Love's win again! A great gas station and shop. Very clean. Very organized. Gas prices are pretty good. Take a look at these pictures. This store offers everything. I could not believe the the sandwich section. Bathrooms were very clean.

This dog park was not clean. Poop everywhere. The park does not have grass just rocks. Bad odor everywhere. Obviously I guess it does the job but I don’t recommend. You can tell no one keeps up with this dog park. Trash was full and gross.

Today, we traveled from San Antonio toward California. We made a stop at Love's in Fort Stockton, TX, for gasoline and a quick bite to eat. We ordered two sandwiches and one waffle fries. Our number "7" was called, we were given a bag of food, but I noticed that the fries were regular fries and not the waffle fries we ordered.We let our server know, and she corrected the error by adding waffle fries to our bag.We left store #542, got in our vehicle, and got back on I 10.Reaching into the bag to get our lunches, we found only one sandwich, not the two we ordered and paid for. So, we turned around and returned to the store to be told that we had taken the wrong bag! We had specifically asked if this was order #7. How could this error be our fault.It is now 30 minutes since we paid for the order, so I asked for new fries and sandwiches.Nobody had apologized for the error or for wasting our time, so we asked to speak with the manager. She was standing behind but was silent. We expected an apology but, instead we were given an explanation of how it happened and a plea to not be too upset with the original person who took the order as she had created two #7 orders and we got the wrong one.The server who gave us the wrong order and told us we took the wrong order was the team trainer, Damaris Galvan. (That was insult to injury)Moral of the story is to check your order carefully.

This Love's is a little on the small side, but the people working were friendly and helpful. If you're a truck driver, you need to get here early because it fills up quick. However, there is a dirt lot right across the street that you could use. The views are the best part of this location!

So after my good experience with the Love's in Ft Stockton, I ended up having a flat tire and had to stop at this location in Van Horn. This location was so customer friendly I was quite impressed! The tech, Nick, is wonderful. The company should definitely celebrate him as an asset. Nick worked with me and even taught me how to back up my truck and trailer! He never made me feel self conscious at all, in fact when I revealed that I was self conscious about my ignorance inre backing up he had a nice antidote that eased my embarrassment. He had an amazing way of completing work for all his customers at once and kept it straight!I saw the workers all looked pleasant as if they are happy to be at work. Best customer service is in this shop!

Something is going on in this town, something fishy with propane. I bought exchange tanks when I first drove into VanHorn about October. Then I go back to have them filled in February and March, there expired tanks. The exchange is selling near expired tanks on an exchange. Now it's my responsibility to pay and have them certificate again. There already charge for the exchange tanks are not filled all the way due to expansion and contractions.This is wrong. There's no honest way to rip people off. Yet business in this country seems to think there is.

The fueling and parking is annoying because it's tight. It's a hassle when crowded but manageable if patient and people do what they need to do.Now the repairs, that's different. Personally, I dropped my trailer in order to bobtail. It's extremely tight so I made that sacrifice. I don't know what they make you do if the trailer needs maintenance, but I'll say this. They work and they break down what needs to be done in repairs. If they can work on it, they will. Otherwise, of course they're limited. Even if the tech is capable of repairs, business is business and Loves has to protect themselves and their reputation to not do extreme repairs. It's understandable.

Small parking lot. But there is parking cross the street in the gravel. So depends what time you get here. It’s only 4 showers so get ready to wait! Only 5 pumps for diesel. They have a subway. Quick service

So impressed by the Love’s customer service today! Our cars battery died at the pump. Without asking, they brought us out water and helped us jump the vehicle. The car wouldn’t jump, but they called to get us a battery and installed it for us for free! Simon, Liam and Tony really made our day with their incredible customer service. We are life long Love’s customers after today!

Lots crammed inside. Very convenient off and back onto the freeway if heading westbound. Subway help was very slow though. Bathrooms a bit messy too.

Stopped by to fill up the tank with gas. This Loves always has customers. The windshield washing solution was full and clean. The restroom was ok. It has an attached Subway Sandwich shop. This Loves has been here for many years but it has been updated.

I went to subway at night on 12/1/23 I was standing there for 10 minutes every one ignore me the employee inside the kitchen the manager another employee as well. these white guys acted very racist with me. Don't go there

I think this has to be the worst Love's I've ever been in and we travel the country for a living. The fountain drink and coffee machines looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months! The people are friendly, but it's still hard to get past how dirty the place is.

Incredible experience at Love’s while drive across southern Texas. Car battery died at the pump. Simon, Liam and Tony came out and gave great customer service! They tried to jump us. After the jump didn’t take they called the auto store, found us a battery and installed it for us. All free of charge! The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. After today, we will always stop at Love’s!

The road work around the store is horrible and caused a lot of back up and congestion on the service road. Thank God for the guy in the cowboy hat directing traffic, getting all the trucks out of the way. The Subway at this location was fabulous, my "sandwich artist" made me the best looking sub sandwich I've ever had and her attitude put a smile on my face...

THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD.I waited more than 1 hour to be able to take a shower as they take too long to clean the bathrooms. Today, November 25, 2020, they closed early due to electricity problems and the worker spoke to me in a very bad way. And the parking lot is too small, I have already come 4 times and I have never been able to park my truck within the perimeter, I have had to park on the other side of the street. Without to mention the dust storms

Decently clean bathrooms, a bit disorganized at the cashier, no clear lines, but the best part is this location is the dog park. I had never seen this at a gas station, it was nice that they make some space for our furry ones.

First off I love that you have dog parks, especially in the desert area. I wish it was grass. I know it’s maintenance, but would draw more people if it was well attended. Also trash overflowing and not taken care of. I would give five stars, but the bathrooms need help! New faucets will take care of a major part of the problem.

Horrible customer service. Didn't scan my app and the clerk knows it. I didn't get the discount and the manager said she can't do anything. The previous store did but that was my fault and they voided it and re-stung the transaction. The manager wasn't any better. The clerk was arguing with me that I did get the discount. She was dumb and she threw a tizzy fit when I told her she was wrong . In front of the customers called the manager and slammed the phone. Rolled her eyes at. I have all the proof. Don't come to this Loves. One down the road about an hour.

Rudest night shifters ever. Went in after spending 750 at the fuel pumps to buy some energy drinks for me and the wife, and was told that I was part of the problem with society because I bought 5 energy drinks. Then was told that it's like smoking, one more won't add any weight to me. This store needs some serious professionalism training. The 2 guys that were working seriously need some discipline.

Avoid this location. The workers here are the rudest I've had the displeasure of interacting with. Even has the correction officers from the local jail working extra hours here threatening to shoot people. Worst place ever.
