Their store has moved and with that expanded to include almost anything you might want to need for home inside and outside. Excellent place to get answers as well as the parts for repairs. Each and every attendant seem to go out of there way to help find what I needed if asked. Also, they led me to a great small engine repair place out of town. Now, that's customer service!

My husband and I recently moved to Valley Mills. My husband was installing a water filtration on our home. He went to Ace twice because he forgot different parts. Eventually he realized we needed something completely different. He returned the bolts/adapters. When he arrived to return them the manager (I think his name is Brendan) was so rude. He threw the pieces on the counter, he implied that we hadn't purchased them there even though my husband had the receipt and was just there 3 hours before. We continued to be polite to where he just nodded and would make huffing and puffing sounds. I was so excited to move to Valley Mills but due to this customer service we visit the Ace in Clifton. Super rude!!
