I loved this walmart, the employees were super nice, welcoming and friendly. There was no hassle, everything was clearly labeled to find anything you might need. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Very clean and organized Walmart. I normally avoid Walmarts, but I was traveling and needed some items later at night. Was impressed by Walmart for the first time. This location had obvious state and national pride to top things off.

This wal mart went above and beyond. Our grandson was give this reception when we got out of the limo to do shopping for his special make a wish shopping spree. There were probably 75 workers cheering him on as we entered the store. We will never forget it.

First time in this location. I will say it is VERY NICE AND SPACIOUS. I only needed a couple items in produce section, but it was spotless and well organized. So much room to move between things. Like they had 20,000 extra feet and not enough merchandise...which might be because 100s of ships can't dock and slower delivery, but it may just be because they want people to be spacious more since Covid19 and less cramped in. If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately my house burned and we lost everything, including my wife and son lost meds they need. RedCross sent money to wal-mart to help us with replaceing the meds. I went to get the funds to get their meds, and walmart workers Mayra and Danna in customer service center were so incompetent and rude. They were laughing and jokeing about a customer they got in an arguement with just before I arrived. Saying that the customer was recording them and puttingnit on social media it got so heated. They berated this customer. Granted I dont know what happened, but it shouldnt have been discussed in front of other customers. Then, they tried to tell me that RedCross doesnt send money there (Mayra) and when I showed her the confirmation she said, "Oh..I dont do that youll have to talk to her" meaning Danna. Danna didnt know how to do it either. she eventually figured it out, but kept punching in the confirmation numbers wrong and saying "this code isnt good" and kept trying to turn me away. I kindly insisted she keep trying until the idiot eventually figured it out. Look...I know they probablly deal with alot, but if youre assigned to a job, and the customer isnt rude like I was calm, then you should probablly know how to do the job youre assigned, and not try and accuse someone of faking codes to get money. Pathetic.

There is more variety at this location. The employee ringing my items up was friendly. Most of the time you get totally ignored. Walmart could definitely work on their people skills and get your shelves stocked in your other locations.

This Walmart has been terrible the last three months. I’ve been picking up the online orders for my father but every time I try to pick up, the order isn’t ready, even though it was placed at least 24 hours prior. The app always shows they’re delayed for two hours, then they don’t answer the phone or will pick up and hang up when you call after the two hours delay as directed on app. Management needs to do something on this. I never had this problem at any of the others Walmarts.

Came in to get some last minute things. Of course no register with a person is working. All self checkout registers. I don’t work at Walmart so why do I need to check myself out? When there are 6 employees just standing around talking, near the registers. Just ridiculous!!!!

Did online shopping. Never received our order yet was charged($363.00). Called the store. They will not issue a refund and give you a phone number to call that deals with online orders and delivery. Have called back multiple times to get a refund. Ended up calling my bank to get the charge stopped. Have yet to hear from Walmart. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I emailed the investigative reporter at KLTV. Never heard from her either.

Yesterday was my first time going into Walmart and witnessing the new check out set up. Basically you have to walk down a long aisle filled with junk that they try to make you purchase before checking out. Then the “self checkout” section is even larger and within that self checkout section are three living cashiers. What’s the deal with this self checkout nonsense? So you raise the prices on everything, then tell me that I have to do the actual job of an employee and check myself out? Can we get an employees discount on this? This why you see those videos where people are stealing from you guys during their self checkout. Technically it’s not stealing because they are doing actual labor! You guys are the actual thieves asking people to buy from you and do their own work at your store. Not to mention the workers are lazy and rude and look at you like you’re bothering them if you ask for help. Pathetic. Sad.

Please add actual cashiers. Cannot get any help in the self checkout when items ring up incorrectly - especially clearance items. Most employees act like they would much rather be somewhere else. Instead of getting everything at Walmart I’d rather spend more money and spend more time by going to multiple places than go into Walmart.

Although this Walmart has a couple of items other stores don’t they don’t have some normal stuff and they are trying to push self checkout they only have 4 normal checkout but one cashier working I don’t work for you and refuse to do the job I’m paying you for

3 stars in my opinion is a great review for a Walmart. It’s physically impossible for a Walmart to get 5 starts unless someone is lying or they work there. Like all, Walmarts there’s always like 2 lanes open while the self checkout line is long, but the greeters are nice and the employees aren’t terrible. So 3 stars it is.

I use the online shopping at Walmart on Broadway and first thing I noticed was the time have changed. And get over there on time and you seat there and wait hours and my order was wrong .Walmart employee said they didn’t have what i ordered.So I went in the store and they had it .I very disappointed .Need more training and don’t deserve a star at all.😤😫😡👎🏾

This place does not accommodate well for wheel chairs. The aisles are congested and hard to maneuver in a wheel chair, especially in the clothing areas.

This store is always out of stuff, and the baskets are horrible, can never find one that you don't have to fight with the whole time. They've added several new self checkout ,seems to be more than before you have to kind of follow a path to get to checkout but there's a few regular registers with cashiers
