Polly's Pet Store is an experience! The aquatics are remarkable!!!! The avairary is open and the Macaws can get really loud. Don't be surprised if one of the employees is walking around with one of the beautiful birds perched on their shoulders. This store is full of pet needs! I find the best and healthiest pet foods here. The staff is fun and engaging. They have some amazing ideas for pets. Also, for humans the store has a science area and cool stuffed animals. Polly's Pet Store is a MUST GO TO for animal lovers. The reptiles are all healthy and kept clean. The birds are animated and very active. From rabbits to crickets. I love going here!

Between Tails Agogo, Pollys Pet Shop, Dollar Tree and the Hallmark store..I can seriously spend all day there! Plus so many other great stores. Loved it! Ample parking. And top it off with some Awesome Ice Cream, right next to Tails Agogo Grooming Salon. I dropped my furbaby off for her spa day and shopped 🛍 until she was ready! What a great day!😉👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Visited the Trudy's Hallmark store's grand reopening. Love the store and its greatly expanded space. Picked up Keepsake Ornament Club ornaments that are available now. Love the staff.

The Family Dollar Manager is not nice. I waited an hour to exchange a Laundry basket.She wouldn't give the employee the code over the phone. She was in the back and would not come out and when she did she just stood there. She knew who I was. She called me a liar in front of customers. People in line were appalled at her. One lady told me she has problems with her also with refunds. A gentleman stepped out of line to walk me to out the door. He hated seeing me so upset with her. I am 74 years old. I will never shop in that store again. This manager needs to be fired. Not customer friendly

Randolph Plaza is still a great place with good businesses. From pet store, Hallmark store, Heroes and Fantasy Comics & more. Other great small businesses are here to serve our community 💖🙏💖 don't forget about these places because they are still here servicing our community and are standing strong 💖😊💖

There's a great comic book and collectible store here, Heroes and Fantasies. Not a great pet store. The employees don't seem to be very knowledgeable or empathetic.

Center filled with local stores and eats. Small family book store, pet shop, comic book shop, coffee drive thru, and Mexican restaurant are all great spots to check out. Can park the car and grab lunch then hit up a few stores.

I visited Amy's Hallmark Shopping store. Always get birthday cards, anniversary cards Etc. They also have unique different gifts for many occasions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very nice with holiday music going on in the background. Make shopping very comfortable.

The food was excellent the people were outstanding and Friendly. Tortillas are delicious and the right size. The Barbacoa was the best I ever on this side of San Antonio. So if you ever come down to universal city. Stop by this restaurant you can go wrong. It's great Mexican food. Makes you feel like your mama made it.

This is an open facility. All stores are next to each other. There are various stores. A pet shop. The animals are cool. I love the parrots. I think there is a Macaw or two. Man they are loud but they are gorgeous and full of life.

It's not the most upscale strip center but Polly's Pets makes it worth a trip. Otherwise, you can find better versions of every other business in this place, even in Universal City.

I fill water jugs at the Windmill, buy cards and gifts at Amy's Hallmark, bought food at Pho Bistro, and stopped in Family Dollar. I plan to explore the Philippino Market next.

Went specifically to Pollys Pet Shop. Amazing. Everything you could ask for! Lemurs, a sting ray, skinny pigs, ducks and chicks! Anything you could ask for!

There used to be a Weiners store where Pplly's Pets is.... Do you comprehend what I'm telling you? THERE USED TO BE A STORE CALLED WEINER'S!!!!
