that they have a intrest in the nearby hotel . You’re welcome to go there to second story and do your laundry.How convenient! Take your 18.00 plus show and put your old clothes on take your breakfast burrito and beat it !With Love ❤️ Only at Loves 👍😜

Shout out to Jorie for great customer service. I had questions about Loves Rewards, she was super knowledgeable and helpful. Was going to use my credit card for a $4 purchase, she suggested checking my balance on my Rewards card, I had enough. I didn’t even think about using my Rewards. Great experience! Thank you!

Pretty nice location overall. But their showers aren't set up the best. There's nowhere to put your shampoo or body wash unless you're at least 5'9" then you can put it on top of the shower assembly. And they put a useless assistance bar under the shower that is 80% blocked by the shower assembly itself. The bar on the right side is a little loose so if you're handicapped, I wouldn't trust it . Also, the person cleaning the showers tried to come in while I was getting dressed . Their system is capable of telling them when someone has exited the shower (or opened the door after a set period of time). They're either choosing to not use it or have it configured wrong . So make sure to use your privacy latch at this location!

Why is the music at the pumps and inside so freakin’ loud? Even in the bathrooms! You can’t escape the blaring Christmas songs. Then they call numbers on the loud speaker even louder. Avoid this place and head to the Pilot across the street instead. The gas is the same price there.

The other Love’s across the street was full, but quite a few spots here. Fueled and parked for the night. The parking lot was even pretty clean. Store was clean and plenty of associates working. Next morning, grabbed a shower. Let me tell you, it was one of the nicest, cleanest showers I have ever seen. Rain head in the shower. Even behind the door was clean. Excellent work! Will definitely stop here again. Plenty of food options across the road if you don’t want the standard truck stop fare as well.

pulled in to fuel up. inserted credit card immediately got an alert from discover that we had a $175 hold on our card. We pumped $36 worth of gas. called discover, they said its the merchant that does this, not them. the hold is for 10 days, so they have our money and will make interest on my money. until they credit it back. this should be against the law. We used Loves for fuel from TX to AZ on many trips and never had this happen. We will Never duel up at the Loves in Van again! They said if we prepay inside that won't happen. No sinage on the pumps that says this.

pulled in and fueled up...got a coffee hit the road and started East.A few minutes East down the road come across the Pilot. 26cents Per gallon cheaper. Really loves travel stop...??I could understand a little bit 3, 4, 5, 10 cents maybe even 15 cents per gallon more....but 26 cents more per gallon.Yeah I think that'll be my last stop at loves....Forever

I visit Love's mostly for Arby's, but sometimes I'm here for Chester's Chicken, or Godfather's Pizza, or Carl's Jr at the East location here. Sometimes I even drop in just for the hot dog grill! Love's isn't just for gasoline; it's a good place for a bite to eat too, even if you're local.

0/10 ⭐️Love’s has signs about coin shortages and using the exact change. But when you try to exchange change they say they can’t exchange change anymore. PLUS This one has a coin counter.

Nice clean love friendly staff but if you’re gonna come and fuel here at the diesel getting ready to wait for like an hour just to get fuel because truck driver here sleep at the pump every time
