Place is impeccably clean. Staff was super friendly. Showers were CLEAN and AMAZING!! DON’T pass this exit and go to the travel center 6 miles down the road (west). Trust me. Light years better especially for automotive roadtripping. This one is the one on the top of hill.

Great service and low prices on quick bites to eat. There are two Love's right across the street from one another. The one we went to has a Carl's Jr burger place inside and I saw the other one across the street had Arby's. The rest rooms were clean, but busy!!! But everyone was joyful as they danced waiting for their turn! The cashier was a very nice young man who handled the rush of customers GREAT! He smiled and was very polite to everyone and got everyone in and out super fast! Great customer service!I also saw that they have showers for truckers or travellers which is very nice. Great place to stop and refuel your vehicle and your belly! :)

Super clean bathrooms & store. Good/large variety of snacks, food, drinks. Gas is usually reasonably priced. Staff are always nice & helpful. 👌

This one is on the left when coming on the Interstate. Has tight and small amount of parking. But the employees make up for any downfalls. So friendly and smiled when they waited on you. Clean showers but need some updating and fix the fuel bay area. Offers the wonderful Carl Jrs. Um. 6-9-18

One of the nicest Loves, plenty of parking on the Auto side and more dining options than just Subway for a change. Also if you are lucky, there is one outlet by the dog park to plug in your 30A rv plug and sleep like a king in hot and humid Texas with AC and w/o the noise of a generator. (yes the fuel price in the picture is what we used to pay in 2022 during the Brandon era)

Pretty standard Loves with everything you'd expect from a truck stop. The gas prices were cheap which is generally why you'd stop. The interior nice and the restrooms are clean. There is a Loves across the street from this one which can be confusing if you're unsure why two pop up on Maps. Either way, can't really go wrong with Loves no matter which you end up at.

Showed up at shop at 10 am , said they could get to my trailer tire right away! Great, the guy patching my slow leak on outside tire was in no hurry, simple job and most places do it in 30 minutes or so, this guy takes two hours for simple job! Help is hard to find I guess.10/04/21 10 am

There are actually (2) Love's at this exit540 off 20. 1. Has a Arby's the other has a Hardee's. Got my fuel at the local that has the Hardee's restaurant.I Love my Love's but getting tried of eating the same thing. Next to this location is a small BBQ restaurant Great food!! the smell took me right in. Soulman BBQ I believe is the name. 1st time wont be my last.So drives next time your in Van TX stop in and try the Spicy Potatoes off the chain it's worth taken a 30 minute break. Remember always be safe. We move the World!

Let me first clarify that there are 2 Love's truckstops across the street from each other.This review is for the older Loves that has the Carl's Jr restaurant in it. That being said the staff are some good people for the most part and service is average.The bad parts make an extensive list, from the fact there is a way a cop sitting around this intersection for whatever reason.The parking lot and drive paths need major repairs.Bathrooms are disgusting and the showers need to be gutted and redone from scratch as there is no saving them. I could give you paragraphs why.I will be moving my truck across the street to check out the newer one later today.

Conducting a 34hr Reset here @ the Loves running my Commerce, GA - Midland, TX Load. Yesterday (Oct 23rd), shldve made a Fellow Trucker famous on BoneHeadTruckers for parking @ the Diesel Pumps while sitting down and eating @ Arby's .. There was PLENTY of Available Truck Parking .. 100% Laziness with No Regard for Common Courtesy & Common Sense! DON'T HAVE A GOOD DAY .. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

Their tire services is an absolute joke; obviously their so called "technicians " are some of the most incompetent people in the industry and in my opinion I'm being very generous. As a professional driver bounded by the hours of service using Love's is gonna be an obstacle that is gonna cost you several hours of the precious time we are allowed to fulfill our duties.

East side of Exit... Great store that has been here for 27 years... Top Stop on I-20... However, I normally go to the other Love's across the street... Its just newer and NOT so old..... Still a great stop....

One of the smaller truck parking lots of Love's,just good for quick stop get something to eat and gas.Clean store and surrounding, friendly people,have u seen the NASTY MAN ?, man that leaves his urine bottle on the parking lots or gallon of urine against the curbside😣IT'S HIM THE NASTY MAN!!!!

Had a flat tire. And pulled over at the loves gas station. There was this really cool older white man. I Wanna say his name is Craig. And if it's not. I'm so sorry. But he drives a white pick up truck. And he went over and beyond to help me and my husband.. on top of doing HIS JOB!! His wife's works there also somewhere. I only mention that because if I got his name wrong. U could have a idea of whom I'm referring too. He was just a big blessing to have going through that tough time. I just wanna say thank u sir. Wish there were more people like that man.. much appreciated.

Horrible management, as I was taking a shower a woman banged on my door screaming that I had to ve my truck if not it would get towed…. I told her I was in a parking spot and she continued to threaten me with towing it. Once I get out of the shower I confront her and asked her if it was an mis understanding and she still didn’t accept she was wrong.

Be very weary of what you purchase here. They don't like to replace it refund even with a receipt as well as be rude over it. Older lady lied when I asked to speak to someone else claiming she was the only one there but didn't hesitate to run inti the fuel desk office to tell the other lady not to replace my item.

This review is mainly for the shop. They checked me in for a PM and said they would call me in about two hours. Two hours later they had me in a bay and about an hour later they were done. They guys working on the truck double checked there work so that was good. The guy that did the paperwork clearly didn’t want to be there. The shower was not clean and would be the worst I have experience at Love’s. Drivers please note you need to follow up with them even when it is a road call. It has been my experience they have trouble passing work orders along to the next shift.

Nice Clean Showers. But the inside is pretty much the same as any other love's. only downside is the parking situation. I feel like store #287 should expand on the parking for this one. Even though there is another Love's across the street i still feel like they should add onto the parking and would be a nice touch.

pulled in to fuel up. inserted credit card immediately got an alert from discover that we had a $175 hold on our card. We pumped $36 worth of gas. called discover, they said its the merchant that does this, not them. the hold is for 10 days, so they have our money and will make interest on my money. until they credit it back. this should be against the law. We used Loves for fuel from TX to AZ on many trips and never had this happen. We will Never duel up at the Loves in Van again! They said if we prepay inside that won't happen. No sinage on the pumps that says they will put hold on your cards.

We were on our way to the ranch it was emergency pit stop. Rest room were very clean. I was exercising my 2amendment was open carry was friendly greeted by the staff. Been here before knew it location. Sell food n hot coffee etc

Arrived here for service on my truck checked in. Pretty busy shop under staffed but getting the job done. Brakes adjusted, greased, and drive tire replacement but not having the correct tire. Not their fault. Thanks guys for an outstanding service! The only reason for 4 star rating, is because the wifi service is shotty. Oh well nothing is perfect!
