Somebody in the meat department at the Walmart off of Troupe hwy in Tyler owes me some answers.This is completely unacceptable I don’t care if the package says “may include bones”. 1 or 2 hair pin bones in less than a pound of salmon makes sense. THIS?! This is a damn health hazard and it’s inexcusable.This is 6 hair pin bones, 2 bone shards and 2 fin pieces. Literally everything in that picture could kill a human or severely damage their digestive tract.Fix yourselves.

My favorite Walmart in Tyler. Has the most holiday items stocked for each holiday. Go early on Friday mornings for a well stocked fruit and veggie section. Nice variety of fresh fruits and veggies.

Hectares of land with great products but little bad experience. I was able to shop for my family and friends and favorites but unfortunately my card declined in the self service kiosks. It works in other stores. Walmart you have to do something to accept payment from travellers like us. I had this bad experience though we liked the facilities.

Biased opinion., but will say it anyway. Hate? More like loathe. Its a necessary evil, if you will. Cheap comes at a cost. Anxiety attack inducing. Daunting, grueling. I can be quite verbocious on this particular topic. Hope my review entertains and enlightens.

I will NEVER order pickup from this specific Walmart again. The eggs were cracked, there was a hole in the milk carton (so there is milk all over my car and kitchen), my canned goods are dented (this can cause rust or botulism), there was a hole in the raw chicken packaging so there was raw chicken juice everywhere(which is a salmonella). I tried calling the pickup department, the operator, and the hr department for thirty minutes. No one ever picked up. The phone was picked up once, but I was immediately hung up on. I eventually called the customer service number on the app. The Indian man was much nicer and helpful than anyone at this store. This is just unacceptable, unsanitary, and the apathy is pathetic. The pickup department needs to be retrained on how to pick groceries for customers and the whole store needs a customer service refresher. I worked all day and grocery pickup is supposed to be a more efficient and convenient way to get the items we need, instead this ended up being a major problem that I had to spend over an hour trying to get resolved.

They have 25 registers. All closed.They have 25 self checkout lanes. All closed. All sales going through one lane. It took me over half an hour to buy a single item. I'd never shop here if I didn't have to!

The people who work there are very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, and I shop there all the time the only thing that kept me from rating 5 Stars 🌟 is they have something I really like but it's only in stock for a few weeks and then disappears but other than that it's the best Walmart in Smith County

Went to get my tire fixed two hour we waited.Went to counter asked for my keys.As I was going to the car the worker was standing around and playing around and not doing they job.So really they don’t deserve the one star that i gave .I was really upset.Walmart need to have more training and have a supervisor around.👩🏾‍ 😤😡👎🏾

Listen, Walmart, I won't do a lower star rating here because I often have food service from this location. However, y'all need to do better by your employees or something. Maybe don't let people having a rough day answer your phones. 🤷‍♀️I called to ask a simple question about adding a Walmart decoration item onto a custom sheet cake for my child's birthday. The woman who answered the phone could not have cared about cakes less. And I hope she doesn't have any children; if she does, I bet they are miserable.I asked if she was the correct person to ask about custom cakes, and she said yes; I politely asked my question, and I don't think she could have booted me off of that call any faster. She said I had to do it myself at home and hung up.I'm not here to make her life any harder, but I didn't call and ask for her help in making anything extravagant; I wasn't rude. She responded to me like I was a spam call asking for her assistance in changing a tampon.If she talks to strangers like that, imagine how awful she is to those who love her at her worst. I'll be ordering elsewhere; I don't need that energy affecting my family. You know, for a celebratory event.We all have to work to survive in this economy, but more than that, we all must be a little kinder to survive.I asked if she was the correct person to ask about jm custom cakes, and she said yes; I asked my question

Store was nice, but... I went to self checkout and a worker named jackavion was having a bad attitude asking angerly what we wanted when we accidentally double scanned something. I guess since we were not black she didnt like us she was nice to only black folks. And she pushed an elderly man's basket far away from him on accident but didnt give it back to him and he had a hard time walking too.

Worst experience. Two cashier's forcing self check. I don't work for you so not doing it. Mr Walton would b disappointed he believed in customer service. Those elderly people who can't work self check or for whom that cashier was the only human contact they had all day. He cared about people not just making a buck. Shame on you Walmart

Very organized, and the isles are more spacious than most other stores at this location, also a plus I noticed numerous available self checkouts, witch made it quick to checkout, because there wasn't a line. Another really cool thing I learned about Walmart, today while we we're checking out, we were trying to buy some chewy granola bars that had been recalled, we had no idea of course, but the system flagged for an employee and they told us they had been recalled. When we got in the car we looked it up and the computer saved us from the possibilty of salmanila poisoning. Great job Walmart

Not sure of the mans name but he was one that shops for customers. He was very rude pushing me my momma and my sister out of way. Walmart is rude and have to many self checks. Need more regular checker people. Took to may jobs away from people.

It appears that Walmart has discovered their decision to install self-checkout has backfired. I was told today while waiting for a self-checkout that Walmart will only open checkouts that customer service people can observe (such as 3 checkouts).I find it sad that Walmart has allowed Walmart customers to self-checkout and not train their customers on how to use the machine!!Seems that Walmart customers have had enough time to figure out how to steal.

There's plenty of staff walking around and they don't mind your questions. The checkout was quick and the checkers were polite and friendly. There's lots of parking area with plenty of handicap spaces. A pleasant trip if you plan to visit.

OK. So I have a thing for PJs, I want to say comfort first but who am I kidding I like to look nice. So I spot these cute pajama sets. So I grab a couple. What I really didn't expect was the great fit and comfort. They are PERFECT for the hot TEXAS nights that will soon be here. And less than 12$. Get yours while they last. Gonna grab a few more.

The staff are always extremely rude to customers and whenever you try to call the store you can't even get ahold of anybody. I will not be going back and will gladly continue my service at a different location where customer service is actually a priority to the employees and management. I honestly would give 0 stars if that was an option.
