Best store to go to for anything the manager is they coolest person she is very sweet and know what she is talking about with aquatics. The guy Andrew is super nice and will have a conversation with you about everything and helps you find everything you need. Nancy is the girl to go to for reptiles she gives great advice on what to use and what not to use.

Best place to buy a pet carrier. Other than that I think it's overly priced. That's why I only gave it four stars. From what I read from the reviews I don't know if I want to be my pet here for grooming.

It was okay, help was not that helpful, almost as if it was a bother to them, but they did. Nit a great selection of things, Wal-Mart does about as good or better with less stock, odd how that works.

Not satisfied! I took my 10 month old shih Tzu puppy he was muzzled supposedly he was trying to bite and was not letting the groomer groom him. I have taken him to PetSmart several time and have never had this problem. That same day I ended up driving to San Antonio got him groomed without any problems. Not to mention he seemed very sad for 2-3 days after I picked him up from Petsense .

This is the second time my online appts for my dogs has been canceled. The online scheduling shows availability so why are my appts being canceled? I'll be taking my dogs elsewhere from this point on.

I will NEVER take my baby there. The groomer as soon as I walked in was extremely rude. I tried to keep my calm and she continued to speak to me rudely. I have a Yorkie and I just wanted his face trimmed and she rudely said she couldn't because it would ruin her clippers. If she's rude to me no telling how she would treat my puppy.

Great staff very knowledgeable i asked a clerk about the bearded dragons you have for sale. She was awesome she answered every question that threw her way and i think that she was only the cashier but anyways she was awesome. Only i wished i had gotten her name she definitely deserve a raise.

Clean store and very helpful employees. Have picked up many dog toys and misc items. Took our pup in for his first hair cut. Very impressed with the groomer taking on a 7 month old puppy and working with him. Will be back.

Amber Rodriguez did an amazing job with my Maltipoo, Lionel. He’s known for being difficult especially when it comes to nail trimming. When I picked him up he looked great. She was not only professional, but showed much compassion. Also a very clean facility. I highly recommend Amber for grooming. While we were there he was able to pick out a new chew toy. Love the one stop. We are out of towners, and will be returning for our quarterly grooms. Thank you and keep up the great work 😊

I went today to petsense I saw a doggy being groomed and my sister and I saw the groomer (a woman) smack the bottom of the puppy. It was something awful to see especially since the doggy looked very frightened.It is really obvious that the groomer hits the animals that are being taken there.

It's ok. It's got a good variety of pet food . It has food choices for different types of pets that you would otherwise have to purchase online. Pinkies, mealworms,and crickets. They don't get many animals. The Betta fish are pretty...the very young bearded dragons and leopard geckos are a bit too small to sell in my opinion. Do your research before you purchase one. You'll see what I mean. It's not a bad place...just needs some improvement.

My daughter and I love coming to this store. And we were surprised to see a kitty inside the store allowed to run around and play!! I usually go to buy my 🐕 dog Rosita, her birthday treats for her and to share with her best friend Maya!!

They are kind and helpful. The prices are reasonable. Very clean and helpful attitude. The inventory is excellent. They have a vet on duty to assist with questions about marmite treatment or other minor concerns.

While we were visiting my In-laws, I went along to a grooming appt that my Mother-in-law scheduled for her 2 Yorkies. It had been awhile since they'd seen the groomer and running through the grass with all that hair...they picked up so many burrs...all tangled up. Petsense...you had a very patient and helpful employee clocked in that day. I think it took him around 4 hrs to get most of the burrs out, a haircut, and a nail trim for both. He did an amazing job!

Having just moved to the area and leaving our longtime groomer we were aaprehensive about trusting our two rescue dogs to a new groomer. After talking with Tony at Ulvade TX store we knew we'd found the right one. "Grooms with love" is a perfect description. He sang to our fur children! Benji and Allie ook better than ever before. We scheduled a return appointment. Only one suggestion - please get him some help. He bathed, groomed, answered phone, everything. Please please don't take the chance of Tony going anywhere!!!!!! He is an asset to Petsense!

My little long-haired Chihuahua bathed and cut look'in so sweet. Get the tea tree oil or oatmeal bath for itchy flakey fur.. My Black and Tan Coon Hound they forgot to cut, I didn' t have time to wait for them to try again. All in all did a fine job and I will return because of the friendly people.

Good supply of pet food and helpful staff. Found what we needed, but they had some problem with old equipment and checkout was a small problem. They will be getting new equipment soon.
