Horrible service. even if you mobile order, they make you wait ten minutes in the parking lot for your order. They regularly forget items, do not just take what they hand you at this location. It is clearly not run well. The kids running the counter are poorly trained and the older adults working their are VERY elderly & unable to right the ship. Don’t go here.

Do not order from the mobile app at this location. No matter what you order or when you tell them you’re here on the app, you will be asked to wait. Big Mac and fries? 10 minutes. Number 5 and nuggets? 10 minutes. 1 large Coke? 10 minutes. I’m waiting now after I told the app I was here even though I was 15 minutes away. It’s already been 10 minutes. There’s been 6 cars full of people that have come and gone already. I will never come to this location again.

Well now I know why this McDonalds is so terrible. The GM Jessica did not know that I knew Spanish when she started to speak in Spanish to the other employees. Let me explain. Last Sunday I waited 35 minutes for a mobile order outside after I had checked in. I finally gave up and went inside and told them to please just cancel the order. They told me ok and assured me I would not be charged for the order. Today being Wednesday I noticed that the charge had gone through so I reached out to the restaurant and asked for the General Manager. A woman named Jessica spoke with me told me she was the GM. I explained to her the situation and she told me she had seen the review. She said I cannot refund you the money, but I can give you some food totaling the amount that I had been charged as long as I brought the email with the amount. I told her I would and told her I would delete the review and move on from the experience. After work I went and met with Jessica at the McDonalds and provided her with the email. She then rung up some food for my kids totaling the amount I had been charge for the previous Sunday. HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD. Jessica was on her way out and turned to the other employees and said to them in Spanish…”make sure you make this order right and make sure you hand it to him in his hands. I want him to get the sour taste out his mouth that we cannot get our orders right here”. I look very white, but I am half white / half Mexican favoring more my white side, but I speak and write Spanish fluently. So to her surprise, I said in Spanish…Really get the sour taste out my mouth. I did not mess up the order the other morning. Yall did. But go ahead an keep the $32 and food. I do not need it that bad. I will just keep my sour taste and report this to corporate and I walked out. She was shocked when I started speaking Spanish to her, and before I left she tried to say she meant nothing by it, but truthfully she judged me by my skin color and assumed I did not know Spanish when she said what she said. The unprofessionalism was through the roof but now I understand why this McDonalds has so many issues. It starts and ends with management. Needless to say I will just stick to going to the McDonalds in Anna and will just dispute the charge on my credit card. You cannot make this up, but glad it happened. At least now I know better. Funny thing of all I even deleted the first review as I promised only to write another review now. Smh

So if you read below, got a meatless burger. That was 3 weeks ago. Reluctantly went back today. Same thing....one cheeseBURGER had no meat, and another CHEESEburger had no cheese! Went back thru drive thru and lady told me they would "rather slap meat on the one you have rather than make a new one." I declined. And, not a single person even said sorry. This is the standard of quality and service for the Oreillys owned stores. Ive been to seveeral over the years and almost always an issue. If we all stop going there, maybe we could actually get them to sort out these no-brainer problems and put some actual mgmt in place. Or, at a minimum, Corporate should be really concerned. Please stop going here and they will have to fix it. Im done. Oh, also, tried reporting this on Mcd corp site and conveniently got an error message when trying to submit.(3 weeks ago) Just got a cheeseburger....with no meat!!! Are you kidding me? This McD is known for horrible quality and service, but this is over the top!!! How do you not add a patty to the burger, put the top bun on, and wrap it up without seeing that. No mgmt, no quality focus...just get the food out the door and rake in the money. Im done and sharing with everyone I see. Needless to say, I wouldnt be this angry if it were the first miss. This is the 3rd in 3 visits. I think this is another Oreilly owned store, and this is their norm. Corporate needs to step into this.

When I'm shopping and the hunger bug comes around. I crave something small but delicious. The kids hamburger meal definitely hit the spot. Nobody else has French fries like McDonald's. Piping hot crisp with just the right amt of salt. Perfection. Of course you need a ice cold drink to quench your thirst. The hamburger well. It's so cute and tiny. The cute little bun and I know there's some meat in there. It's tiny too and the bonus you get one pickle slice. But I did say I only wanted something small. So all in all it was perfect.

I’ve had plenty of issues with this location but don’t have high expectations to begin with. But this is absolutely absurd.. All we ordered was a kids meal and got home to find the chicken nugget box full of COOKIES, no nuggets. You cannot make this up. Zero integrity.

Went through drive thru and the screen to see the menu was out. I told the worker I didn’t know what I wanted because I couldn’t see the menu and they advised me to drive back around and get in the other line. I just left because you should fix your sign so customers can see what you have. I had a friend say that menu has been broken for over a month.

It almost seems unfair to rate a fast food joint because you aren’t typically referring to the brightest employees or stellar management to begin with, but this location is extra bad.Went on the app. I wanted some cookies and a drink. App says no cookies. I order a McFlurry. I pull up to the completely burned in, unreadable drive through menu, gave my app order code and was immediately told there was no ice cream for the McFlurry. But that if I wanted cookies, they had those.Management doesn’t keep the app inventory updated. The quality of the facility is poor and broken down. And in spite of getting the cookies I’d originally wanted, the price difference couldn’t be refunded to me.A joke

Very nice cashier and the lobby was clean. I was actually at the location for its dog park. Spending time outside after returning a puppy to his mom after a week of me training the dog, got me thirsty. Of course the yummy muffins were right in front of me, so I had one of those too. So yummy!I'm glad I went inside, this stop started me off with a great mood!!

Drive thru was packed. One lane was closed. I was going to go to that lane before I knew it was blocked. Went around and just went inside to order. Felt like it took forever, but the mcrib is worth the wait. Lol

The food was normal for McDonald's. Nothing terrible. The bathrooms were clean. We stopped specifically after seeing the billboard for the dog park on our way to the beach. We figured the humans could eat and the dogs could stretch. There was a dead bird that had been there a while it seems. There was no poop bags even though there was a station for them, which is fine since most owners carry them with them. The yard was super small and wouldn't really be adequate for a large dog but for a few minutes to just get out off leash it's good. I haven't ever seen a restaurant with a dog park and it was nice. It did have quite a bit of standing water which felt impossible to keep my dog from drinking there is also no fresh water source like most dog parks offer. Over all it was sufficient for a quick stop.

This place needs to fire everyone in it and hire people that actually want to do the job they are paid for. I understand it's fast food but being asked to pull into another spot when noone is behind me because it messes with their timer was problem number one. Number 2, watching other vehicles get their order that came in and drive off while I'm still sitting there. Number 3 was I went inside to get my food myself and not one person came to the counter to talk to me. 3 people seen me but just kept on going. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get your food from drive thru fast food. Will never return here.
