All I know is I have lived here my whole life. 45 years old and never had to once walk in to another supply store again after shopping here for everything I need. Lowest prices all the time and products galore! Great and fast workers! Plus it's always a joy to watch my 3 year old daughter play with the ducks and chickens! Very satisfied!!!

Always have helpful people.I’m older and disabled and always get help loading up,which can make a trip to buy feed much easier and the the people are all so nice and as quick as possible to get to a customer who needs assistance and I live in a small town and they know who I am.

I highly doubt this is the best location. I was in there yesterday, Looking for a Cub Cadet trimmer mower. The guy who helped me out said they didn't have one, & mentioned to me that Hondo did have one in stock. Guess what? When I got to Hondo I didn't find what I was looking for. & ended up having to go to Bandera. The guy who helped me must've been new. In my opinion whoever this guy is whatever his name is, I just wish he had taken a better look at the computer when he pulled it up. He should've called them to make sure they had one in stock. I wasted 20 minutes of my time at the Hondo location trying to decide what I wanted to do. & was very frustrated. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this location.

Tractor supply is one of my favorite stores to shop at and I've been several different locations their customer service and the people are always so great and wonderful. This store was no different from the rest. Went in the store the other day and caught a gentleman walking by that I knew he did not belong in the department related to the item I was looking for but I stopped and asked him a question about the item I was looking for. He went out of of his way to walk to where this item would be then explained to me how this item would work in congruent with another item. I explained to this gemtleman that I was not purchasing anything today only planning out what I needed to purchase for a future project and he was still very happy about helping me out. Great customer service!

I went there on friday at about 10am and i never have issues generally i get my pets food and no problems. However its increasingly being a problem where i see the young staff just standing around and talking. the older ones plus one staff member who had glasses from memory they were doing the work and i only really in my times going in do i see them ever working and not the young ones. I see this quite often im always being served and greeted with the older staff but the younger ones seem to just be talking all the time. I feel this needs to be addressed with your management as i find it very rude and offensive. I have nothing against younger workers but your being paid to work not to stand around. a simple hello or actually doing something would go a long way. in all my times dealing with tractor supply its always been great but im tired of seeing the chatting and messaging on cellphones. act professional.

It's one of my favorite places to shop. Great dog food selection (my main purchase) but there's plenty more here to find. Lots of tools and farm equipment/necessary items. Prices are pretty good too!

Great place but’’’.. I don’t know what the issue is with getting propane filled??? They seem to be out .. no sign posted saying that they are out of propane anywhere... 2nd time already I hear from the cashier “ sorry sir we are out” somehow I find that hard to believe that tractor supply would have that big propane filling station and it is empty!🤔

I like Tractor Supply mainly during the holidays. It usually has interesting gifts choices. I would like it more if it had a little more of a selection of clothing for toddlers.The store did have the part for my water well a big plus for that!. It is a good store .

We travel around the country in an RV and always look for Tractor Supply stores for our dog food needs. They always have the brand we buy as well as medications, dog treats and other pet supplies. This store was very helpful when we were looking for medication and the employees very friendly.

Have been coming to the uvalde location every since they opened not one problem until today as we were pulling up a man part of management named glen stopped us saying we were driving to fast and going the wrong way we were pulling up to get propane as we always do and my husband is disabled we were not driving to fast and he has no right stopping us he was very rude and we will not be going back it was the same way everyone pulls up to get propane

This the worst Tractor Supply store I have ever visited. Poorly stocked and what little is on the shelves is poorly organized. The clothing department is a disaster. When I mentioned this to an employee he responded that it is always like that. In addition the men's restroom was filthy and the commode is not even bolted to the floor. I will never return to this dump.

The service was good. They tried to help me find what I was looking for , they just happened to be out of the item that I needed. The truck was in, it was going to be unloaded that evening and hopefully what I need will be available tomorrow.

They have a bit of plumbing bolts and nuts farm and ranch feed etc, great store to go to,because they are open on Sundays when the normal hardware stores are close.

Call Scott yesterday to see if they had the 18" fans - he responds yes we have plenty? Get to the store yeah they have plenty but double the price? His answer to our phone conversation well you didn't give me the skew number?? REALLY - traveled 87 miles but didn't seem to care about that -
